The request was to cut down 2 trees and trim a 3rd one. He cut the 2 trees down but only trimmed half the other tree. May 2024. Said he needed a bucket truck which was broken and it would be fixed the next week. After that he only contacted me if i contacted him first and there was always an excuse as to why the work wasn't done. I finally gave him an ultimatum and he agreed to refund $300 which he never did!!! My kind neighbor finally did the trimming needed using a step ladder and a pole saw.
