It was hard trying to get their OB care due to other places but they did amazing at caring for myself and my son. The staff were very understanding and helpful with anything and everything that I was uncertain about. I will be recommending his OB care to anyone looking for THE BEST women's medical care. For first time moms it is scary but this Doc and his team will surely help you along the way until that very life changing moment. Thank you again Dr. and team for your above and beyond hard work in making sure baby and I were healthy and happy! Baby Elijah surely enjoyed your care and company

They always return my calls so quickly and even when I had hesitation about the delivery facility Judy took time to make me feel comfortable and didn't get upset with my concerns. They all seem to want what is best for my baby and my own needs. I have literally postponed a military move thats close to my family just to stay with this team and thus far I have ZERO regrets. I hope I continue to have a positive experience with this office and will update my review once little one arrives! Dr.Hotchkiss and his staff have impressed this first time mom with their empathy and patience. I'm so glad I listened to my local friends across Maryland who told me "He's the man"!

The new office is beautiful and clean. It has an onsite laboratory, sonography suite (includes 3-d imaging), a large waiting area and more than enough rooms to service patients. I have visited the practice several times and service has been consistent. Dr. Cooke, Dr. Edmonds and all of the rest of the staff are professional and attentive to their patients needs. I am always greeted with a warm smile and a can-do attitude from all staff members. I would recommend this practice again and again. They listen to their patients. I previously had issues at the old office with some staff and wait times. I talked to Dr. Cooke regarding my concerns and the action taken was above and beyond. Waldorf women's care also cared for me when I needed to have a tube removed after an second ectopic pregnancy, again the Doctor was stellar and I recovered better than I imagined. The doctor left minimal incision marks from my laparoscopic surgery and ensured that my other tube was healthy and that I could try to conceive again. The Doctors confidence, positive energy left my husband and I confident and ready to plan for our next baby. I am forever grateful to the Doctors and staff at Waldorf Women's Care and look forward to my little girls arrival in July.

During that appointment, I expressed several concerns regarding my symptoms. Rather than receiving an explanation or follow-up, I was simply instructed to check my patient portal for my test results. Unfortunately, the information posted there did not address any of the concerns I had raised. Am I supposed to assume that "no news is good news"? That is not an acceptable substitute for meaningful communication regarding my health. Additionally, my physician advised me that I would receive a follow-up phone call to discuss my concerns. That call never came. Regarding my outstanding balance, I was notified only through a text message containing a payment link. While I appreciate the convenience of electronic payment options, I believe patients should continue to receive a detailed billing statement--either by mail or as an email attachment--for their personal records. Such a statement should clearly itemize the charges, explain the balance due, and document the services provided, particularly when I have a considerable expense to incur for one office visit I am also increasingly concerned by what appears to be a growing disconnect between patients and meaningful human interaction. When I did reach someone by phone, I felt as though I was speaking with someone who had little training or is unable to answer even basic questions. This experience is inconsistent with your organization's claim of providing empathetic care. In my opinion, too many healthcare providers are cutting corners in ways that diminish the quality of patient service. Efficiency should never come at the expense of communication, accountability, and compassionate care. Patients deserve to feel heard, informed, and supported--not directed to a portal or a payment link with little or no personalized attention. Unfortunately, my experience has left me with the impression that financial efficiency has become a higher priority than patient care. As a result, I have decided to seek a healthcare provider whose practice places greater value on communication, responsiveness, and genuine concern for its patients. G. Butler (Waldorf, MD)

Each time I visited the office (more than three times), the front desk, bloodwork staff, and other support personnel consistently carried a dull, rigid tone and energy. When Dr. Saiid went on his trip, the office became completely disorganized and off schedule. I was asked to come in on multiple days to complete what should have been a single appointment. Since that didn't work for me, they sent me to another medical center for bloodwork--which caused even further inconvenience, not only that day but on the days that followed. As a self-employed pregnant woman, my time is extremely valuable, and the office did not show respect for that. In addition, today is December 1, and I still have not received my medical records, which I requested on September 9, 2025. The medical release form was completed at my new doctor's office and faxed the same day, and their standard process is usually a 7-business-day turnaround. I followed up with Dr. Saiid's office today, and they confirmed the fax was received successfully, yet my records still have not been sent.

I would honestly give this Doctor zero stars if it was possible. The front desk staff are very helpful and professional. When I arrived on time, they took my information and prepared me for the doctors visit. The doctor was late by 15 minutes to the appointment. I was considering a new GP and wanted to present him with all my current health condition/medications. My intention was to engage in a consulting conversation what might be my next steps and how he may be able to help me with my health goals. Seems like he already made up his mind before he walked into the office. He even commented on my education/racial background. This was very offensive to me, but since I was there to evaluate a new GP, I was willing to give him the benefit of doubt and gauge his medical knowledge. I truly wanted to find out his approach to a new problem. Seems like he has a very limited knowledge and happy to apply the simple solution to all of his diagnostics. After my initial observation, I wanted to also see his personality and see if that was a match. His personality seems to align more with a car salesman than a medical professional. He was very eager to suggest a number of tests/drugs ( revenue generating) paths. To note, I have already had all of these tests and brought the results with me. Overall, I'd advise all to stay away from this medical practice. Only advantage I'd say is, he may be a good fit for his specific diaspora, with language barrier.
