I had an urgent need to get some cards printed and was meeting road blocks at every turn. I happened to drive by the Printing Press and Giovanni helped me. He had to test the card I had and see if it would run through the machines, as it was unusually thick. There were other print jobs running, but he was kind enough to tell me he would test it and call me to let me know if it worked. I hardly ever write reviews, but the service here is so great that I had to! I went in to get brochures printed for my business and Giovanni was incredibly kind and helpful! His advice on making a few slight changes on my brochures really made the final product come out perfect! He recommended that the font should be a little darker and to outline an image to make sure it stood out nicely with the paper we decided on and I couldn't have been happier with how it turned out! OK, this is a first for me as I am motivated to write this review before I have even picked up my order from Giovanni at the printing press. My Uncle passed away and as most of these situations do not allow for any sort of planning, mine was no different. I am a dad, business owner and husband and now an executor of an estate that is in a chambles but i loved this guy more than words can say. So I wanted to create a picture book to hand out at his funeral and this guy connected and empathized with my situation as a human and is helping me design and print in one day! I hope for a soul in every personal or business encounter and Giovanni has delivered, well, at least I have put my faith in him.
