Very disappointed in my last 2 transaction with Bill @ TG - after giving him my CC info over the phone he proceeds to double charge me and takes several days to reimburse me. Very happy with my experience with ticket giant. I first found them on ebay. I don't trust anybody unless I do my full research. I then googled and found their website, yelp page and facebook page which made me feel a little bit better. I called twice both times bill answered right away. I ended up buying 4 tickets to the steelers san diego game. I bought section 59 row 20 and when he sent me the tickets it was for row 5. I called because I thought it was a mistake but he said I checked the upgrade box, which I did and forgot about. So that was really nice those 15 rows made a huge difference. I looked at row 20 while walking down to my row 5 and was super happy that I wasn't sitting in row 20 lol. Though I was nervous all the way till I was in the stadium, all I could think is if I paid all this money for fake tickets my husband is going to kill me.
