I have dropped a two thousand dollar payment and the car only lasted two weeks. I will be contacting the news.

Unbelievable Disrespect and Horrible Customer Service - Avoid at All Costs!…read more After over 25+ years of loyal business, Navy Federal has shown me the coldest, most heartless betrayal in my time of need. I trusted them with financing five of my vehicles - including my 2018 Ram - and when that truck was stolen, I turned to them for a loan to replace it. What do they do in return? Make my life a living nightmare. I call to check on the status of my loan, only to be told that I need to provide the title for my wife's van purchased in September 2024. Why? Because apparently, that was a "condition" added to the loan agreement. So, I wasted an entire day getting her van inspected and jumping through every bureaucratic hoop necessary to release the title - only to be told that it'll take 3-4 weeks to get it in the mail from my state. The situation gets worse. With my truck stolen, rental coverage expired and having to pay day to day for that rental car out of pocket, I asked Navy Federal to release the loan, explaining my entire desperate situation. Their response? "No, we won't release the loan under those circumstances." After 25+ years, they refused to help me in my time of true need. At that point, I lost it. I made it clear and in the most abrasive ways expressed that I no longer needed Navy Federal explaining that I don't need Navy Federal, I had chose them. After two decades of loyalty, I am moving on. Thank you for not helping me, and GFY!

I regularly rely on Yelp locally and when I travel and I rarely write reviews and prefer to share…read moreonly the good ones but I had to write this because of how astonishingly bad our experience was with Town & Country Ford in Madison TN. Yesterday my husband had an awful and very EXPENSIVE experience with Town & Country Ford. It cost us almost 5k and left us with more problems than he'd had before he brought his truck into the service center. Because he's the calm one and I'm more prone to anger, I'm posting his Facebook review here: "Just want to warn anyone in the Nashville area that needs service on a Ford vehicle to avoid Town and Country Ford in Madison. I wish I had looked at the Google reviews before I took my truck there. I have never seen so many 1 star reviews of any business before. After taking my 2014 F250 there for services, most of which I now doubt it needed, I have more issues than when I took the truck there in the first place. Including a now non functional radio, a check engine light on and a misfire in one cylinder. None of which were present before the service and which the service manager said they will not take responsibility for. I spent close to $5,000 for bad service with a bad attitude. Avoid them. Worst experience". A quick scan of their reviews says it all: Town & Country Ford in Madison TN is littered with one star reviews. There's lots of choices for car and truck repairs in Nashville, do yourself a favor and choose a service center who stands by their work.
