The Harry Potter experience at Cosm Los Angeles was such a fun and immersive experience! Parking was conveniently located close to the entrance, and we were pleasantly surprised by how short the wait was to get inside. The tickets are definitely on the pricey side, but after experiencing it, I felt it was worth it. We sat around the middle of the venue, but next time I'd probably choose seats a little farther back. The massive screens extend so high overhead that you'll spend a lot of time looking up if you're seated too close. The food was decent, and I really enjoyed the themed treats. They added to the overall Harry Potter atmosphere. One thing to know before you go is it gets very cold inside, so definitely bring a sweater or light jacket. I highly recommend Cosm, especially the Harry Potter experience. If you're a fan, make a day of it and dress up, it makes the whole experience even more fun and memorable! read more

As a Harry Potter fan, it was fun to visit, but personally I found the atmosphere during live sporting events here even more exciting than the Harry Potter experience itself. The food was just average--nothing particularly memorable. The venue itself is impressive, and I'd absolutely love to watch a FIFA World Cup match here someday. Unfortunately, ticket prices were around $900, which felt a bit too expensive for me. We came for the Harry Potter movie experience and absolutely loved it! The tickets are pricey, but definitely worth it. We were surprised to have to pay for parking as well, but we're already planning another visit.- Noone told us they validate :( The experience was so immersive--it really felt like you were in the movie. We sat in the lower section, which was good, but next time we'd probably choose seats more toward the middle since looking up the whole time wasn't ideal. The food was excellent! The barbacoa tacos were amazing and huge, with very generous meat portions. The chicken wings were delicious too, and the drinks were great (pricey, but expected). Our waiter was incredibly sweet, but it seemed like he was handling too much on his own. We waited a while to order, and when my husband tried to get drinks at the bar, one employee was a bit rude and insisted our server would help us. Thankfully, another gentleman stepped in and took care of us. Once our waiter came by, he was wonderful. We really think they could use more staff so employees aren't stretched so thin. Amazing experience!!!! The menu is ok, it could be better, food was good, seating is comfortable but a little tight. The screen and immersed experience is 100% amazing! To watch a sports game is a whole experience. I went to two World Cup games and it was awesome! The Mexico one I didn't love that the music was very repetitive before the event, horrible choice of music. We bought group tickets way before the tournament started. Tried to buy for more matches and it was insanely expensive. Parking is free with validation and very easy to go in and out. The view of the booths in the middle section are the best. To sit on the tables up front (level 1) the view gets a little distorted. To far away in the back it is not as immersive but it has good view from the huge screen and those tickets are not that pricey. We sat on the booths in the middle section (level 3) and enjoyed it very much. read more

I really wanted to rave about this place, but the customer service is just not up to par with the incredible technology of the shared reality experience. As far as the experience, it was amazing. My wife and I went to see Harry Potter. The immersive experience of the movie was nothing like I have experienced before. The projections are high-quality and really make you feel like you are in the movie. 5 stars on the movie experience. As for the customer service... Between events, there is not much time for them to reset the theater and clean, and it shows. We had a 3PM showing with doors opening at 230PM. There was a world cup game prior to this, that was just getting out. At 2:30PM there was a very long line to get through security. There was only one security person handling both the metal detector and the bag check. He appeared to be very overwhelmed. Once we were inside the venue, the escalators to the top levels were blocked off. This is probably because the staff was trying to clean from the last event. Bathrooms are to maintained and had paper towels all over the floor and counters. Our seats were covered in crumbs and floor wet from spilt drinks. Our server took a long time to take our order. There was one server for our entire row. I ordered the special Harry Potter popcorn. After about 30 minutes of watching others get their popcorn, I finally stopped our server to ask what was the delay. He told me they were sold out. He apologized for it, but had I not said anything he would have never come back. We asked to order a Butter Beer and were told that was only available if you pre-purchased. That was disappointing. Best part of the service was our server brought everyone a complimentary cup of water. Only thing is he only gave my wife and I ONE!!! We shared. I would have asked for another but he never came back. There were 2 more showings of the Harry Potter on this day. As we left the theater they had more popcorn for the next show. But for us they were sold out. For $75 a ticket, I expected more. As good as the movie experience was, doubt I'll be back for this kind of service. read more

Came here to watch Harry Potter, and they truly delivered an immersive experience, from the Harry Potter themed drinks and popcorn concoctions, to the surrounding screens of Harry Potter, as soon as you walk in. The place is spacious with plenty of seats and high tables while you wait. There's a bar downstairs and upstairs, giving you plenty of space to hang out. The actual screening area is smaller than expected, yet felt so big once the movie started. You are surrounded by the screens, bringing you in the movie. It gave intimate vibes with an expansive experience. 9/10 on the venue it self. We ordered the themed food that they brought out accordingly with the movie. I liked the pretzel, shepherds pie, chocolate, and jelly beans, but I did not like the butter beer at all. For the price, I wish it came with an actual alcoholic beverage. We ended up purchasing that separately. As much as I appreciated the themed drinks and popcorn, it was a bit overpriced. The drinks were good, but more on the sweet side, so 7/10. The popcorn theme and box design representing each Harry Potter house was pretty cool, but it was also a bit too sweet 5/10. The service was top notch, from the people that check you in, the bartenders at the bar, the ones that help you find your seat, and the ones that serve you while you're seated. For the Harry Potter & The Sorcerer Stone Experience ~ Amazing! The venue itself was like a mini sphere of Las Vegas ! 3 levels and each level has a bar but you don't even need to go to the bar since there's a server for your section/row. I got tickets Level 3 Row F, 2A booth and it was the best spot. Right in the middle where you can see everything, no need to stretch your neck. Only down size is space, we had the corner side, friend was short so she was able to lay down, but you're pretty close to your neighbor on the right side. Especially if they put the arm rest down, space is even tighter. As for the food, we opt for the "enchanted experience" that consist of - butterbeer, pretzel wands w/cheeze, shepherds pie, chocolate frog & Berties Botts Every Flavor Beans. FYI, it took a bit for everything to come out. They ran out of butterbeer the night I went so they comps us with alcohol drinks, which was a better choice for us LOL. I was able to try all the Harry Potter specialty drinks ! Definitely order the drinks from your server than the bar. The drinks I got from the server were stronger than the drinks I got from level 1. The guy there making the drinks seems like he didn't want to be there. They also ran out of the Ravenclaw Oreo popcorn when I was there :( so I got Slytherin Caramel Apple instead. Free 4 hour validation parking at P3, right next to the Cosm. Overall, I had a great time here ! I hope they do the experience for all the movies. read more

WHAT A CONCEPT! I recently came here about 4 months ago to watch Charlie and the chocolate factory. Before the movie started they showed a preview of clips from different sports that they show in the "Dome". I immediately knew I had to come back and well I did... for the NBA finals!! Tickets were pricey, paid about 280 each for a 5 person booth. The booth is a "10 person" booth they split down the middle by the arm rest but there is no physical barrier. The ONLY thing I have to criticize is the "5 person" booth is too cramped. Mind you my group is all in shape, no one is over weight. Thankfully the other party sharing the split 5 person booth only had 3 people so we were able to space out. Moving forward perhaps a note detailing the space may be tight or change it to read a 4 person booth. Besides that rant, stellar spot! The screen gets you so hyped. they had a DJ getting the crowd involved. I literally felt like I was at the game. I posted photos on Instagram and had people asking me if I flew to San Antonio for the NBA finals! I love baseball, I will need to come back to watch a game. This is the best entertainment I've ever paid for. read more

Came here for the first time to watch the FIFA game between Canada and Morocco the other day. Got my last min Dome 2nd floor tickets thru their website. Parking was easy, but they told us to park at the parking structure a few blocks from the venue since they blocked the one right next to it. They actually have your license plate scanned before they let you in the parking structure, and your license plate number actually printed on your ticket!!! The venue will validate your ticket for 4hrs so that's cool. My seats were at the left corner in the booth on the 2nd level, they weren't the best IMO but I still got the great view of the doom. I love almost everything about this venue except for the following: 1. There aren't enough walking space in The booth section B 1A, and the table in front of the booth is really small and low, since I paid more money for the booth seats, I would expect the table to be a little higher than waist level. I can't really enjoy my food with the table that low. 2. When my food arrives, I ordered their breakfast burrito and their maple pork belly fries, which were pretty delicious, I highly recommended, I DID NOT get any silverware/napkins!! I had to actually get up and grab them myself since I saw they were right on top of the stairs. It wasn't super busy at that time so I don't know why they didn't have time to give me those before hand??? 3. My waitress was nice but I had to remind her to bring me my water and my receipt at the end. She was probably busy and forgot so that wasn't too big of a deal. Overall I really enjoy this venue, the atmosphere is great no matter which floor you are on. I will definitely be back next time and probably pick a better seats than the booth seats. read more

The viewing experience is very unique and memorable. The staff is friendly and the vibe is one of a kind. My issues with the food are that is not very good, the pricing far exceeds the value and when. It comes out it comes out randomly and nobody gets to enjoy their dishes together. Also remember to bring your parking ticket in to get validated because if you don't you will pay an additional $50 for parking if you use the parking garage. read more

I arrived to experience, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone shared experience. It was wonderful, seeing three levels of escalators each to leading to a screen with multi level seating. I came to this experience uncertain with surprise tickets for my partner. It was a very pleasant experience and that you have comfy assigned seats. a person who caters to your food and beverage, surround sound, clean restrooms, and a free themed gift with purchase. But you can also purchase additional items if needed. Such as a Limited edition Hedwig stuffed animal for $40. The themed items were drinks and popcorn, each assigned to a Hogwarts house. Overall, they do have a menu with dishes. That appear to be on rotation. Commercials seem to indicate that movies like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and The Matrix is shown here as an immersive experience. Waiters were very receptive to our service with food. By asking if we needed another drink or more food. Based on this experience I would return again and give myself more time to explore the venue. read more

My husband surprised with a fun daytime date. I've never seen the matrix and I have been wanting to watch it and he decided to take me here to make the first time watch special. This place was really cool! We got the tickets last minute so the seats are kinda in a bad place but it still looked decent. They have the usual movie food: popcorn, pretzel and drinks (both alcoholic and non alcoholic). Prior to the movie even starting we ordered two drinks at the bar downstairs. My husband ordered the OG and I got the hibiscus margarita. Mine was absolutely amazing! Ok the sweeter side but not too sweet just how I like it. My husband enjoyed his as well. I tried only a sip because I'm not too good with caffeine but it tasted like a redbull and vodka type of drink. Another thing to add is that they even had two special cocktails to match the theme of the movie, "the red pill or the blue pill". I ordered the red pill and my husband ordered the blue pill. However, the red pill tasted like straight up absinthe to me and my husband and I switched lol both drinks were made on the stronger side so that was nice, but keep in mind it was not top shelf liquor. We had plans to go have a late lunch early dinner after this so we didn't want to eat much, but we didn't realize how large the portions were. We chose to order popcorn and pretzel. The popcorn looks small (see photo) because it's in this really cool deep bowl but it was plenty to share for two. The pretzel was huge and came with mustard and cheese dip. Popcorn was delicious but I think it's because it was really buttery and salty so keep that in mind. It's a little pricey for the food but that's how they make their money. Tickets were cheaper since we went during the day it was about $24 each I believe. We really enjoyed this place and will definitely be coming back again. Note* try to read the menu before going in if you're late or read it before the movie starts because it gets super dark and it is very hard to read things in there. First Time at Cosm: Wrestlemania Night to Remember! Cosm has been at the top of my must-visit list since it opened, and I finally made it! My husband and I were in Vegas for Night 1 of Wrestlemania but decided to drive home just so we could experience Night 2 at Cosm, and I'm so glad we did. From our first walk-through, we were absolutely wowed by the immersive technology. The views and angles from the reserve areas were incredible, honestly, maybe even better than being at the show in person! We purchased general admission and lucked out with floor-level seats right in front of the massive screens. Still great views. Crowd was electric. The service was superb. Every server we interacted with was friendly and attentive, making our experience feel special throughout the night. Over a couple of hours, we enjoyed a few draft beers and cocktails. While the beer selection was decent, I would have loved to see more craft options. We also tried two appetizers: Pepperoni & Hot Honey Flatbread: Good but not great. Tasty but the honey tasted a little old and oily. Korean Corn Cheese Nachos: 10/10! The flavors of the kalbi pork, bacon, corn cheese sauce, and house kimchi aioli were absolutely spot-on. My only wish was for a little more pork, but overall, these nachos really hit the spot. Can't wait for another reason to visit Cosm. Next time, aiming for that immersive upper section with friends for the full experience. As a huge Harry Potter fan, the experience at Cosm LA was absolutely magical and something I'll never forget. The immersive screen is incredible and truly makes you feel like you're part of the wizarding world. The customer service was top-tier. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. That said, the organization could use some improvement. Our table had chairs that didn't match, and the front-row chairs didn't recline at all. I had to ask to switch because they were so uncomfortable. Watching a screen that large from the front without being able to lean back left my neck and head hurting the next day. I highly recommend sitting farther back or on the second or third level if you're sensitive to loud sound or the depth of the screen. We paid extra for the meal experience and were disappointed they had run out of the chocolate frogs and Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans. Thankfully, they were very accommodating and let us substitute other appetizers or Harry Potter-themed drinks instead. For drinks, I ordered the Serpent Fang... and whew, that drink was liquorrrrr! I took two sips and tapped out. My husband ordered the Bravery Bourbon and really enjoyed it. Food was a mixed bag. The Shepherd's Pie that came with the meal experience was, unfortunately, the biggest letdown, it honestly reminded me of dog food. However, the Korean Corn Chip Nachos were phenomenal and an easy 10/10. Before leaving, we grabbed the Scarlet & Gold popcorn, and it was surprisingly delicious too. The restrooms were always clean, and I never had to wait. Parking was plentiful, and they validate up to three hours, which was a nice bonus. My only other wish is that they sold more Harry Potter merchandise because I definitely would have bought some! Overall, despite a few hiccups with seating and the meal, the immersive experience alone made it worth it. My girls and I are huge Harry Potter fans, so when I saw this experience on an Instagram reel, we had to include this in our itinerary while visiting the LA/OC area. We sat on the second level due to reviews stating it was the perfect viewing level and it did not disappoint. Our server was lovely and very attentive. I thought we would be able to order the enchanted experience (usually you could), but they had just finished up with the FIFA showing, so they didn't have time to prep on demand orders for the enchanted experience. That didn't spoil our evening though. We ordered French fries, pepperoni and hot honey pizzas, as well as burgers. Everything tasted amazing and made our experience even better. i've been to the cosm twice now, and it's honestly such a cool experience every time. the first time was a few years back for one of their space exhibits, and this time i went for the harry potter shared reality experience. from my first visit, i learned that level 3 is one of the best spots if you want to be comfortable in a booth while still having an amazing view. they did such an incredible job syncing elements of the movie with the extended screen visuals. i didn't realize at first that it would be the movie projected onto a constantly changing background, but once it clicked, it made the whole thing feel so immersive and fun. there were definitely moments where the movement got a little disorienting, but honestly it just added to how unique the experience felt. my boyfriend and i shared one of the enchanted food experiences, and our server jayla was amazing. she was so sweet and went out of her way to accommodate my request for a mocktail version of beyond wit's end without being charged the same price, which i really appreciated. for anyone planning to go, just a heads up that they don't sell butterbeer individually anymore. they had also run out of chocolate frogs before our showing and substituted them with small churros instead, which was a tiny letdown, but still fun. the food itself was a bit overpriced in my opinion, especially since i wasn't the biggest fan of the vegetarian shepherd's pie. they also initially gave me horseradish for my pretzel wand instead of queso, but jayla fixed it super quickly. small hiccups, but nothing that totally took away from the overall experience. it was such a fun and different way to watch the movie, but i wouldn't recommend this for someone watching a film for the first time. the servers do come by throughout to deliver food and check in, which can break your focus a bit. overall, this was such a fun experience, especially as a harry potter fan, and i'd absolutely come back to watch another showing. read more

Man oh man, where do I start?! My family of four, my three friends and myself had the absolute best first time experience ever!!!! I can bore you all with a story but I'll keep it short. A group of eight of us came in this past Wednesday for NBA Finals game 4. Only to learn when we all arrived that I accidentally purchased tickets for a booth at the Dome for game one ‍ As you could imagine, I was in complete panic. Literally shaking about to come to tears. But I was not turned away by Hannah the front ticket checker. She was very sweet and directing me inside to Leslie the fan ambassador lead. And my experience just shot through the roof from there. Though the had just opened doors and was packed, Leslie took her time helping me figure out where my mistake was. She not only was patient but very sweet in understanding my emotions when I showed frustration. I won't get into details but she ultimately took care of my group and I way beyond what should have. Leslie was just so incredible. Truly, the real MVP of our experience! And that was just the beginning of our experience. Our server Tyvon, man, the best j the business! Super sweet, attentive, and took care of all eight of us along with a dome area to the best about grease. My party and I sat a bit scattered, but that did not stop him from taking such great care of all of us. Now the food, man was everything we all had delicious! We all kind of shared family style so we all were able to try a bunch of different menu items. Everything that entered my stomach was delicious! Very flavorful and filling. I can go on and on about how much of a vibe the place was especially for that game but it's a place you truly would have to check out for yourself. Very fun and family friendly. Very clean and well organized. All floors, restrooms I used and both patios. I do want to also shoutout a few other team members by name. All just for their amazing professionalism, energy and overall cool vibes when chatting with them. Ashanti at the Photo Booth, Jake the fan ambassador, Chef Nick and Dom the security officer. I interacted with each of them and they were great! I've said it a million times and I'll forever say it. Customer service is very important when it comes to me and my family returning to any business. And not only is this place and what it does awesome, but their employees and fan experience make it worth the trip and every penny. I more than recommend this place. The good we ordered were ok; the food was a little overpriced for what they are, but I get it. My favorite was the nachos, which I highly recommend! The interior was very sleek and clean. The only suggestion I have is when the staff is showing the guest to their seats located at the other side of the theatre, please walk across the main walkway, not in front of other guests who are watching the show. I also suggest having the staff do rounds to see if people are doing things to distract and ruin other people's experience. My boyfriend & I had tickets to watch "Harry Potter & the Sorcerer's Stone" on a Sunday night at 9:30 pm. We have been wanting to come here to compare the venue to "The Sphere" in Las Vegas. We parked in the parking lot located next to the Cosm. The sign on the ticket meter read that the first hour was free and $5 every 30 minutes after that (I ended up paying $25 for parking). I made a mistake of not checking for parking validation, which I believe they do have... The venue is impressive when you first walk in-- there is a bar, big screens, and elevators that ride up to the upper levels of the venue. Our seats were located on the third level. An usher showed us to our seats, which were located at the corner of what looked like a restaurant booth seating. There were people occupying our spot, so the usher kindly asked them to move. (I can understand why the people sitting in our spots thought that it was open, because it is not regular theater seating). I would expect that if they had the style seating, that booth chair would sit . Instead the corner ends of the seating was curved and made seating uncomfortable were the person sitting at the end. The on-screen features of the movie are cool. It is nice that the venue has servers to take food and drink orders. We purchased the enchanted package for $40 that came with themed food. It included a warm pretzel stick with cheese, butter beer, shepherds pie, and themed candy from the movie, which was all pretty good. (The cocktails that I pictured were not included). The part that wasn't so great about the service, was that the server came around and took orders for last call for drinks, he charged my boyfriend for a beer, and never came back with it even after my boyfriend gave him a pretty good tip). We Found the server at the end of the movie and asked him to process a refund. Overall, the venue is cool & I would visit again. They just need to improve a bit on their service. read more

Reserved booth at the Hall for NBA Western Conference Finals Game 7 for $104 as Dome prices were out of my price range. This was my first time here and it honestly blew away my expectations. It was nice getting a spacious booth as a party of 3 with great view of the end to end sceeens. The vibes were great and we had so much fun. Only thing is that there was a group couple tables away from us that was way too large for the booth and spilling out in front of the booth next door. This seems out of place and if they were blocking my view I would have been upset since I paid for the seats. Entire venue was filled with people so service was a bit slow. We ordered beer and churros which came with chocolate sauce. Churros were served fresh with generous coating of cinnamon sugar. Chocolate sauce tasted very artificial and way too sweet. Cosm was fun! Watched an NBA game here last week and I wasn't sure what to expect, ended up having a really nice time at this interactive type of live screening. Vibe was definitely upper class sports bar. Nice views inside and out. Food looked and tasted good. We just nibbled on snack foods...chips & salsa, queso, wings, etc...drinks were also decent. Service from Carl however, was EXCEPTIONAL. Pleasant, hospitable, easy to talk to. It was very busy, but he worked & served the room with ease. Would definitely go visit again to check out another game or special movie screening. read more

The seats were so uncomfortable and the view was horrible. I sat next to a pillar that obstructed the view. The service was ridiculous slow to the point where we had to get up to ask for napkins and forks since none were provided with our food. And the food was bland. I was so disappointed read more

STEPH JUDGEMENT: Really interesting sports viewing experience. Came to see an LA Kings away game in Seattle, and we had a great time. Really crazy to see some of the action so close, but the angle changes also made it harder to follow the game at times. We were on the third floor, toward the top, and liked that angle fine--it really felt like you were at the arena at times, like maybe equivalent to a mid 200 level at Crypto. We paid a bit more for the couch seats with the little table but we thought it was worth it--very comfortable. We checked out the views on the lower levels and we thought it was too much looking up, especially on the first floor, but you do you. Our server, Sal, was great--a real pro. Their cocktails were good: I tried an old fashioned and a dirty vodka martini. The old fashioned was a bit too sweet for me, but the martini was perfect, complete with blue cheese stuffed olives, yum. We also got an order of spicy cheese popcorn, which had a real kick to it. Speaking of cocktails, there is no shortage of bars on every floor. We did see some children there, but it definitely felt more like an adult space. Jameson had set up a fun area on the first floor (21+ only) where people could play various games for Jameson+Kings-branded swag (and buy special Jameson cocktails, of course). Not something we'd do all the time, but we definitely thought it was worthwhile. We'd like to come back to watch the enhanced movies, too--they showed some promo clips from Willy Wonka and The Matrix and they looked pretty phenomenal. You get 4 hours validation in the parking structure nearby--there are some self validation stations on the first floor. Since we'd gotten to the area quite early to check things out, we ended up paying $20, but that didn't seem too bad. It can get a little spendy, but definitely cheaper than going to an actual arena. read more

Food is descent and pricey , but you do get what you pay for. Service is friendly and tons of people, families and friends. Cool ambiance , and yes they have full bars, enjoy your favorite drink and the show !! read more

Went to the Harry Potter experience and had such an amazing time. The visuals were incredible and the immersive screen setup made everything feel larger than life. The atmosphere was fun, the staff was helpful, and the whole venue felt modern and well organized. Definitely a cool experience. The Butter Beer was an extra cool touch. read more

What a fabulous experience! We saw Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory and what a new way to experience the film. Our tickets came with a free dessert. We chose the churros and the peanut butter truffle tarts. The staff were extremely friendly and the seats and tables were comfortable. I can't wait to come back and see something else when I'm back in the area! read more

I attended the Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone screening and the movie itself was fantastic, but unfortunately the service significantly detracted from the experience. We arrived about 30 minutes early and were told we could add the dining experience and order food from our seats. However, we had to ask at least four different employees before finding someone who could actually take our order. Each person told us they weren't our server, and by the time our server finally arrived, the movie had already started. Because of the delay, we were unable to order any of the Harry Potter-themed food items, and we weren't even allowed to order the butterbeer, which was especially disappointing given the nature of the event. We also ordered drinks. Mine arrived within about 10 minutes, but my friend's drink never came. We had to ask the server twice about it, and it finally arrived 30-40 minutes after mine. Overall, the lack of organization and slow service took away from what should have been a fun and immersive experience. Considering the cost of the event, the experience was frustrating and did not meet expectations. read more

The night was captivating and our girls night exceeded our expectations the minute we walked in the door. Because we had a last minute date night a couple places around town were fitting our vibe and when we found out Harry Potter was playing at The Cosm my girlfriend who has read every book with her sons and watched every movie several times couldn't be more ecstatic. When got to the door we just hoped there would be some extra seats and sales but unfortunately they said it was Sold out. Reasonably understood it was last minute on a Friday. We asked to take a look inside never being in before and we were travelers. This is where our prayers were answered. We ran into a tall, dapper, prestige man that was so kind to us. Not knowing who he was looking more like security, he was the coolest manager name Phil. We told him our story, he Accommodated and made a way for us to have a once in a life time experience we live up north. Phil not on,y gave us the biggest booth and we ordered food but he checked on us to make sure we were well. His staff was very welcoming and all had the same polite, respecting energy he did. Says a lot when the head honcho has great customer service so does their employees. Even the ones who didn't serve us were saying hello as a warm greeting. I will be back again hopefully for another show as well as recommend it to many others. My experience there was excellent and I appreciate the service, the environment and the food. We had the Caesar and the chicken wings and it was all delicious. read more

We had such a fun time at COSM seeing the matrix..this place is a vibe. Seats were clean and super comfortable. The dome and themed menu made us feel like we were in the matrix. They validate parking for 4 hours and have several bars, dedicated server, and games if you arrive early and want to kill time. I'd love to come back again. read more

First impressions, cool concept, and the dome screen is dope, but the food and drinks need work! We came to watch the Lakers' away game against the Cavaliers. The Lakers lost. Now, back to the food, we ordered the Fish Tacos, Chips & Guacamole, and Fries. The fish was mushy inside. The guacamole needed a lot more lime or lemon juice. The fries were bland. Even my husband's Mango Cart was flat. Service was OK. Our food was mislabelled and went to an empty table. We had to flag down the wait staff and explain. It was this whole thing, and it was strange. Overall, watching the game was cool, but the food was disappointing, and we came hungry. read more
