I've purchased tickets here many times, and will continue to do so. Sure, you can buy tickets off the internet, but what really makes The Kind stand out is their personalized service. I love that I can stop in, and in just a few minutes I'll have all the options explained to me, and the exact seating locations shown to me on a printed out chart, so I can really conceptualize where they are in the venue. No guessing games and disappointments. They get some really prime seats, and are sure to have something to make you happy. Unlike some ticket brokers, they don't try to push the highest price bracket on you, unless that's what you want. I also like that they include the fees, etc when they quote you the ticket price. It's not like online where you go to pay, and suddenly you owe another $50 in fees. They're friendly and provide great customer service. A great source for your ticketing needs! read more

I just thought I might add a tip here. I watched the tickets drop in price every day for four days before the concert. Mine went from $135 each, a good deal at the time, to $95. Then similar tickets were $85. the day before the concert. Wait if you dare. Lawn seats went from a hundred each a week before the concert to $35. the day before. read more

I bought tickets to the sold out Offspring/311 World Unity tour at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Irvine from The Kind Tickets the day of the concert after seeing their advertisement on Craigs list. It was so easy, just showed up at the box office with my ID in hand and my tickets were ready and waiting for me! My daughter was turning 8 and wanted nothing more than to see Big Time Rush in concert. Unfortunately, we did not realize that they would be here in O.C. until the tickets had been on sale for over a month. The seats that the amphitheatre had left were not the best seats so I decided to look around online to see if I could find some decent seats at somewhat affordable prices. Luckily, I found TKT and Dave. He was as helpful as they come! I was very impressed with the time and attention he took to make sure we got the best seats & price possible. If you really want to get good seats for a show this is the place to buy your tickets. Unlike some of the other on line services there is no processing fees. It may cost you a few bucks more but the seats are always great! If you call, the guys are super helpful and they take care of their regulars! The office is easy to get to, the staff is helpful and I would highly recommend them.. Bought a ticket online (Good Seats.com) for a concert and the description was misleading. It says VIP Pass but it was actually a ONE MEAL pass at the event. They should indicate or describe properly what it is. Called online customer service but won't give me credit or change or refund. I was willing to add more for what i actually wanted to buy. No manager was available and only connected me to a voice mail. Left a message but never returned my call. Customer service said it was Kind Tickets who sold tickets but Kind Tickets also was telling me it was Good Seats. they were just passing me around and not claiming responsibility. Misleading the public especially if they are desperate to sell tickets on the day of event. read more

This was my first time using Kind Tickets. I got great seats for Hunter Hayes at the OC Fair. I ordered them on Friday and the concert was on Sunday. I was concerned that the email with the e-tickets wouldn't arrive in time so I called the company and they were very polite and helpful and let me know that the tickets would be in my email by Saturday - they were! They even emailed me to make sure the ticket attachment went through properly. Definitely will be using them again! read more

Very frustrating experience. I ended up using the service because a 3rd party ticket broker used their tickets to resell them to me. I didn't realize this when I bought the tickets to begin with. My bad...I hadn't ever used one of these sham sites, but unfortunately, the TicketMaster and venue tickets were sold out and these were all that was left. Those legitimate ticket sellers sell out because all these types of services buy up the tickets and resell them for added fees. Such a bummer. The concert was cancelled and EVERYONE who bought their tickets via TicketMaster or the venue was given an on the spot refund. The suckers like me who used a broker, were redirected to these guys. I called right away and was told I'd need to wait 10 days until the venue confirmed they would not be rescheduling the cancelled show. Keep in mind the night of the show they said CANCELLED not POSTPONED. I was told someone would contact me via email to confirm status. No one did so I called again 10 days later. They confirmed they would be issuing refunds, but said it would take 5-7 days. I called on day 8 to check status as no refund was showing on my statement, and was told they hadn't processed them yet as they have 7-10 days to do so and I had only called 5 business days prior so they had some time. I was even told I don't need to call again - just to wait until they get to it. A lesson learned not to use these types of services again, but so bummed that I am now waiting 3+ weeks for a refund everyone else got on the spot. read more

Kind Tickets charged me double what the tickets actually cost plus $90 handling fee plus $40 shipping for a computer print out (which I could have done at home for free). I tried calling customer service twice and emailed twice to discuss this and the rep was anything but friendly!! Perhaps they should change their name, "kind" tickets doesn't really fit!! Be assured I won't be using this service again or recommending it to any of my friends. read more

Our situation sounds very similar to Kris G's. We got last minute tickets to see Big Time Rush since my daughter really wanted to go to the concert. They were performing at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Irvine. We've bought tickets from TKT before and have always been happy with them. Wonderful seats and really good prices. The Kind Tickets have helped me out of a bind several times. Namely for one of the biggest bands in the world, U2. They sold out within minutes with both 2002 and 2005 Vertigo tours in Los Angeles, the Pond O.C. and the MGM, Las Vegas. I was able to purchase the BEST seats in the house for each venue (general admission) as you can arrive early for a chance to get inside the 'heart' or 'eclipse' areas [as they called it]. I purchased all 3 pairs of GA tickets through Kind Tickets at a fair price each time. Without TKT, I'm not sure I would have those experiences to remember. Thank you guys for always being there, and it wasn't always easy. The staff is friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to FIND what your looking for if not right on hand at the store. Okay where do I start? It's two hours to Dave Matthews Band, my gf's b-day present, and the online company I bought tickets from calls and says "here's your money back, good luck getting tickets. It'll be two to five days." No money, no tickets, two hours to go, and KIND strapped on their super hero cape, got me two lawn seats, and asked me to pay them when I got my refund. These guys all worked really hard to help me out, I got the tickets, saw the show and kept the girl. We didn't ride off into the sunset until the next day.
