This place was just great to visit today! Great and friendly service, yummy tasting kombucha with a variety of flavors, and cute outside seating with a view of the trestle! Amy, the owner, is very sweet and helpfully told us a lot of information about all the kombucha. Note, there is also nitro coffee on tap for coffee lovers and some snacks to grab as well! I really enjoyed pretty much all the kombucha I tried! My fave regular kombucha was the Marin Sage flavor - sooooo good. It was recommended to us by Amy as well! My second fave was the GT's Cannabliss lemon berry kombucha with hemp - it was so yummy - like, so many of those CBD drinks are not great tasting IMHO, but this was absolutely delicious! Would def be worth getting a full glass of that one, which I'll likely do next time I'm in! Just such a nice stop, with yummy booch, and super friendly service! I'll be back soon! read more

No food here really, but a self serve tap house. Staff is really nice, but the spot seems not put together completely. Small inside and nice porch area, just lacks the ability to serve a large party. Online presents is not well defined to lure you in, you have to just go there to find out. Lots of foam the day we were there. read more

This is a fun place to go with friends to try a variety of local kombucha, beer, wine, and coffee. One of my favorites is Living Swell's kombucha Notorious which is a raspberry and lemon flavor that tastes amazing on tap! Amy the owner is very nice and helpful about what to try. She is offering food now too that I look forward to trying asap. Plenty of comfy seating inside and there is an outside bar as well. It's right in the Capitola village and a short walk to the beach so it's location is perfect. Concept was fun but the drinks didn't pan out to be enjoyable for me (tried about 7 total kombuchas). I found the price a bit high combined with a very foamy product out of the tap that left a very small amount of actual kombucha. Ambiance is good with seating indoors and outdoors but the owner was a bit too involved in all of the indoor conversations where I was sitting and having what I would have preferred to be a private conversation. read more

I visited this business recently after a morning at the Capitola State Beach, and it was a great experience. The staff was super nice, and they have a great variety of wines, beers and kombuchas on tap. They charge by the ounce, so you can take a little sample of anything to taste or a bigger pour if you liked what you tasted. I enjoyed my wine on their cute patio that looks onto the street and people-watched. Not a bad way to spend a Saturday afternoon. I'd highly recommend this place and will be back when I visit Capitola again. read more

Great kombucha here! I always wanted to like kombucha and I even tried to make it myself, but it's always too vinegary for me. The fresh kombucha on tap is EXCELLENT and as a Capitola local, I'll be back often. The cold brew coffee on tap is delicious and strong! The tap keeps it the perfect temperature so you don't have to water it down with ice. This is a newly opened kombucha bar/taproom in downtown Capitola and it's really nicely done! You can try all the kombucha on tap and pay only for what you pour. Amy's shop is delightful. Amazing selection of kombuchas and excellent cold brew coffee. It's impeccably clean and bright inside. Let me preface with: I hate kombucha, ginger and lemongrass. I stopped by just to look and Amy greeted me to tell me about the tap house. When asked if I liked kombucha I had to say no. I was open to the free samples. I absolutely enjoyed the ginger lemongrass. I think we were both shocked! Apparently when on tap, the bitter taste from disappears. Hi me and my wife went to the taphouse in Capitola for the first time a couple weeks ago and thought it was a great place. I've never had kombucha off the trap only out of a jar in retail stores. I thought it was a nice treat and much easier to drink, my wife enjoys it and continues to try & get me to try different ones so I suggest you try there first. read more

I was so excited to visit this fun little gem in the heart of Capitola. For fans of kombucha it's a godsend. 12+ on tap with many more to come. The owners delight in sampling out different flavors. For those who have never tried this amazing probiotic flavorful drink, it's even better because you can try it for free!
