Riccardo and I met when I finally was able to get a system that I didn't know I needed in my life lol I am the the type of person who will wait so I can get the best of the best , so I only need to do it once. With all my new audio equipment I knew this was the shop I would be working with. Customer service and support is always upstanding & great. Tell you what you need to know and not add nonsense. Overall I'm happy with Riccardo and Car Audio solutions. The install was clean, they spoke to you like an adult when explaining things and never forced upgrades I didn't need. That's what will keep this shop separated from all the rest of these audio shops I could name shops but it wouldn't be tasteful. We installed the JL W6 10" with the JL ported box, matched with a JL Amp that can push it with the Audio control LCI and never looked back. 3 years going strong and what kept my box in place broke due to wear and tear or bass lol but it slid towards a panel and yeah now Riccardo has it currently getting it rebuilt from JL. Talk about quality control. What a awesome awesome job. The owner did on my 2018. Chevy Malibu, he also did my 2012 Chevy Malibu years back. So of course I am a repeat customer and I tell you, no lie this gentleman. The owner did my install today. And boy was I shocked well beyond what I expected quality control installation so neat, clean unbelievable work. I will suggest car audio solutions to anyone. I now know without a doubt where I will go every time I need car audio equipment or installation. The staff at Audio Solutions are extremely professional, honest, experienced, and very friendly. They helped me with an install after 2 other shops in town totally screwed me over and left me hanging. They also made sure that I got the best parts at a great price to finish my job (with the high quality that I desired), before I could even ask for it. I was even able to get it done the same day that I called for a quote, due to a cancellation. I didn't have a ride to leave the shop, so I stayed the entire 6 hours that my install took and they even gave me a ride down the street to get some lunch at one point. I came to them to install a forward-facing camera and monitor in my Chevy Suburban to enhance parking in tight spaces. Ricardo quoted me a very reasonable price and explained in detail the work to be done. While in the shop I saw a backup camera/rearview mirror combo. I also have a Tesla Model S and I didn't like the existing mirror.
