Adam brought the ball of positivity and kept it rolling ALL. DAY. LONG. He showed up with matching…read morecolors to our wedding with a big smile on his face and a can-do attitude! My bridesmaids and I were all running late due to a mishap with our makeup artists, but no problem- Adam still made the most of it and took as many cute & fun "getting ready" photos of us before the ceremony! Then after the ceremony he made sure to go down a whole list that he had collaborated on with us and took pictures of every single family member and bridal combinations he could. He had us laughing and smiling the whole time! And he even helped my dad by being SO incredibly gracious and letting him take a few snaps of all of us with his special camera, too! My dad was so happy and impressed with Adam, and it warmed my heart to see how well he jived with us and the whole family. He worked amazingly well and so efficiently for all of the time limitations we had as we had a strict timeline. During the reception he made sure to come around and snap pics of all of us having a good time, dancing, including selfies for fun! Adam is super professional and so caring and understanding- he even took down a photo that I felt a little self conscious of my body with AS SOON as I asked him to, for our sneak-peeks. Adam is easy to work with, really upbeat, excited about his work, easy to contact, fast, creative and fun! He captured everything I requested and then some. All of the ladies in the wedding party loved him and felt totally comfortable. Adam helps provide guidance you when you need it, handled my 452 questions I emailed to him like the pro that he is and he asks for input along the way to make sure he is providing the services you had in mind for your day. My favorite thing about his photography is that he really makes the colors pop. Our wedding was a St. Patty's themed event and the colors were green, white and gold. When flipping through the pix from our day you can really appreciate the color scheme which was so important to us. Also, we decided against hiring a videographer but, if you flip the the pix, I realized that it didn't matter anyway! Adam managed to get pictures from every angle. My cousin gave me great advice before I got married: she said that the photographer is following you around on what could end up being a stressful day, so you want to make sure the photog is someone you can stand under those circumstances. Mo is that person!! She is down to earth, funny, and informal. My husband and I are not models by any means, but Mo talked us through the best ways to hold our bodies. She jokes a lot and put us at ease right away. The photos we've seen from our wedding day are incredible - the shots are real-life, not fussy or stuffy, which perfectly captured the vibe of the day. We had the distinct pleasure of working with Matt for variety of wedding-related events this summer. When we first met with him over coffee, his passion for his work, his commitment to each couple he photographs, and his talent were evident, as was his expertise in PVD/RI photography- the ideas he had were abundant and we left our first meeting feeling like we'd known him for years. When we shared with him that we were planning a non-traditional wedding with an elopement and a reception in Providence later that summer, he was immediately on board. He went above and beyond in capturing our engagement photos, our reception photos, and even traveled to Greece where he captured the most gorgeous photos of our elopement. Matt exceeded all of our (admittedly high) expectations and did so with such an ease, kindness, professionalism, and joy. He was FUN to be around. We became fast friends with him, as did everyone at our wedding, and will value this relationship for a very long time- we feel so privileged to have met him (and his lovely wife). He is the kind of photographer who will capture an intimate 2-person elopement with the same panache as a 90 person dance party and I have no doubt he would bring the same skill to a 300 person bash or a family photo shoot. He was accommodating to the fact that we are from out of town and scheduled a session while we were in town on Thanksgiving weekend. Although it was raining that day, Matt had thought of indoor and covered spaces that were urban and creative and the pictures came out great. His personality and creativity with a tough situation gave us the confidence that we needed for our wedding day photos. On the wedding day, Matt was with us the entire day, from getting ready at the salon/hotel to the end of the reception. All day, Matt was present to keep us calm when needed and invisible when we needed privacy for more intimate moments. He helped us come up with ideas for a gorgeous first look and was even willing to walk around the venue with us the week before the wedding to make sure that we weren't wasting time on the wedding day trying to find the best picture spots. At the end of the night, many guests mentioned how fun our photographer was. Matt sent us our wedding pictures in a very timely fashion (less than 2 weeks after the wedding!). They were absolutely perfect, an array of everything we asked for (some formal, some artsy first look pictures, formal pictures with our immediate families, beautiful ceremony pictures and lots of candids of our guests). The pictures were professional, yet personal and we couldn't have asked for him to do anything differently or better.
