Looking at the 'before' photo versus what Proper Hour Home Services delivered is like night and day. They took a cramped, dated layout and turned it into a sleek, modern space. The transition from the old tub/shower combo to the stunning walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling marble-style tile is incredible. The craftsmanship on the glass enclosure and the new vanity are great! Other than a few minor hiccups and delays, Vadim and his crew did a thorough job making sure everything was to my liking before completion. Very competitively priced.

Benjamin and his team were friendly but the project did not go well. They quoted us a level 5…read morefinish and that the project would take 3 days. It ended up taking 6 days, not a big deal. The big deal is that when I inspected their work after they left saying they were done it was nowhere near acceptable, never mind level 5. Surfaces weren't sanded, there was spilled mud on the trim and splatters on walls that they didn't clean up, the edges of their work were not sanded to blend into the existing surfaces. I was willing to accept less than level 5, but I wanted the work to be at least properly sanded and blended into the existing surfaces, which was not achieved. See pictures below of a few examples of what they left us with. They said they would fix it, and then abruptly said they couldn't do it and walked away from the job leaving us hanging. The one plus is they only took 50% of the payment , but after speaking to two other drywall guys who are quoting fixing their work even that seems like too much given how much we're going to have to redo and the resulting delays to our project.
