This year, I unfortunately had mice eat through some of the elements for my pool heater and Dima came out to troubleshoot and fix quickly. He even cleaned out the mess the mice had made and took steps to deter them from coming back. They clearly do an inadequate job during closing of winterizing the system and blowing out lines properly, because the last 2 years we have had damage to the pipes, pump and tiles that was completely avoidable. Then they charge above market prices for repair and hold off on providing service till repairs are done by them. They now send one inexperienced person to do the job that was done by 2-3 people earlier and charge more. Each maintenance report just blames the customer for their poor quality of service. MGN Pools refinished my inground pool I spring of 2023. which looked good until they added salt…read moreseveral weeks later. immediately the pool began to develop large white streaks all over the pool. We had strictly followed all their instructions on brushing the pool and maintaining chemical balance. (We have been owners of this pool so do know how to maintain chemical levels).MGN wants to claim it is calcium deposits due to high PH levels. We even purchased an electronic monitor and have needed to add acid every 2-3 days. MGN has done several efforts to correct the issue in draining the pool and doing an acid wash this spring. This did not correct the problem and even made it look worse (see pictures). We have requested multiple times that they redo the resurfacing. They continue to blame us and now I am left with a pool that looks awful. This has costs a great deal of money. A year later we are still adding acid every 2-3 days as well as the cost of refilling the pool a second time. I wish we had never dealt with this company!
