You did a terrible job on my camera twice (it still isn't correct) and you damaged my car and didn't tell me or even repair it or disclose this to me. It is brand new! There were other issues with my title too. I emailed HR as someone told me that is the best place to start. They didn't respond. The time I've had to spend on this so far because of your mistakes and choices is excessive. I asked to have the Roswell GA dealership fix it for me which is significantly closer to me but you won't. Every other dealership I spoke to said they would truck the car to them if they did any of this. RUN! Do not use this dealership. I bought a new Ineos Grenadier Fieldmaster. I thought everything was great. They filed the paperwork incorrectly and I got a letter from state that I was going to be fined (eventually they fixed this). They did a very poor job of installing a camera that I wanted as part to the sale so I could see easier driving home. I came back again (another -7+ hour drive each way) as I was in town for health treatments again, and they did a poor job again and caused more problems (didn't put trim back correctly, left gaskets open, and used duct tape!!! to hold the wires up). I guess I should have looked everything over but I expected the Managing Partner Corey and/or manager of the service department to review a vehicle before it goes to a customer. To make it worse, they damaged my car (not sure how but scraped the bumper in several places), attempted to sand it and it looks terrible, and didn't tell me! It looks like drill marks. They want me to drive back a third time to allow them fix it. This is beyond unprofessional. If you want to buy an Ineos, please go see Brian in Roswell GA. At this point, and with my correspondence with Ineor Corporate the last few dyas, I would say find another vehicle to buy. They didn't even wipe down the car, fill the windshield wiper fluid, etc. any of the times I was there. I spoke with the attorney of Victory Automotive Group in an attempt to reach the owner. I am shocked that they are unwilling to do what is right and ethical. It is sad that I have take more of my time to write a review but it was suggested by other dealerships, employees of Ineos, attorneys, etc. that this is the only way to get attention these days.

Being pretty new to the area I called Brian from Hook Em' Up Towing for a quick jump to get me to a spot where I could buy and replace the battery. Brian got there right on time, jumped the battery, and offered some solid advice and equipment I might want to consider getting for battery repair. Lo and behold, my air on a tire was so low that on the way to Autozone my tire blows out. I head to the nearest gas station, call Brian back to help with a tire change and he (thankfully) has an open schedule. He gets there, jacks my car up, takes the tire off, and notices my spare has a minor leak. He heads into the gas station, picks up some sealant, and adds it to the spare before getting it on the car. After filling all the tires again, he jumps the battery one more time and I'm on my way. If you are in Nashville and need some roadside assistance, you can't do better than Hook Em' Up Towing. They are a slimy shady business that will do whatever they can for a cheap buck. They towed my car from the parking spot that I'm registered and pay for because my tags were only 3 months expired. Mind you they are not even contracted by my complex. They admitted to driving around at night looking for reasons to tow people. When my apartment complex called to have my car released without charge they refused. They told me I could come pick my car up at 4:30 and didn't show up until 6:10. They tried to have me sign the release papers before even taking my car off the lift... sketchy. Wonder why they only accept cash payment? Weird. I also found it odd that my car wasn't in a lott. It was the only car in the driveway that looked like someone house. RED FLAGS all over. Was in the market for a lightly used car or truck anywhere between 2020 to 2024. With the help of the friendly sales associate Ray, I settled for a 2024 Nissan frontier pick up double cab. She only had a little over 19,000 miles on her and still in good shape. When I traded in my old car, I was able to get the final price to just $5000 over the original cost of my Toyota Tacoma back in 2013. Grateful to have found a truck, with the help of Ray of course. He was nice, personable, and never once pressured me into a sale. Two or three weeks later (yesterday afternoon - I'm writing this at midnight Central because I'm a night owl), I purchased stay flatbed cover for my Nissan frontier. I had managed to assemble it on my own at around 85% completion, but the instructions it came with weren't entirely clear towards the end. I contacted Ray at the dealership in hopes that he knew somebody at the shop who could help me assemble it more professionally. With the help of his associates, Matt and Mitch, and a little bit of my own elbow grease, the three of them were able to help me save probably hundreds of dollars and helped me point out some minor mistakes I made in the assembly process. I'm not going to throw any other companies under the bus, but someone wanted to charge me four to $500 for their services. Ray and his friends helped me keep those numbers remaining in my bank accounts. The point of the story is that, if you are new to the middle Tennessee area and are looking to upgrade, but not looking for an actual new car, reach out to Ray at Nissan Gallatin, Tennessee. He'll point you in the right direction of a great car, and if you're nice to him And other employees of the dealership, they might do you a favor down the road.

My initial experiences with them started out favorably- I needed a radiator replaced on my truck…read moreand they had it done in about a week. However, the water pump started leaking, and I took it back to Cartime to have it replaced- that's when the problems really started. I went through a colossal ping-pong game with them to get the water pump replaced, and it still never happened. The owner claimed he was ordering the part and lied about it- first he said he was buying it online, then he said he was getting it at a local parts store. Nearly two weeks elapsed before he even claimed to have the part-and I still don't know if he was telling the truth. I insisted on paying him for the work that had been done on it in diagnosing the water pump problem. The owner said it would be $150 and he only took cash- a huge red flag. When I asked for a receipt after paying that amount, he said he would text it to me on my phone. That never happened. The hours they post were not accurate; they would close early and were frequently unavailable for me to check on the status of my truck. When I'd call their number, it would just ring- no voicemail, no return calls. Nothing. All in all, they held my truck for nearly a month and never did anything to it. There was always an excuse- their mechanic didn't show up to work, their garage didn't have adequate heating, always something. Then, the owner has the gall to post a rebuttal on social media saying he didn't charge me for the time my vehicle was on his lot- even though it was there due to his own incompetence. And he also made it out as if he were doing me a favor by not charging me for the antifreeze that was put in my vehicle- even though I paid him $150. Their ethical conduct andcustomer service is beyond horrible-PLEASE pick any auto mechanic shop other than this one if you're in the Lebanon area.
