Today for the first time in a long time we went inside while our food was correct, The food itself was cold. Even my daughter commented on it. When I realized that we didn't have the bottle of water for my daughter or the iced coffee for myself I went up and waited at the front to get the bottle of water. Several other patrons were up there with me, the employee's saw us and purposely ignored us, except for one young woman who was speaking to one of the workers (they knew each other). They had some orders going, but they certainly weren't slammed and they had time to be laughing and talking about going to a party and being on their phones. Finally, I walked over to the elderly cashier woman and explained to her that situation and showed her my receipt and she got the water for me promptly. I'm really not wanting to complain, but this has been going on for quite some time and when I went to go sit back down, the other patrons were still waiting there being ignored this needs to change seriously. 1/10 would not recommend.
