When my service day came, Eric was right on time, checked the service panel as a matter of practice finding a loose wire and then was able to replace the pump even though near impossible to get to location. Even if I have to wait a month for an appointment, I won't use another hot tub repair company.

I called Total Spa after i had another spa repair come…read moreout to take a look at my spa - the reason for the call was that the black hot wire kept tripping the breaker when connected- the "other" company came out right away and after about 10 minutes said to me- Ma'am im really sorry to tell you this but you have a bad circuit board" said i would need to order the part myself due to they not being a master spa dealer- I said ok- immediately ordered the circuit board (670$) and i called the "other" company and told them i ordered the circuit board and that it was expected in 2 days. They then told me i needed to drain all the water out in case we get another cold snap and that they really couldn't tell me when they could come out to install due them being very busy. Told me to drain the water and use a wet vac to get as much water out of the tub as i can- so i proceeded to do as directed, that night i got to thinking about it and just had a bad feeling, so in the am i immediately started looking for a 2nd opinion. That is when i found my life saver Tim- called him- he called me back the next day (friday) and i told him what had been told to me- he said that doesn't sound like a bad circuit board and said he could be out that following Monday- Tim came Monday and within 10 minutes found the problem- just sound bad wiring from the electrician, he fixed it! We went a little over 10% over budget, which is just about what I expected for a project like this, and I was pleasantly surprised that we actually finished a few days early. The work comes with a 3-year warranty too (which we needed in the past and have had no trouble using), which gives extra peace of mind. Each person on the project - Elena the project manager, Juan the site supervisor, Alexa the designer, John the estimator, and especially the lead technician Cornelio was a pleasure to work with. As with any renovation, there are always surprises and hiccups along the way, but the team handled everything professionally, even when I was stressed and occasionally cranky. One thing of particular note was how much the team was willing to work with me when the inevitable surprises came up. There are things that nobody can foresee, which usually results in a change order and extra cost, but then there are those little things where everyone leaves a conversation with a different impression. In those latter instances, I always really appreciated how willing everyone was to meet me halfway and to make sure I felt good about how things were going and confident that we were doing right by each other. All in all, I highly recommend them and they will be my first call next time I have a project!

Last year, when we set up our above the ground pool and were lookingforavailabile in the area pool service, we were lucky to find this company. Amir was able to accommodate us and add us to his schedule on a very short notice (despite being busy and having their schedule full). We replaced our pool with a bigger one this year. We did the installation ourselves and were not sure if everything was done the right way. Amir was kind enough to come with his team, check it out, and fix all the issues. Then they charge above market prices for repair and hold off on providing service till repairs are done by them. They now send one inexperienced person to do the job that was done by 2-3 people earlier and charge more. Each maintenance report just blames the customer for their poor quality of service.
