THIS COMPANY Deserves ZERO STARS ! This was one of the most unprofessional service experiences I've had. The tint job was poorly executed and inconsistent across multiple windows, clearly not done with care or attention to detail. I was essentially pushed toward disputing the charge after I was told to do so because I wasn't getting my money back willingly. Rather than them offering a proper resolution they mocked me. A business that doesn't respect its customers or honor its warranty should not be charging premium prices. I would not recommend them to anyone expecting professional results or basic customer service. The police instructed me on how to obtain a refund and they also gave me a referral to a tint company that actually knows what they are doing. They severely scratched my sunroof glass all the way around. Then, sloppy reassembly. They popped my door panels off and reinstalled them completely missing the bolts and covers. There were safety hazards: I found discarded razor blade pieces on my driver's floorboard, a massive liability and safety hazard. And abysmal quality: After waiting the standard 7 days to inspect the film, the tint has visible creases, and one window has a massive, careless gap. Not to mention how FILTHY they left my car full of grime and dirt and old tint glue everywhere. ​The experience and customer service: They scheduled me for 12:00 PM on a Saturday but rushed through the job after closing hours just to leave. The quality of this location is amazing! The owner is former military and his wife is a teacher so that means they take care of their own. The owner dealt with me for hours as it took a few hours for the old tint to come off. He was kind and patient. If you are on the fence between the good, better and best in way of tint.....splurge and get at least the better. The better blocks out 80% of the heat and I've put the tint to the test! 100° day at work, having to park my car on the roof of my company's parking garage.....AT LEAST 20° COOLER THAN IT WAS WITH MY OLD FADED TINT. I went here to get my windows done in August of 2023 on my model X. Everything was great, and I loved their work. I called back earlier this week to get my falcon doors done (just the roof windows) and they couldn't locate my account. What is the point of saying you have a lifetime warranty if it is not being honored? They call me back a few hours later and say they found it on their old system and that it would be $120 for the falcon doors, with the same exact product they used throughout the rest of my car. I scheduled the appointment, show up and the lady at the front tells me it'll be $299. I'm 8 months pregnant and had to drive 30 mins away to get here for them to tell me the price is different. I opted to go with their top ceramic tints including the front windshield on my 2020 Honda Odyssey and at first, was a little worried that I had paid too much since this was the first time I've ever had ceramic tints on any of my cars. But the reason I decided to go with ceramic was because my odyssey has huge windows and with summer already here, I wanted to get the best option to reduce heat buildup in my car. When I picked up the car, I immediately noticed the slight blue tint on the front windshield and got worried that I'd get pulled over since I live in SoCal. But the slight blue tint actually helps a lot with glare reduction and makes it easier to see on those bright sunny days. After all of the tints finally dried up after a few days and all air bubbles disappeared, the tints looked great! And most importantly, the higher grade ceramic tints (S-9 on all windows and Air70 on the front windshield) definitely makes a huge difference on heat reduction! It was over 100-degrees one day and the car was parked all day in the sun and when I went inside, it was warm but not that hot scorching heat I was expecting on a normal hot day. Also, when I turned on my A/C, I didn't even have to leave it on full blast for very long as inside the car got really cold after about 10 minutes so I'm saving on fuel also! The staff at Pro Tint USA were super friendly and very responsive on Yelp when I inquired for a quote. Just FYI, if you ask for quote for ceramic tint, they will give you quote for the entry level ceramic tint which still reduces heat but only at ~55%. I wanted the highest heat reduction possible so ended up spending around $400 more than I had planned but it was well worth it in my opinion since I get about 93% heat reduction instead. read more

He quotes 400 dollars then texted an invoice for 420 and pads it with shop supplies.When I contronted him after the fact his response was " you signed for it". What is ridiculous is that I had two more cars to bring over and windows in my house to tint. After that experience i told him he just lost all my future business. Update: I returned to the establishment to have repairs made. Edward consulted with me regarding the damages to the vehicle during install, the state of the tint job, and the gaps. - the gaps are to their industry standard, and they do not install to the edge, fyi. No remedy. - photos of vehicle before install were not of quality enough to prove the damage to the vehicle didn't exist before install. No remedy. - Edward reinstalled windows with defects. Note, it was of concern to me that he stated some of wich are not visible 3 feet away from the exterior of the car, and that is the standard of a defect warranting replacement. - repair was taken place on 12/02 and I am still showing signs of improper curing in the dot matrix of my windshield. See attached photos of response. - Edward was helpful, but very concerned with this review and it changing. WORST PLACE EVER TO DO BUSINESS WITH! Edward B is very rude, and he doesn't know customer relations. When I picked up my car on 03/28/25. I saw water stains and bubbles in my 4 windows and rear windshield. I told him immediately, and he said that "the Car needs to be under the sun to dry out for up to 5 days" and my car has to be outside also. Honestly, I never heard anything like it before. However, I disagree with his statement saying " my car won't sleep outside my garage " which he didn't like at all. He mentioned to me that it was stated in the disclosure with his nasty attitude, and I told him I was never told about it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, I waited not only 5 days as he said but also 17 days until Monday, 05/14/2025. I went to the place to talk to him or anyone in regard to this matter, I pointed out all of the bubbles, glue and debris trapped between the tint film and the window glass due to an improper installation by this place that caused multiple and noticeable contamination. NOT TO MENTION THAT THEY SPRAYED WATER ON MY REAR SOUND SPEAKERS THAT I HAVE TO FIXED ON MY OWN. Edward B agreed my right front window not only has bubbles but also has glue that needs to be replaced. The other windows with bubbles still need to get dry according to him. How much longer a car needs to get dry for the bubble to be fully dry? I told him about this matter from the moment I picked up my car on 03/28/2025 and once again he was nasty and rude towards me; he blamed me that I was the one with an attitude... I'm very disappointed and unhappy with his service and how "Wack" he's customer relations was and still is. Obviously, he didn't like to be told the truth. He told me "Have a great day" and HE WALKED AWAY left me talking by myself without a proper solution for a service performed at this place. Once again, he proved me right when I called him rude, nasty and disrespectful towards his clients. I PAID $603 FOR GLACIER CERAMIC ULTIMATE PLUS; I DON'T SEE A DIFFERENCE TO A REGULAR A TINT ... SUCH AS RIP OFF I submitted a claim after the fact and for reasons mentioned above as today 07/07/2025 (It's been more than 90 days) my car still has a large amount of contamination, glue, air pockets debris trapped between the tint film and the window glass because it was not properly cleaned and carefully installed. Polar Tint responded: It states in paragraph 10 " Customers must wait till a full curing period of 90 days to be inspected for defects, as water can often be confused as a defect ". In addition to, my car was inspected by another merchant well known in the industry. clearly, the tint installed by Polar Tint did not meet the automotive standards by IWFA. I accepted and had an appointment within days. I just drove my car home with the new tinted windows. I almost feel like I have a new car. I could not be happier. By reading the reviews I learned I could get a tint in the front windshield which I desperately need in the morning and evening sun glare out here.
