The weather was perfect, but there were a few things that could make the race even more exciting. The PA system needs to work at all turns. Where we were sitting we couldn't hear the announcer. The track is good, but since you can't see it all, hearing the announcer would be great. The roads are really narrow, so if 2 cars are going the opposite direction, there's a problem since everyone parks everywhere. The campground could definitely be more organized. Bleachers would be nice as well, so you could see more or if you don't have enough chairs.

He was kind enough to bring us in and walk us through the exhibition plans, the current collection and even share stories about the items there. The volunteers are working hard to set up the exhibits and repurpose this arena space. They've curated such an amazing and impressive collection of vehicles and antique tools. Please donate towards the museum if you are able. They're preserving such a wonderful history of Canadian fire fighting and it's really cool to see how methods and technology have advanced. Kids will really enjoy it and adults will find it so educational. We're excited to visit again when they are opened for public!!

The two ladies who own this establishment Leslie and Robyn are 2 of the most knowledgeable retailers I have ever met. I have purchased items from this store for my own home in Warkworth and for friends. Truly a walk thru time past and a friendly and intelligent place to shop. I shall be back again and again. Only a 1.5 hour drive from TO as well to one of the finest small towns in Ontario.

We did Candy Factory Fiasco. It was a superbly built room, with fun props and sounds. The puzzles were challenging for sure, but not impossible so that it wasn't fun. We got stuck on one part, but used teamwork to solve it and we escaped the room with 5 minutes to spare. We didn't have to ask for a hint, either! There were lots of fun aspects to this room, and it really made me curious to try the other ones - hopefully I'll have the opportunity! Wonderful little escape room tucked away - they even accommodated our request to come during the day on a Wednesday. Now THAT is customer service!

There's bean bag tossing to keep if you occupied if you're early. They also have some great horses and ponies nearby for you to admire too. Staff: Very nice and accommodating. We were delayed in getting there in time for our room booking but they were very sweet about it. Everyone is decked out in costumes that fit with the old timey theme. Loved every minute of it! Room: We did the Freakshow room and it was loads of fun. There isn't really any fancy tech, so it's just your old fashion escape room. I don't want to give too much away, but one of the great things here is excellent teamwork puzzles. Always had stuff to do and plenty of space to move around. I find too many rooms nowadays have a very linear fashion, and it gets very mundane when you all have to work on a single puzzle. Loved the theme, very great story, nice puzzles, would definitely return! Please note that they only accept cash.
