It was hard trying to get their OB care due to other places but they did amazing at caring for myself and my son. The staff were very understanding and helpful with anything and everything that I was uncertain about. I will be recommending his OB care to anyone looking for THE BEST women's medical care. For first time moms it is scary but this Doc and his team will surely help you along the way until that very life changing moment. Thank you again Dr. and team for your above and beyond hard work in making sure baby and I were healthy and happy! Baby Elijah surely enjoyed your care and company

They always return my calls so quickly and even when I had hesitation about the delivery facility Judy took time to make me feel comfortable and didn't get upset with my concerns. They all seem to want what is best for my baby and my own needs. I have literally postponed a military move thats close to my family just to stay with this team and thus far I have ZERO regrets. I hope I continue to have a positive experience with this office and will update my review once little one arrives! Dr.Hotchkiss and his staff have impressed this first time mom with their empathy and patience. I'm so glad I listened to my local friends across Maryland who told me "He's the man"!

The new office is beautiful and clean. It has an onsite laboratory, sonography suite (includes 3-d imaging), a large waiting area and more than enough rooms to service patients. I have visited the practice several times and service has been consistent. Dr. Cooke, Dr. Edmonds and all of the rest of the staff are professional and attentive to their patients needs. I am always greeted with a warm smile and a can-do attitude from all staff members. I would recommend this practice again and again. They listen to their patients. I previously had issues at the old office with some staff and wait times. I talked to Dr. Cooke regarding my concerns and the action taken was above and beyond. Waldorf women's care also cared for me when I needed to have a tube removed after an second ectopic pregnancy, again the Doctor was stellar and I recovered better than I imagined. The doctor left minimal incision marks from my laparoscopic surgery and ensured that my other tube was healthy and that I could try to conceive again. The Doctors confidence, positive energy left my husband and I confident and ready to plan for our next baby. I am forever grateful to the Doctors and staff at Waldorf Women's Care and look forward to my little girls arrival in July.

After careful thought, I am submitted a complaint against Danielle Salley to the information email…read moreaddress and Dr. Cooke did respond. When Danielle entered the room, she was very pleasant, smiled and provided what I perceived to be a genuine, professional greeting--she looks younger in person versus the website. However, her main focus was on the tablet and not at me--the patient. She immediately diagnosed me for a major surgery without asking specific questions. When I asked about alternatives, she said 'well if you are going under anesthesia for one, you might as well do the major one. (High-level details). Woman are not all alike when we reach a certain age and the final outcome will not be the same for all. When she found out I was on certain medication, her demeanor changed for the worst! I asked her if she read my file and then she began to speak over me--telling me this changes things and that she had other patients. I asked her if she read my file since I had to upload my docs, complete my med list and pay the co-fee before my appt. I had to interrupt her and tell her that she had been cutting me off throughout the appt. She paused and "snapped back" to reality, but at this point the damage was done. She also made another diagnosis that was not on my x-rays, ultrasound or MRI. She again made another generalization about women in my age group. I thought she was going to finally look up at me again and formally apologize for her rude behavior, but she did not. She swung the door open so wide as I sat on the table still partially undressed with her nose in the tablet. NO ONE IS PERFECT and the customer/patient is not always right! However, in this instance, Danielle was unprofessional and absolutely uncaring. We can all have bad days and even though I am not a medical professional, I am well-educated and demand a modicum of respect. I am TERRIBLY disappointed as I have been in this area for about four years, but most of my doctors are all still in Baltimore County. I was excited as WWC performed many additional medical actions similar to a one-stop-shop close to home. I have friends, co-workers, and church family who speak so highly of Dr. Cooke, but when I told them about Danielle, they too were disappointed and advised they would steer clear of her. I had a great experience back in 2024 at the White Plains office with PA Wilkins and even the young medical assistants. They were chatty, but pleasant and respectful. Dr. Cooke responded to my email and apologized for Danielle's behavior and advised that I can come back and speak with her only, but if Danielle is on the front page, she should have sent a message. I waited and waited--no follow-up email from her or in my portal page. So, now I post about on as many pages as possible.

I'd give ZERO stats if I could ‼…read more First, this office never answers their phones. For three months I called repeatedly to schedule an appointment for my daughter, leaving dozens of voicemails with no response. It wasn't until I finally left a verbally frustrated message demanding to know why I had been ignored for three months that anyone returned my call. Even the receptionist at the Clinton office admitted the Waldorf office has received numerous complaints for this exact issue. My daughter's appointment was scheduled for June 12, 2025. I canceled it on June 10, 2025 at 10:49 p.m. through their text system, which then instructed me to call the office. I did call on June 11, but as usual, no one answered, so I left a voicemail. My daughter also canceled via text on June 11 at 6:17 p.m. I have call logs and text messages to prove this. We arrived on time for her 3pm September 9, 2025 appointment at 2:44p.m. When my daughter attempted to check in, the kiosk system demanded a $75 "missed appointment fee." I went to the front desk and, politely and calmly, explained that the charge was wrong and showed proof of cancellation. The receptionist said she would call billing. Meanwhile, another patient sitting near us commented that she too had constant problems with this office & Dr Kane--ignored messages--but felt stuck because other doctors weren't accepting new patients. At 3:15 p.m., Dr. Kane finally called my daughter back. When I tried to accompany her, Dr. Kane stopped us and refused to provide care unless we paid the $75. I explained again that I had documented proof of cancellation. Her exact words were: "I don't care what proof you have. We have a computer system." She then pointed at her watch in my face and said, "It's now 3:15, she's now late." That was outrageous--we had been there since 2:45, on time, but were left waiting because another patient was called first. When I questioned how it was our fault that she chose not to see us until 3:15, Dr. Kane accused me of "causing a problem at the front desk." I refuse to pay money for a missed appointment that was in fact cancelled‼ "I do acknowledge that I lost my patience and composure during the interaction and raised my voice when Dr. Kane refused to look at my cancelled appt evidence & when she pointed to her watch in my face. While this was uncharacteristic of me, it was a reaction to the stress and frustration of the situation. I recognize it was not ideal, and I regret that moment. However, my conduct does not change the facts‼ Dr. Kane's behavior was condescending and unprofessional. She dismissed my concerns, mocked my proof, and declared: "I own this practice, I can do whatever I want." That is false--Dr. Kane does not own Capital Women's Care. Even more concerning, Dr. Kane previously prescribed my daughter medication that made her violently ill. Despite multiple calls requesting a safer alternative, Dr. Kane never followed up directly. Instead, she had a receptionist tell my daughter to go to Urgent Care or find another doctor. My daughter wasn't asking for pain medication or anything inappropriate--just a different antibiotic. There were many safe alternatives, but Dr. Kane chose not to provide care. That is neglect. This office is unprofessional, unresponsive, and unsafe. If you value your health, your time, and basic respect as a patient, avoid this practice. I have been a patient of Capital Women's Care since its founding. My previous doctors delivered both of my children and provided excellent care before they retired. Unfortunately, what was once a trusted practice has been diminished by Dr. Kane's unprofessionalism, neglect, and disregard for patient well-being. Dr. Kane, you met the wrong patient this time. I nor my daughter will be intimidated, and I will not tolerate substandard medical care for myself or for my daughter ‼ To all of you who wish to file complaints against DR. KANE you can do so at the following address & phone number 8110 Maple Lawn blvd Suite # 235 Fulton MD. 20759 Phone # 301-340-8339 ext #246 Attached is the screenshots that we canceled !! We have now been billed again for the 9/9 appt for another missed appt fee when we went to the appt ! It's not our fault Dr Kane is greedy & wouldn't see my daughter unless I paid $75 for the JUNE appt that was cancelled I do not owe there4 I will not pay ‼

Each time I visited the office (more than three times), the front desk, bloodwork staff, and other support personnel consistently carried a dull, rigid tone and energy. When Dr. Saiid went on his trip, the office became completely disorganized and off schedule. I was asked to come in on multiple days to complete what should have been a single appointment. Since that didn't work for me, they sent me to another medical center for bloodwork--which caused even further inconvenience, not only that day but on the days that followed. As a self-employed pregnant woman, my time is extremely valuable, and the office did not show respect for that. In addition, today is December 1, and I still have not received my medical records, which I requested on September 9, 2025. The medical release form was completed at my new doctor's office and faxed the same day, and their standard process is usually a 7-business-day turnaround. I followed up with Dr. Saiid's office today, and they confirmed the fax was received successfully, yet my records still have not been sent.

I would honestly give this Doctor zero stars if it was possible. The front desk staff are very helpful and professional. When I arrived on time, they took my information and prepared me for the doctors visit. The doctor was late by 15 minutes to the appointment. I was considering a new GP and wanted to present him with all my current health condition/medications. My intention was to engage in a consulting conversation what might be my next steps and how he may be able to help me with my health goals. Seems like he already made up his mind before he walked into the office. He even commented on my education/racial background. This was very offensive to me, but since I was there to evaluate a new GP, I was willing to give him the benefit of doubt and gauge his medical knowledge. I truly wanted to find out his approach to a new problem. Seems like he has a very limited knowledge and happy to apply the simple solution to all of his diagnostics. After my initial observation, I wanted to also see his personality and see if that was a match. His personality seems to align more with a car salesman than a medical professional. He was very eager to suggest a number of tests/drugs ( revenue generating) paths. To note, I have already had all of these tests and brought the results with me. Overall, I'd advise all to stay away from this medical practice. Only advantage I'd say is, he may be a good fit for his specific diaspora, with language barrier.
