Love, love, love all of Capriole's cheeses, but my favorite is the award-winning Wabash Cannonball. I recently tried the Mont St. Francis and it was delicious. I gravitate toward our local Kentuckiana restaurants (example: Red Yeti) that utilize products from this regional gem, which happens to have a worldwide presence. Capriole goat cheeses are divine, best in the US. I recently tried the Julianna at Nouvelle and it's my new favorite cheese.

Awful Customer Service!! I sent email to send a cheese gift to my husbands aunt and requested their less expensive shipping per their website. After repeated emails asking for an invoice which I NEVER received, was charged more than $30 over what the gift was priced on their website!!! I have sent several emails asking for help to fix this issue and was told I am out of luck!! WILL NEVER ORDER OR PURCHASE CHEESE FROM CAPRIOLE AGAIN!!! read more

I have had this cheese several times (brought by someone to an event) and I am addicted. It is the most wonderful goat cheese you could ever hope to have in Kentuckiana. I saw a few complaints about shipping, people need to remember, that shipping cheese is a very delicate matter, it must be cared for every step of the way, and that is expensive. Better to find a store that carries the cheese, and if they don't, pester them until they do. If you care about the best, you will want Capriole cheese. read more
