After using CPP for the first time to design and print my plastic business cards, and absolutely loving the way they came back, I reordered my next set. When the cards came, there was an issue with the print on the front. The text was a bit fuzzy - and I totally understood that wasn't the fault of CPP - things like this do happen. I am writing this review because in my 20 years of professional experience, and using different companies for various business cards, CPP should really be commended on their service! When I reached out to them after receiving these cards to let them know my concern, without even any hesitation, my concerns were put to rest immediately. They offered to reprint the cards and expedite the printing, and they rushed them too. From phone call to delivery (about a week), my new and corrected cards were in my hand. In a world where the way you handle customers can make or break you, I literally cant remember the last time I worked with a printer who was willing to jump through hoops and fix the problem as painless and as fast as they did. Many companies can do a great job on the printing, but its how they handle a situation after they have been paid, and make you a priority, is why they CPP rocks! This type of service is rare. This review is LONG overdue! The incredible service I received at Color Printing Pros was a godsend. After an expensive printing debacle with a printer in Chatsworth (who will go unnamed), I was desperate. The grand opening of our business was 2 weeks away and our invitations were ruined by this other printer. Along came Fred and Maxine to save the day. Not only did they get the printing in time but Fred put it as a priority and delivered the package within two days. All that at a fantastic price. The invitations were beautiful! Fred also gave me tips on how to save by visiting Kelly paper in Westlake Village to get the card stock and envelopes for myself. Their website is so user-friendly and Maxine is the magician. She found The smallest inconsistencies in the artwork pointed them out so I could ficand fixed it in minutes. I never would have even seen it. We also used them to get our brochures out before our grand opening as well. We realized after seeing the quality of their work that our brochures were not up to par. This place is AMAZING! My father-in-law passed away and we needed to create remembrance cards (4 by 6 inch cards) for his memorial on a really short notice (about 9 business days). Because he was an artist, we wanted to incorporate some of his own designs, one of which required the use of gold foil. Even though I had the design ready, every place I called could not get the order completed in time due to the gold foiling process until I spoke with Maxine at Color Printing Pros. Not only was she and the whole team able to get my order processed and over-nighted to us in time for the memorial, she quoted us a price that was lower than all the other printing facilities I called, even with the 500 minimum required.
