I felt as though I was being "upsold" and being forced to commit to a surgery date so I would be able to take advantage of a "bundled" discount but i would have to pay 20% down and schedule surgery that day. Her staff still continued to push and I just had all kinds of red flags along with my own intuition that something isn't right. Additionally I was told she (Dr Ho) is not comfortable just doing a mid face lift she recommended a brow lift, neck lift, and deep plane facelift basically a complete overhaul for almost 40k. This system worked until my last appointment was done by Irene. She told me that she was subbing for Tania and that I would have to contact her to set up my next appointment; which was not true. There's no direct number for her and I had to use the main number. I called countless times, left voicemails, and yet no one has called back. I finally went into the office to speak to someone in person about scheduling my next appointment. Tania told me that I cannot do that and will need to call the 484 number to schedule. I asked why I couldn't schedule it with her since she had done my first 3 treatments; she said she's leaving 11/1 and not taking any new clients... even though I had been her client before. She said that she can't schedule me and I just have to call the 484 number. When I told her that I'd done that for weeks and have not been called back, she said "yeah I've been getting a lot of negative feedback about that lately. People tell me they're calling a thousand times and no ones calling back. All you can do is keep calling the main number". She then went on to say that she doesn't have access to the number and she "was acting as the receptionist for a month doing work not getting paid so I said fuck that shit, I'm not doing work for free". First, I was told the system flagged me as a bot, which does not align with how the appointment was booked. Then I was told I may not have confirmed the appointment--also incorrect. The lack of transparency was frustrating, but even more concerning was the complete absence of accountability. Customer service was particularly poor. The representative I spoke with (possibly named Theresa) was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed little interest in resolving the issue or acknowledging the inconvenience caused. While the quality of services may be strong, the administrative side of the business is clearly disorganized and undermines the overall experience.
