They said they charged $60 over the phone to hold the car an extra day then called them back and they said $50, they just make their own numbers up. Scammers and just want your money, what a joke. Horrible experience had just purchased my brand new vehicle the night before and they towed it and ruined my whole week, I had to show proof of purchase that I had bought the vehicle the day before, just to get $100 off. This people tow my first brand new car the same day I got it out of the dealership and now with only 15 miles on the odometer the car has scratches all over. The captain towing company charged me extra $50 because they were not open. And the guy today said today I was here until 4:30 yesterday but on the phone said closed. They just wanted the extra money. When I got there today he said cash only when there is a credit card machine right next to him. Once I paid to get my car out the lot, the bumper on my car was broken and they did not care when I told them. The customer service guy is very rude. My husband parked his car in the lot of our apartment building, he saw a couple of residents from our building. He nicely warned them that the tow truck was coming around and they should move their cars. The driver yelled out his window "Don't tell them that". What??? That was unprofessional of the driver. Couldn't get my car back because they were mysteriously NOT OPEN during posted business hours (I came at 10:30 and again at 11:15 on Sunday). And then today they charged me an extra $45 for storage!! They only accept cash, which is obviously problematic when they charge so much that it exceeds daily ATM limits. But maybe that's the point -- forces you to wait until next day so they can charge another $45 storage fee. Not to mention they're only open from 10 to noon. Deliberately inconvenient, hoping you won't make it in time so they can rack up more fees. I wouldn't wish having to do business with this place upon my worst enemy. read more

These guys have great customer service. First, they showed up pretty quick. Second, our van spilled oil allover the flatbed after a bad oil change and he did not seem annoyed at all. Third, it needed to be towed twice and driver were very patient as they waited for us to decide what to do. Driver was very professional and polite. read more

'For fast and efficient towing..." Do you call over 6 hours for a vehicle to be picked up, fast and efficient??!!! This towing company was dispatched by my insurance company. There was never any updates made to either the insurance company nor me. I requested the tow at 8 a.m. in which I was told they would be by within the hour. Which was good as my service station was waiting for it to arrive. They didn't tow my vehicle until 1p.m.!!! Arriving at the shop until after 1:30 p.m. missing the opportunity to have it diagnosed yet today, Friday. It has to wait until Monday. Leaving me without a vehicle for the entire weekend. I was stranded on Highway 55 in the pouring rain and 90 minutes away from my home. Captain Towing picked me up on time, delivered my truck to the dealership, and also gave me a very comfortable warm ride. The captain saved my butt and is 100% trustworthy. Joe "the supervisor" is very rude and unprofessional. The company ruined tires that I bought 3 weeks prior, from dragging my car because they didn't have my keys and the emergency break was on. I paid for a diagnostic at an auto shop and was informed I had no mechanical issues but the tire tread gone from where the 2 tires were dragged. This cost me an additional $400 because of their error. When picking up my car and had immediate shaking on hwy, I called the company and an employee informed me they had to pull on the car since they did not have any keys. Joe has not taken accountability for the company's mistake or try to come to a resolution for the inconvenience they have caused me. I would never recommend this company to be used by a business or personal use. read more

Workers are rude and unwilling to cooperate when I get my car back and it doesn't drive straight. My girlfriends dad used to be a tow truck driver and told me they probably put chains on the front tires/suspension and then proceeded to drag it up on the flatbed. Meanwhile this car is all wheel drive so you really can't tow it any other way than the proper way otherwise you will cause damage to the suspension or a transmission system! I wish I could give this place zero stars. They were scheduled to tow my car, however after learning my car was in an apartment garage, they said they will no longer be coming. I explained to him that I contacted my apartment to ask if tow trucks had been in the parking garages before, which they had. After hearing that the garages WERE big enough, the guy said "no sir, we are cancelling this call, we are not coming." I told him, "I verified the garages are big enough" he again said, "no we are cancelling the tow" and proceeded to hang up on me. Absolutely awful to work with. read more

They then towed my vehicle to the wrong location, when I called and talked to the office they couldn't have cared any less.
