I spoke to a friend who visits the capital women's care office in Towson so I looked them up online and noticed that they had an office closer to me. When I called to explain my issue, the woman who answered the phone was very compassionate and understanding. I was expecting to have to wait a bit since I was a new patient however she was able to get me an appointment within two weeks of calling. And around the holidays at that! The doctor was very nice and asked me thorough questions about my history, which made me feel comfortable knowing that he wanted the whole picture. He was able to take care of my issue on my very first appointment. Capital women's care has a patient for life!

I'm able to reach my provider anytime during business hours by telephone and by email other times. She's very kind, has a great bedside manner, is smart, and pleasant. She's gentle and always puts a smile on my face. If you are looking for a great provider and advocate for women's health, this practice and Dr. White is the way to go. Now trust me when I tell you, the entire staff is great. My experience is always a great experience from the moment I enter and converse w kind desk staff, to the friendly and professional medical attendants that assist the providers. 5/5 greatness !! I just had my new doctor tell me I have SEVERE ARTHRITIS in my knee and it's bone in bone preventing me from walking more than 20 minutes without pain and swelling. Even when met by my positive responses, she remained mean and mad. However, my experience at the center on the day of my procedure was remarkable. Cathy got me all settled and was very patient when I explained my traumatic history with and aversion to needles/IVs. She was very gentle and sweet while inserting the IV line. Success! Carlin was the anesthesiologist. She came by and explained everything then met me back in the procedure room, all the while putting me at ease. Erin was my discharge nurse, and she was just as friendly as the others. Dr. Joshua Forman always brings his A game. He met me before the colonoscopy and again afterwards - explaining what he found and giving me instructions and advice. **Be sure to follow the instructions sent to you via email regarding your prep and do not follow what the box says. Very different instructions.
