After my nails were messed up during a previous visit, I was initially told it was my fault for being "hard on my nails." However, when I came back in, one of the managers asked who had done them, and once I told him it was done at their salon, his response completely changed. The technician who had been doing my nails for years then asked me to remove my review and promised to redo my nails at a discounted price because of the original mistake. I agreed and came back with two friends. Unfortunately, the visit still didn't go well. My friends repeatedly asked for changes because the designs were not what they wanted, but they weren't listened to, and the technicians continued with designs they had already said they couldn't do. While I appreciate that they stayed late and tried to accommodate us since we arrived about an hour before closing, the final results still weren't what we expected. My nails were better than the previous visit, but still not what I asked for. Overall, the service was inconsistent, communication was poor, and accountability was lacking. I was happier than last time, but not satisfied enough to return.

I walked in on Nov 9 and asked for a a full set of coffins acrylic nails with regular polish. After…read morethey had finished and I was letting the nails dry I told them that the polish was clumpy and I said I would be returning the next day so that they could fix them. I've had my nails for about three days now and they are already falling off. After getting them " fixed " I came home and did them myself. The pedicure was nice but the manicure was not. First it began with me choosing the color swatch from their selection. Then she's drilling off my previous dip product and keeps burning through my nail bed and I finally jumped from the pain and pulled my hand away and I said you're burning through my nail beds. She said it was because I had glitter in my old product. NO. Then she asked if I wanted to keep my natural nail length and I said yes. Next she chops my left hand nails down to the skin right after and then they're gone! Next, 3/10 of the tips she fitted were clearly too small for my naturals and since I was doing coffins I pointed to the exposed edges and said are you going to be able to blend this, it isn't the right size. She snapped back with I'M NOT FINISHED YET. I said I know you're not finished yet I'm asking if you're going to be able to blend the corners with too small of a tip. Again, I'M NOT FINISHED YET. Next she pulls the color N70 and starts dipping my nails and right away I noticed this is nothing like the color I chose. I said um wait wait. This isn't anything like what you have up there that I picked. "It just looks different cause those are old and it just doesn't have the glitter." I told her no, it's not just the glitter it's a completely different shade. I pulled up the photo I took of the swatch and showed her and I said see how this is a ballerina ivory/ pink- it's nothing like it. She said "the color looks good on your hand." I said but it isn't what I asked for. She continued to dip my nails in this old lady boring grey/ muted mauve and didn't apologize or anything. So now I'm walking around with nails that I absolutely hate with exposed naturals that are catching everything and are an uneven mess! I told her it's a good thing these aren't for my wedding. Lastly, when I got up to wash my hands I come back in five seconds and she took my phone, my open handbag, and my Stanley and moved it into a pile on a random table and already had another client in my chair. SHE DIDN'T EVEN ASK TO TOUCH MY BELONGINGS! So I'm absolutely done. Thanks Michelle. Best of luck to the salon

She then says that she would not because she would tell them that she told me she didn't have any more appointments today! What rude behavior!!!
