I have to say since I have been using Waldorf's Women's Care with my third pregnancy I have been beyond impressed with the service and treatment I have received thus far. The new office is beautiful and clean. It has an onsite laboratory, sonography suite (includes 3-d imaging), a large waiting area and more than enough rooms to service patients. I have visited the practice several times and service has been consistent. Dr. Cooke, Dr. Edmonds and all of the rest of the staff are professional and attentive to their patients needs. I am always greeted with a warm smile and a can-do attitude from all staff members. I would recommend this practice again and again. They listen to their patients. I previously had issues at the old office with some staff and wait times. I talked to Dr. Cooke regarding my concerns and the action taken was above and beyond. Waldorf women's care also cared for me when I needed to have a tube removed after an second ectopic pregnancy, again the Doctor was stellar and I recovered better than I imagined. The doctor left minimal incision marks from my laparoscopic surgery and ensured that my other tube was healthy and that I could try to conceive again. The Doctors confidence, positive energy left my husband and I confident and ready to plan for our next baby. I am forever grateful to the Doctors and staff at Waldorf Women's Care and look forward to my little girls arrival in July. read more

After careful thought, I am submitted a complaint against Danielle Salley to the information email address and Dr. Cooke did respond. When Danielle entered the room, she was very pleasant, smiled and provided what I perceived to be a genuine, professional greeting--she looks younger in person versus the website. However, her main focus was on the tablet and not at me--the patient. She immediately diagnosed me for a major surgery without asking specific questions. When I asked about alternatives, she said 'well if you are going under anesthesia for one, you might as well do the major one. (High-level details). Woman are not all alike when we reach a certain age and the final outcome will not be the same for all. When she found out I was on certain medication, her demeanor changed for the worst! I asked her if she read my file and then she began to speak over me--telling me this changes things and that she had other patients. I asked her if she read my file since I had to upload my docs, complete my med list and pay the co-fee before my appt. I had to interrupt her and tell her that she had been cutting me off throughout the appt. She paused and "snapped back" to reality, but at this point the damage was done. She also made another diagnosis that was not on my x-rays, ultrasound or MRI. She again made another generalization about women in my age group. I thought she was going to finally look up at me again and formally apologize for her rude behavior, but she did not. She swung the door open so wide as I sat on the table still partially undressed with her nose in the tablet. NO ONE IS PERFECT and the customer/patient is not always right! However, in this instance, Danielle was unprofessional and absolutely uncaring. We can all have bad days and even though I am not a medical professional, I am well-educated and demand a modicum of respect. I am TERRIBLY disappointed as I have been in this area for about four years, but most of my doctors are all still in Baltimore County. I was excited as WWC performed many additional medical actions similar to a one-stop-shop close to home. I have friends, co-workers, and church family who speak so highly of Dr. Cooke, but when I told them about Danielle, they too were disappointed and advised they would steer clear of her. I had a great experience back in 2024 at the White Plains office with PA Wilkins and even the young medical assistants. They were chatty, but pleasant and respectful. Dr. Cooke responded to my email and apologized for Danielle's behavior and advised that I can come back and speak with her only, but if Danielle is on the front page, she should have sent a message. I waited and waited--no follow-up email from her or in my portal page. So, now I post about on as many pages as possible. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this medical office in White Plains, MD. It appears to be managed by educated professionals, but unfortunately the level of patient care and communication did not reflect that. There seems to be no reliable phone number or direct contact information available for resolving issues after services are completed. Communication is limited to text messages, leaving patients waiting for responses instead of being able to speak with someone directly. I visited this office years ago and had a negative experience, but decided to give them a second chance. Unfortunately, I regret that decision. I also had problems with insurance billing, as my visit was coded incorrectly, creating unnecessary stress and requiring me to fight to get it corrected. The most frustrating part was the lack of responsiveness. Calls were not returned, and I was left feeling like sending a letter was the only option and even then, with no confidence it would be addressed. Overall, this was an extremely poor experience, and I would not recommend this office based on the lack of communication, billing issues, and poor customer service. 0 stars from me. read more

As a current patient of your waldorf women care in Waldorf , I am writing to express significant concern regarding a recent experience related to a medical issue I am currently experiencing. Upon attempting to schedule an appointment to address this pressing matter, I was informed that the earliest availability within your practice would be in March or April. Furthermore, the referral provided to a specialist in Oxon Hill also indicated an appointment not possible until April. I find this situation deeply unsatisfactory, particularly given that I am an established patient seeking care for an ongoing or developing concern. My expectation, and indeed my understanding of optimal patient care, is that arrangements would be made to accommodate existing patients in a more timely manner, especially when a medical issue could potentially worsen with delay. The considerable wait time, both within your practice and with the referred specialist, raises serious questions about the continuity of care and the prioritization of patient well-being for those already under your supervision. This experience has compelled me to seriously re-evaluate my continued care with Waldorf Women's Care. What an absolute disappointment. After having an amazing OB/Gyn for 20 years who left the area during the pandemic I began searching for a new practice, and I thought this black woman practice could be the next place for me. While they hadn't been nearly as great as what I was use to, I chalked it up to realizing I previously had a unicorn and nobody would fully fill her shoes. But after my experience today, I am officially over it and felt inclined to try to save someone else the trouble by documenting it in a public review...I also intend to email the practice owner with more details. Earlier this year I was alerted by the practice to schedule an appointment for my annual well woman exam, which I did, only to arrive and be told it wasn't time for the exam and the insurance would not cover it because it was too early. It worked out because I was able to address another issue, so it wasn't a completely wasted trip, but it was troubling nonetheless. Fast forward a few months, I scheduled the well woman exam and a separate tele-heath appointment to discuss perimenopause/hormone levels a couple of weeks later. I asked when I scheduled the hormone appointment if I could get some lab work ordered ahead of time in order to facilitate a more meaningful conversation, but was told that wasn't feasible. Fortunately the well woman exam was first and I was able to request the lab work at that time, which could be used during the HRT appointment discussion (Dr.McDaniel). I also had a mammogram order provided at that time to see if I could get those on the same annual schedule. I went to get the mammogram on August 12, 2025 only to be informed that based on the results of the ultrasound that had been ordered by WWC back in June 2024, I was suppose to follow back up in 6 months with radiology to ensure that there had been no change to the spot they saw. This was not something that was conveyed to me...nor did WWC follow-up which is extremely disappointing. Fortunately radiology got me scheduled for August 18th to get both the mammogram and the ultrasound follow up done simultaneously. I was also scheduled for a tele-health with WWC on August 18th. I sat online waiting to be connected for my telehealth appointment for 30 minutes (Dr.Cook) and was advised once I messaged them that the provider was running behind and was just joining the appointment that was scheduled before mine. I advised that I could not continue to wait and was told that I needed to call to reschedule. I called to reschedule and expressed my frustration and was rescheduled with a different provider in the evening. At the time of that appointment I was once again left waiting for 30 minutes before the provider (PA Massey) joined, and after interacting with her I wish i would've just cancelled all together. I advised her that I was frustrated by this approach as having a good relationship is critical when discussing something so intimate, and feeling rushed and/or frustrated was not a way to experience this type of visit. She apologized while telling me that she didn't own the practice, how she is 10 times more frustrated than I am, and how the visits are set up for 15 minutes due to insurance..yada, yada, yada. She then proceeded to rattle off a host of supplements and medications, how they are spelled, how they would be procured, and whether or not insurance would pay for them. It very much so came off as if she was going through a check the box list and providing information like a chatbot rather than responding to what I indicated my specific concerns were. I told her we could stop once she began telling me about medications that would address symptoms that I had already said were very low on my list. It was at that point that she found the audacity to ask me had I ever heard of PMDD because she thought that may be what I had, not perimenopause. I let her know that I thought she was out of bounds for making such a comment and trying to diagnose me with something because I said I was disappointed in this appointment/approach, from how it started to the impersonal approach. We ultimately ended the call, but she did try to back track after I told her I felt she was out of line for making such a statement, but she also told me that maybe I needed to find a different practice, and in that regard she is 100% accurate. As previously mentioned I will follow up with practice via email and more details so they can look at the call transcript and if they care even a little bit about the health of women like they claim to, perhaps they will consider some constructive criticism and actually implement some changes. read more

This place is the worst I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. Front desk people are rude I've never seen the same provider twice. They have one doctor that's never there everybody else are even nurse practitioners or physician assistance. The medical assistant have no clue what's going on. The office manager has no compassion and I think she makes up the rules as she go along. I wouldn't recommend this office to any woman . They have no respected your time you're left sitting in the exam room for 30 to 40 minutes quite frankly I think this is the worst OBGYN in Charles county maybe even the state of Maryland. read more

I have been a patient of WWC since 2018. I originally enjoyed being able to receive health care from women who looked like me. The doctors and NPs are very professional, knowledgeable and personable. However, the billing manager is very business focused. I have had appointments scheduled only to show up and it is not on the schedule. Of course, I was patient and accommodating. I recently attempted to schedule an appointment due to severe pain. I called and was on hold for about 12 min after pressing 6 and listening to directions to schedule on the portal. I hung up and decided to schedule through the portal. I completed a request form and attempted to schedule an appointment. I did not hear from anyone even though the confirmation advised I would be contacted within 2 to 4 hours. I called the office again and expressed what was happening and the urgent need for an appointment due to pain only to be told I had a balance of about $200 from about 2 years ago and I have a history of late payments. Even though I had a well woman's exam scheduled in June with no issue. Where is the principality of health care and personal touch. Since this balance was unexpected, I inquired about a payment plan to no avail. I then advised I would take care of the payment once I got home to my other forms of payment. The billing manager proceeded to read off policy and stated that I could not get on the schedule until payment was made. I tried to explain my discomfort and urgent need for an appointment to be scheduled and would be highly disappointed if the time I needed was booked during the time I needed to finish my workday, etc. There was no compassion or care, very disappointing. Their overall customer service and quality of relating to patients from the office and billing staff needs work. You are dealing with real people who need more than a line of protocols read to them when dealing with a delicate situation and special circumstance. I wanted to find a location close to my home, for my OBGYN needs. Unfortunately, the staff and service is rapidly declining. I feel that the staff needs training on basic office protocol to be courteous to the patient during phone conversations, communicate when the doctors are running behind. Also, my time as the patient is just as important as the medical doctors that are providing the service. The office is quick to ensure that copays are received in a timely manner prior to appts date/time however, the appts time seem to go beyond the agreed upon time. Beware!!! The low ratings are legit. Had a bad initial experience and then tried a second time and had a worse one! Waldorf office: drove over an hour, then waited about 45 mins to be seen. Dr. Davenport spent 5 minutes with me, didn't ask me anything. Had the nerve to suggest some bladder mesh without even examining me (NO EXAM!!!) would not prescribe a med because my blood pressure was a little high (yeh, it was high after driving an hr in heavy traffic to get there and waiting far too long to be seen). The next day I tried to switch prescription types and it took a week and a half of calling, texting and messaging via the portal to get anyone to respond to my request. Against my better judgement, I tried going to the VA office to (hoping the first time was a fluke) see Dr. Davenport. To be clear, I specifically requested Davenport. Once I was brought back I was told that Davenport wasn't in that day and that the PA was going to see me. What the hell? I texted scheduling and didn't get a reply. The admin apologized but that didn't help matters. The PA (Crawford) was flat, disengaged, didn't ask any questions, address concerns, and only did the most basic of exams. An absolute waste of my time, energy and my annual visit. This place was recommended by my gyn who just retired. I don't recommend and there's no way I would have a baby delivered or a procedure done by this place. I'm done. read more

Waldorf Women's Care (WWC) stopped accepting my insurance in 2024. I, therefore, missed my annual appointment for several months. When I inquired about the self-pay price in 2025, I was quoted $200. I thought this might be doable. Imagine my surprise to receive a nearly $400 bill from LabCorp. WWC defended not telling me there would be additional lab charges. All they had to say was, "The office visit will be $200. There may be additional lab fees depending on the tests the provider orders." A simple statement such as that would have helped me determine if I wanted to move forward with the appointment. Thinking the cost would be $200, I decided to continue with WWC as they've been my provider for several years. Big mistake as they deceived me. Be warned. If they no longer take your insurance, find another provider. read more

This is the absolute worse medical establishment I have visited in my 47 years of living! I was treated for a condition for 5 months that no one knew the correct treatment for. I reached out multiple times to speak with a provider because the treatment wasn't working, and had to pay to speak with them. The last draw was when I was prescribed a topic medication for my vagina that pharmacy and instructions clearly advised DO Not use on vagina! I called the office to inquiry about this and was told I had to pay to speak to the doctor about an incorrect prescription! I asked for contact information for the medical director or lead attending physician and was on hold for 30 minutes. And the nurse told me she couldn't give me that information but I could speak with the office manager Almitra, she said she's transferring me, just the Almitra to forward me to voicemail! The doctor was nice, facilities and office space were small. I came in for an appointment to talk about getting pregnant and brought my husband with me for emotional support... I had to wait almost 30 additional minutes to be seen because the front office assistant was asking the doctor via computer chat of some kind of I could have my husband present... they ultimately said no and made me wait to see if they could get a different answer? I had agreed to have him be absent when they first said no... why did I then have to wait 20 minutes for another no? I was told he could be on the phone with me via face time but that wasn't appealing to me so I declined. They had also offered a telehealth appointment as an alternative.... Why would I want that when it's the first time I'm being seen?? I was then brought back to a waiting room and the nurse who took my vitals kept asking me if I was there for infertility... I tried to be polite and asked her not to use the terminology infertility as I had only been trying for 3 months and wanted to ask questions to better our chances for pregnancy... did she respect this? Nope she kept saying it anyway. Minor nitpick I guess but I was on the verge of tears and didn't appreciate my request being ignored... the doctor came in and was nicer about it. Her solution was a normal mild approach blood work ultrasound and sperm test for my husband. They drew the blood right away... I'm not sure why the technician didn't ask me my name or even address me before they drew the blood. Terrible bed side manners... they also kept the door open while collecting the sample despite that I had to take my shirt off? I didn't think about having to roll-up my sleeve... embarrassing... Then I went to the white plains location a week later for the ultrasound. Once again husband not allowed in the room and no explanation? Probably because of Covid? But getting a vaginal ultrasound from a nurse I've never met in a place I've never been was scary and uncomfortable... they even asked me if I've been sexually assaulted before and I said yes and they still refused to let me have my health advocate with me? The first time I came here I gave them grace since I was a new patient. Despite emailing the office all of the required documents weeks before my appointment, I still had to wait a longgg time to be seen. The doctor apologized profusely & said that typically does not happen. I was almost misdiagnosed during my visit because the screenshot they requested from my old doctor was obviously not enough info to assist. Bring back competent doctors who research prior to the appointment. For my second visit, I waited almost a hr because they had to "get the room ready." I will NOT be returning. read more

I went 2 1/2 years ago and explained all my issues. Dr told me everything was okay and come back next year. Welp I've lost 70 pounds and could feel something in my stomach like I'm pregnant. I have 3 Fibroids 10cm big. If they could have caught this it would have saved me a few years of pain and depression. They tried hard to push a weight loss program on me. Welp I'm going to a specialist now and will have surgery in a month or so. I'm just disappointed with this practice that is specialized for women. PSA: Do not patronize this facility! I had an appointment at the White Plains location with Dr. Erica Davenport. My appointment was 3:15. I arrived 3:03. Remember this part, they called me 10 times with this and that questions and requirements. I get there, sign in, give them the sample they requested and 3 people after me are called and seen. I go back to the receptionist and ask what is the procedure for appointments. She looks at the screen and was like oh, I will be back. She comes back and states the Office Manager will talk to me. She calls me and tells me they called me because the dr. Is In surgery and would not be back until 3pm, it's 3:30pm. The first defense is to LIE, so I called the office manager out. I received a text around 12ish, see you at 3:15pm. No phone call, nothing! I wanted to go closer to home, but now I have to go to INOVA, where they respect your time. I took off from work. Remember I said they called me 10 times but could not call me on this. I get it surgeries can last time, note to doctors office...don't schedule patients on days the dr. has surgery. Next I will be putting this Better Business Bureau! It's a shame you can't support your own area and you have to go out to get better care! I've been a patient for ~5 years. For the last few I've seen NP Davis. Overall, I appreciate her as a provider. I typically go once a year for wellness exams, so not much to it. In the past two years, wait times have increased, which i find very annoying. I went from in and out in ~30 minutes to waiting for 50+ minutes for the provider to see me. They have become VERY strict with their policies and will cancel you appointment if you do not complete the necessary paper work or verification items in advance of your appointment. read more

They are about money first and care second which I understand but you don't have to make me feel that way. Arlington office: Kind but unhelpful. I was told a specific blood test was required and then found out through other medical offices it wasn't. When calling for an appointment the scheduler was unprofessional, chewing gum the entire time loudly as well. This is unfortunate. Black doctors, especially women doctors, are so needed. Was almost put on clomid with this office (was just completing husband's testing. Mine was done.) and was told I wouldn't ovulate after a miscarriage(but clearly I was due to miscarriage but they kept saying it could have been a clot. I know it wasn't a clot.). I'm now 21 weeks pregnant with zero medication and if I had gone on the medication I would have hyper ovulated. PCOS added, it would have most likely been very bad. I have major spine issues so I can only imagine carrying multiples! I'm so thankful my husband dragged his feet for once or we could have had a serious problem. Going to a new office that informed me this location shouldn't have advertised they were knowledgeable in fertility due to the handling of my case as well as being familiar with them. I also had to call 3 times and go in in-person to get them to remove that I was a current smoker when I'm not. Beyond that, everyone here is very kind and I enjoyed my visits. I'm sure they have areas of expertise, but fertility dynamics for women with pcos is unfortunately not one I can put faith in or suggest to others. I also told them I was diagnosed with pcos but that was dismissed as well until tests proved it like I hadn't done this already and live with the symptoms my entire life. "Oh yeah your levels do look like you have pcos!" I know. I have pcos. PLEASE TRUST YOUR PATIENT. Some of us actually know our bodies. Minimalizing what I know about my body could have ended me up in a very bad way! read more

Let me begin this review by saying that Nurse Practitioner Davis is amazing!!! She really worked to help get some issues I was having resolved to the best of her ability. Now, Dr. Cooke on the other hand: Last week, I scheduled an appointment at 11:15am to be seen by Dr. Cooke to examine some concerns I was having. I called around 10:15 am to ensure that she was running on time because I had to be leaving the office by noon to report back to work. *Why did I think to call ahead of time? Because I used to see Dr. Cooke when she was at Pembrooke Square and she was frequently running behind* I arrived to the office at 10:50 was checked and and taken back by 11:10am. I was happy because I knew that I would actually get out of the office by noon but when 11:50am rolled around and I was still sitting with that paper cloth around my lap and no doctor in sight, my happiness turned into rage. I walked to the front, asked for my copay to be refunded and left. I later called the office manager to inform her of my displeasure. Her answer was that Dr. Cooke had a procedure at 11am that took longer than expected. DO NOT SCHEDULE CLIENTS BACK TO BACK LIKE THAT THEN! She then proceed to tell me that I would've been next to be seen by her. In my mind, what good did that do seeing that I was halfway down 301 by now? She apologized and informed me that Dr. Cooke would be in contact to apologize. That was a week ago. I have not heard from Dr. Cooke or anyone from that office. Maybe if you are having a child, Dr. Cookie is for you but if you are having other obstetrics and gynecological issues, then go elsewhere. Or allocate at least an hour to be seen. read more

My daughter had an appointment with the office, when we arrived at the office, they did not inform us that she had to make a payment before she was seen.We were already 5 minutes late so if she knew that if we had not paid and the appointment time will be changed the front desk person should have said something.The front desk did not inform us that we had to pay within the 10 minutes,otherwise the appointment time will be changed.We then had to wait 2 hours before the next appointment. Customer service was pathetic, they are saying they sent a text message. Nowhere on the text messages does it say that you have to pay before you are seen. After we made the payment which was questionable, they tell us oh you only just paid so you are over your 15 minutes. I also don't understand why the copy was so ridiculously high, for a colposcopy my daughter was charged $235 for copay and the explanation was it's a deductible that has not been met yet . I don't know of places where you pay before a service is provided. I am not happy with the service we received from this office as I had to wait 2 hours after my daughter' s proposed appointment, especially after coming from working overnight.!! read more

I'm rating the Waldorf center one star because of their unwillingness to work with patients. To have a 10 minute grace period and be located somewhere maps does not take you a little unrealistic. All phone calls are screened to a call center who gave me incorrect directions and sent me to the wrong building in the plaza. They even gave the incorrect suite number. Despite receiving incorrect directions I arrived to my appointment exactly one minute passed the grace period and was told I had to reschedule. Even after explaining I was given incorrect directions. This is a huge lack of consideration for my time. If you are going to have your phone calls screened to a call center that is fine, but take accountability when they give incorrect directions. read more

Their billing department continues to send me bills for finance charges for a bill that has been paid for months - after their automatic billing system never provided an invoice to me in the first place and I had to request paper invoices be mailed to me. Repeated calls and conversations with the billing group resulted in "we'll have to have our back end look into it" and continual bills for late charges, again even after the payment was made. Repeatedly bad experience with this office, mainly from the billing end but office interaction for appointments and staff disinterest with patients isn't much better. Awful!!! read more

I was looking for a center that has gynecology as well as pellet procedures. I wish I would have followed my first mind and not used their services. My first appointment was for gynecology which I felt very rushed during the appointment. The next appointment was the pellet insertion. After 16days my incision was not healed and began to bleed and show signs of infection. I called to see the doctor and was told I could not be seen in the Arlington office until the end of December. I took an appointment in Brandywine and was told I needed to pay a co payment because after 10 days if I am seen regarding a medical procedure, they will need to bill my insurance. Pellet procedures are not covered by the insurance so why would you need to bill my insurance. In the end I hope not to return to WWC, if things get worse I will visit the emergency room for care. I would not recommend this business because there's too many difficulties making appointments and contacting staff. The wait time to speak to someone is ridiculous and none of the appointments felt personable. read more

I have never felt more important or taken care of as a patient. The team at WWC has personally advocated for me to my insurance, which is something that I have never experienced in my life. Every time I arrive, they already have my information ready to go for check-in. The nurses are so kind and the doctors are better. PA Salley is so thoughtful in her practice. She excels in making sure her patients are comfortable and informed. I have never been more grateful for a doctor in my life, and I've had a few (especially as a cancer survivor). I would recommend Waldorf Women's Care to anyone who wants to feel taken care of by their doctor. read more

I arrived early and this is the second time this has occurred. I have to move my entire day around each time I come here. This is very upsetting. I am very upset. I came into Waldorf Woman's Care for a problem appointment on 5/13/18. I had two insurances Aetna (in network) and United Healthcare (in network). The person at the front desk asked me to come to the front desk and said I have to pay $100 to go towards my deductible, and I explained to them that is not correct. I do not have copays for office visits because I have 2 coverages. The billing manager told me that I would have to pay the $100 deductible in order to be seen. I asked them could they bill me and I was told they could not do that. I kept telling them that was incorrect. Then the person at the front desk said you can pay the $100 or $250. I truly don't understand why I had to go through so much... So once I left the office, I call both of my insurances and they said that my deductible does not apply to office visits and the office should have never tried to charge me over the amount of the allotted copay. This was such an inconvenience to me. The staff needs a little more education when it comes to insurances. read more

Excessive turnover of doctors. Outdated perspectives, certain providers lack professionalism and bedside manner.

Not too thrilled with getting notified a few months into my pregnancy that they will no longer offer prenatal services. If I had known that at the beginning then I never would have chosen this location. To top it off with my last appointment before getting all my records printed out for my next obgyn they said to just call my insurance to find out who takes my plan in order to find a new doctor. That's not really good advice and careless. There's more to picking a doctor than just seeing who takes a certain insurance. Everyone was polite here, I just always felt rushed, especially by the nurses. read more

This place is a joke! The first apt we had we showed up right at the time of our appointment because they have ZERO signage in that complex as to where this office. The receptionist was very rude when I said I would recommend putting some visible signs out after she gave us "a pass" because if we was our first appointment there. Our next appointment they cancelled without even calling us. The receptionist claims she left a voicemail, but she didn't. Then my wife had to follow up with the dr office after a lab test to see when they wanted to see her next since they did not schedule her for anything showing lack of attentiveness. Then she waited over an hour to be seen, funny it's okay for them wait to see you but if you are late ten minutes you won't even be able to see a dr. Do they realize this is the DC metro area and people drive log distances and sit in traffic for unknown reasons some time? The last time she was ten mins late and bumped from seeing the dr and a nurse saw her instead. Mind you I get that she was late, but now she can't see a dr? Our insurance doesn't pay them to see some bum nurse that isn't a doctor!! The dr has been late to see her several times, but it's okay for them? She is also high risk with twins so why would a dr let a nurse see her. Very unprofessional staff, no issues with the dr's conduct, but the business rules and customer service needs to be addressed. I don't trust them with my wife and two children's lives in their hands, so we changed to another dr over an hour away . read more

PA Salley was wonderful! I would highly recommend her! Everyone else I encountered at the practice was courteous. My wait time was 10 min.
