They did not provide what they advertised, they did not provide me with 1/4 steer, I did not get what I paid for. They were not honest about their product, and it was NOT as advertised. I am a very dissatisfied customer. Buyers beware of these folks.

But the inside is full of beef, pork, chicken, smoked sausage and so much more. They have an area that they serve cooked food, but that portion closes after lunch time. We got our cow loaded into the cooler and we got a credit for not taking the boxes. So of course we went inside to buy some chicken and smoked sausage and bacon (with or without the rind) that they slice right there. Amazing pricing and service was quick, helpful and knowledgeable. They ship too which is good to know since it was a 2 hour drive for us.

The brim or blue gill fish come from Lake Okeechobee in Florida and are all tagged. Under current laws, they cannot buy your fish unless you are licensed to sell. Shrimp may be from the Florida gulf or Louisiana. But it is all good. They will clean the shrimp anyway you want it. I like mine off the shell with the tail on and deveined. You will want to wash them one more time at home to remove any leftover residues. Mostly I go to buy shrimp and it's always good. I get the jumbo shrimp to cook on the grill. Cleaning of your shrimp is done while you wait. It doesn't take long. They also do a great job at cleaving the fish you catch. They charge $1 a pound and if you want the skin off the filets they it's $2 a pound. It's really not worth the mess and effort to do it yourself. Just let them do it. Expect to leave your ice chest with them. Depending on how busy they are and the time of the day, it could be ready the same day or the next morning. They accept all major credit and debit cards. They will give you ample ice with any order. Whether you are buying or just getting cleaned. They Lao have frozen seafood as well but some of that might be imported which I never buy. All employees are very courteous. They will be glad to help you carry your ice chest to and from your vehicles. Harper's has a huge wholesale business in the back with semi-trucks that delivery seafood all over the place. This is not a small operation. They know seafood. They buy it on their trips as well. Then 3 weeks go by with nothing showing up, as I never received confirmation or tracking, just her word. So I reached out and she stated she forgot but provided tracking. Soon as the package arrived I opened it to find she only shipped 1 instead 2 like she mentioned. Eager to try the jam I opened it right away, only to be smacked in the face for the 3rd time with a foul smell of stinky behind. I reached out right away to Koren to let her know but she never responded back. At this point I am writing this company off. Customer service started great, then became non existent. 3 out of 3 jars spoiled which shows there is a serious quality control issue going on. I was willing to ship that jar back, so they can smell if for themselves.
