With wine and beer, a nice little food menu, and delicious Pie Junkie pies, this little spot can take care of many different needs. For an area that is growing with new office workers more quickly than small businesses can open to address their needs, it's great Paramount does more than just serve a good cuppa joe. I stopped in last week to do a bit of work and then have a meeting. We split a piece of coconut cream pie (my favorite) and I had a very delicious soy latte. I also love that they support the other local film row businesses, for example, by playing KOSU in the shop. It was a great place to get some work done and have a meeting, and it's proximity to downtown makes it a really nice place for meetings with downtown dwellers, without having to mess with downtown parking.

We went to an 11 AM movie yet the popcorn tasted old and stale. The theater was all the way in the back, theater 9, and it was so warm in there I was sweating! I have never been hot in a movie theater before! The lights in the theater had cobwebs all over them, and the seats were so narrow I had to put the arm rest up to fit comfortably. The volume of the movie was way too loud and gave me a headache. This was the worst theater I have ever been to and I will never step foot in there again. Only reason we went today is the Warren in Moore lost power.

Next day I arrive and speak with the manager on duty. He stated that "the staff should not have said anything about a refund." He refused to honor what was told to us and only gave us a redemption ticket. This is despite us informing him we are from out of state and that a refund is what we wanted considering that is what we were told. This theatre has no customer service ability, absolutely terrible experience. Management staff are not helpful, they are rude. I do not recommend this theatre at all. I am happy to live out of state to not have to come back here.

Upon entrance you see the will-call window. Enter through the red door to the left. There were a few tables with chairs in the middle, art for sale on the wall. And then double doors to the left to the theater and bathrooms to the right. All the way at the back had a small area selling drinks and snacks. They're advertised as a local theater, but the caliber of the talent was phenomenal. The actors transported us back in time to tell this beautiful and sad story.
