My boyfriend bought some old Batman comics & got me my first set of D&D dies. We played Marvel vs Capcom in their arcade section and got to watch some folks play a Disney trading card game, as they have a couple tables for game play. The service from the man at the cashier area was excellent. He did a good job letting us know about future sales & giving more details about items we were looking at. We will definitely be back!

Also, would like to highlight that the book buyback program is one factor that features great value. My daughter and I had a great time visiting 2-3 weeks back. Good selection of longboxes, some new pull books, along with a fair selection of dollar books on shelves. Pop selection was small but they had a nice amount of exclusives. Various toys and collectables including figures were spread around the shop. The owner was very helpful in searching for items and pleasant to chat with. Overall, this is one of the better small comic shops I've visited, and fully recommend it.

The owner was very friendly, helpful, and passionate about comics and his store. He was also hands-on with helping me find comics but encouraged the me dig and search at my own pace. I enjoyed looking through the long boxes and participating in the interesting and thoughtful conversations. The books were in great shape and the prices were exceptional--there was a sale on the back issues today and I took full advantage of this. Cult Fiction Comics has been officially added to my favorite shops.

I came in today (Sunday) around 12:40pm and I get similar treatment every time I'm in there. I am a femme presenting person and they all treat me like I don't exist and usually leave the interaction with the cashier being made to feel stupid. I see them having full on conversations with people and then when I come up to purchase something, I'm treated like I don't know what I'm doing and not paid attention to, even when I am right in front of them checking out. And on multiple occasions have been met with a similar experience from the cashier. Today I found myself standing waiting to be rung up, while the employee at the counter attended solely to a patron going through a binder of mtg cards. I recognize a need for supervision and attention required for customers reviewing the card catalogue. However, my partner and I stood for some time waiting to be helped without so much of a check in to let us know if we need assistance or otherwise. In the future a quick "i'll be with you momentarily" could suffice. Additionally, once we are finally asked if we are checking out the cashier proceeds to split his attention between us and the customer with the binder. So much so that my partner and I spend unnecessary moments trying to make our purchase using Apple Pay when the machine needed to be reset. Ultimately, our dissatisfaction comes from a lack of consideration to all customers in the store. I recognize my purchases may not be as lucrative as those who play mtg or 40k. But I would hope my continued patronage would be worth some standard shared across the btg staff. This is not my experience every time but is certainly not the first. However, I do hope the next time I visit to be a more courteous one.

Here you can spend as little a a buck on a record up to $50 for a new sealed reproduced record. They have a really nice selection for all tastes that range from Blues, Jazz, Rock, Hip Hop and some country. They offer a rewards program and have buy one $5 record get a second free on Thursdays. If your a serious collector or someone trying to locate some long lost LPs from your youth, this is the place for you.
