Do not buy from this company tickets are not emailed timely. I had to call to have the tickets sent while at the venue. They do not email them the day before concerts. Paid for a parking pass that I did not get I have to contact my bank to get charges reversed. Terrible customer service! read more

Yesterday I was waiting all day to buy tickets to see Ice Cube on the Gametime app. I waited too long and the only tickets left were the more expensive ones. I checked Ticketmaster and couldn't find any thing decently priced. That's when I remembered Capt. Ticket. I went on the site and found tickets for 60 bucks. I bought the tickets but didn't receive them on my email. This was an hour before the show and I started to become worried. I called and spoke with Jeff who informed me that I needed a Axs account. These guys are awesome! I had an issue with multiple ticket sale sites on purchasing the same exact tickets (which were a steal of a deal) for a Miami Heat pre-Valentine's game for me and my girl. Turned out the broker who had the tickets up for sale had an error in his system, thus resulting in myself purchasing tickets that did not even exist! I bought a ticket to a concert from them a bit ago, and ended up having the WORST customer service experience I think of my life. The checkout process was fine, but I spent awhile trying to find their policy on what they'd do if the ticket I bought didn't work and still couldn't, so I included that in my (still overall positive) review when I checked-out. Also, they say there's no fees but there's still a delivery fee, but whatever, small complaint. A week later, the owner Jeff calls me on my cell phone out of the blue about my review, and DEMANDS I change it. He says things like he's personally offended I gave them 3 stars, how could I not have seen their policy, and would I appreciate it if someone gave my business 3 stars? His tone was extremely accusatory, angry, insulting. It honestly made me feel like my tickets were being held hostage if I didn't change the review. Worst of all, not once did he offer to actually help me with the issue I was having of pointing out where their policy is on the website. It was all about him. I'm honestly a bit worried what their reaction will be to this review, but this was my honest experience. Maybe he was having a bad day, who knows. I definitely will not be buying from them again though. tl;dr - Gave 3 star review, owner calls yelling at and insulting me to change it to 5 stars w/o ever offering to help with the issue I was having. read more

If you hate paying the service fees on stubhub then Captain Ticket is the way to go. I ended up getting tickets that were significantly cheaper and in a better section from Captain Ticket than from stubhub. Their customer service is also excellent. Before purchasing online, I called to see if the tickets would arrive on time. The gentleman on the phone personally ensured me that the tickets would do so. This place is a scam. Bought tickets for a concert; $140 for the tickets, and $20 to mail them here (that should've been our first clue). Concert was cancelled. Several months later, WE had to contact THEM to find out that the tickets must be returned for a refund. Just two days later, we get a call saying that the deadline for a refund was just a two days away. So, we express mailed the tickets back to this place...which, by the way, did not cost us $20. Red flags all over the place at this point. A month later, still no refund. Sent an email, and they asked US to call THEM (great customer service right there). Called, and was promised a refund in two to three days. A week and a half later, here we are, with no refund. Avoid these idiots at all costs; just buy from Ticketmaster, or another established, reputable business. "Captain Ticket" can walk the plank. read more
