On August 23, 2025, my family bought a pre-owned 2011 Audi Q7 from Vehicles Nashville (1938 Elm Hill Pike, Nashville, TN) through salesperson Seth. We were looking at another vehicle, but Seth persuaded us into this one. The dealership plays worship music, has mini Jesus figures and Christian signage throughout the office. My son liked it because the music reminded him of church. We trusted them as a values-driven business. From day one, the Q7 has had severe overheating issues -- the temperature climbs or warnings activate after only 10-15 minutes of driving. We've been forced to limit trips to just 5-minute school or hospital runs. We cannot do normal family drives without fear of breakdown. Timeline of service failures: * ~1 week after purchase: Took the car for nearly 4 weeks; claimed water pump replacement (appeared used or possibly not done). * ~1 week after return: Same issue continued. Took it back for another ~4 weeks; said pressure test found "nothing," claimed they ran it for days but couldn't recreate it, and provided no test results. * Same week we got it back: Overheating happened again on the way home from work. Brought it in for ~2 weeks; again "nothing found." They then said it was no longer their problem because we bought it "as is" and paid cash. Seth had earlier said if the problem wasn't fixed, they would "work something out" -- possibly a refund or different vehicle. That never happened. We also took it to their recommended shop, Valdez Motorsports on Winford Ave. They were equally unhelpful, did nothing effective, and provided no invoice. Other issues since purchase: seat backs have fallen off (reattached with aftermarket glue), A/C takes forever to cool, and a side panel fell off while driving. This has been incredibly stressful during our family's medical battles. Chemo started in November 2025. In early October 2025, right after one service visit, we rushed our child to the hospital where he was diagnosed with a glioma on his optic nerve. I now spend ~$40/week on coolant and oil just to keep it running. We've cut back on family activities and my hour-long work commute is much harder with only one reliable vehicle. The contrast between the worship music/Christian atmosphere and the way we've been abandoned -- especially while dealing with cancer treatment -- is deeply disappointing. Vehicles Nashville, please make this right. Provide a proper repair with new parts at your expense and a real warranty, or honor what Seth mentioned: a buyback/refund plus expenses, or credit toward a reliable replacement vehicle. Call Raleigh! When I contacted Vehicles Nashville several weeks ago, the gentleman I talked to didn't seem interested in helping. I could tell right away they are a busy dealership That pushed lots of inventory. When I called back again, I got Raleigh. He was immediately interested in my needs and very quick to follow up. He helped me set up a 3rd party vehicle inspection since we are purchasing out of state. He followed up once the inspection was done and made sure all the issues found were fixed. The vehicle was in overall good shape for its age and mileage. Working in the vehicle industry for a few years myself, I liked Raleigh's straightforward customer service-based approach. Deceptive Business Practices - Beware of inaccurate Manufactures' Suggested Retail Pricing and installed options! On August 25th, 2025 I started negotiating for a lightly used 2023 Mercedes S-Class at Vehicles Nashville on Elm Hill Pike, the process seemed straightforward. I asked the salesman if he could provide the MSRP and a list of factory-installed options. He provided a professional-looking printout, complete with the correct VIN. Trusting the document, I continued with the process, never suspecting the information was anything but accurate. When reviewing the details at home that evening I noticed the printout listed several options that I didn't recall seeing on the car. I emailed the salesman to verify they were installed, his response the next morning was telling. He claimed a "glitch" had occurred when he pulled the information and attached what he termed the "actual" window sticker. The initial document wasn't just slightly off; it had four separate "glitches" both omissions and additions -- each one overstating the car's value. The total difference was a shocking $6,500, or about 5.5% of the MSRP. The probability of four random "glitches" all inflating the price is very low, which suggests to me this may have been more than a simple mistake. I made what I believed was a fair offer: a price adjustment of 5.5% to proportionately reflect the correct MSRP and matching a competitive offer on my trade-in. The dealership's response was a paltry $500 reduction (.6%), a clear sign they had no intention of making things right. It was a disheartening conclusion to what should have been an exciting purchase. I sent a final message to the dealership offering to review the facts to ensure no misunderstanding before filing a complaint, but I received no response. Always verify everything, even what appears to be an official document. Missed massive issues that had quite obviously been there long term including that the engine had no heat guard, which they failed to tell us, and the car, AT THE MECHANIC, quite literally caught on fire. I went on May 3 to purchase an Audi. I was ready to buy right then and there however the audio was not working, so I asked if they can possible satisfy this issue prior to purchase. The guy said he will have the mechanic check it out and call me back Monday, May 8 once this was squared away. Purchased a minty 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser. Knowing these are sorta hard to find I went to see this as soon as I saw the ad. Priced very competitive I was excited to see it in person. I spoke with Jonathan Henderson on the phone when I inquired to see if it was available before driving there. When I arrived Jonathan was super kind and helpful the entire way. They let me test drive the car with absolutely no pressure sales. (This is hard to find). From start to finish I was very pleased and would definitely recommend anyone to purchase a car here. My girl just got a BMW from here today. Not sure what's up with the bad reviews, but Mike Smith helped us and it was easy as can be. They were very open, let us test drive alone, take it to a mechanic of our choice, and even put a clause in there for the one issue our mechanic mentioned. Highly recommend checking these cars out. From the reviews I saw the issues were in pricing and one car that had issues which if you take it to a mechanic before like they offer it won't happen. First off, let me just say that I have zero plans to ever purchase another vehicle from somewhere other than Vehicles Nashville. I have sent several of my friends here as well. They all agree they can't believe the prices of their inventory. Vehicles Nashville has quality cars that are ALWAYS under Kelley Blue Book. Go ahead and look for yourself. Now, if you are the type that needs a pressured cars sales man, and an overly obnoxiously nice sales team to purchase a vehicle; then no, this place isn't for you. However, if you know what you want, and need an easy sales experience without all the bs, then this is your place to buy a car. I am a mom & student with two jobs, and a husband who asks a million questions before purchasing anything. I do not have time to be pestered. I need quick and easy. So, my husband usually has me a list of things to ask, and everyone at Vehicles Nashville answers them without any hesitation. No Zach is not there to butter you up, but he is real, and knows he doesn't fluff up prices so there really isn't any need to do the usual sales bribery. I seriously love this place, and love the products they carry. There is zero sales pressure, and they have no problem with handing you the keys and letting you get it checked out from your own professionals. I purchased my Ford Explorer from them and I could not find anything as nice when I was shopping, plus it was way under Kelley Blue Book. I am not kidding when I say they only carry top of the line for a steal. Currently, we are in the process of upgrading because there is one feature I would like to have. I'm going to caveat this review by saying that I think I came on a day and time when Zach would rather be hitting the links. His dad was also not present which could have changed the dynamics. Came in to see a car I found on Autotrader. Took it for a test drive with Doug who was pleasant enough to deal with if not a little green. No sales pressure from him which was good, but I also felt like I was the one driving the conversation and process, i.e. I was the one asking him the questions, primarily making small talk, building rapport, etc. But he's a young guy, just out of college so I shouldn't expect much When we went inside to talk, I was directed to Zach who came off as cold, disinterested, and elitist not even introducing himself or acknowledging my family who came with me. We sat down at the front desk so he could get on a computer. Conversation was nil, common pleasantries and smiles were met with awkward silence and preoccupation. After awhile, I attempted to make an offer and he shook his head and pushed back his chair. He asked if I was financing and I said that I planned on paying cash. He looked somewhat disappointed. I asked him how far off we were and he intimated a couple thousand. I met him halfway, but he shook his head again and looked back at his computer for a distraction. No counter offer on his part or attempt at even trying to make a sale. It was evident he was beyond checked out by this point. He was ready for us to go our way so he could get back to catching golf highlights on espn. I stood up and we all left in silence, no goodbyes or exchanging of contact information, no thanks for coming in... My impression was that Zach just wants people to come in, pay whatever is listed plus the additional fess that are associated and be on your way. If he's got to actually do some work to close a sale, forget it. If you don't fit this mold, I'd advise brushing up on your golf lingo. You might have a better experience than I did. read more

Typical cheating dealership! We called them on the phone to get some more information about the car we were interested in and we were told that the car was completely clean and in great condition. We asked more than once just to confirm and got the same answer every time. This is critical to our case because we traveled very far in order to see and potentially buy this car. The car is in Nashville and we were coming all the way from Chicago. The photos of the car's interior and exterior that we saw were taken very cleverly and hid all of the scratches and damages that were apparent at first sight when we viewed the car in person. On top of everything, when we returned from the test drive, and told the dealer that the car was in a much worse condition that we were presented, he just glanced at us and quickly said, "Okay! Thanks for stopping by!" All while knowing very well where we were coming from and how much money and time it takes to go somewhere only to get tricked. We highly recommend that you don't shop at this dealership as you will be encountered with terrible customer service and deceiving cars. read more

I bough a 2011 GMC Terrain from this dealership in Feb 2020. The obit reason they get one star is I can't do a minus star. The made certain to tell me NO WARRANTY! I paid cash for the car It ran pretty good for about a month. I first took it to a muffler guy because I could smell the exhaust. Somebody had cut the exhaust from plus bracket from the engine. He pieced it back together and told me someone had really messed it up. It was quiet and stink free for a while. I took it for an oil change new tires and front and back brakes. The mechanic brought showed me the oil filter. It was all sucked in and really nasty. He said it looked like it had never been changed. That very day the engine light came on and drivability became a major problem. 8/17/2020 I need a new engine. Someone had put very thick oil in the engine to make it run and turn off the engine light hence the nasty oil filter. I'm looking at six thousand dollars at least to fix it I feel like I have been robbed. I'm a 68 year woman. Spent my savings on this car. Now I'm stranded. As is shouldn't mean they can do something shady to a car or at best not even look at it after they buy it. If they had changed the oil after they got it they should have noticed the problem. Or did they notice it and add the thick oil? It had 113 thousand miles on it when I bought it. Now at 122 thousand I need a new engine. BUYER BEWARE. read more

Vehicles Nashville.... Wow, gosh where do I start.... Ok, let's start with the positive. They have some really nice automobiles, and they're reasonably priced. Considering the business they're in that's a huge factor in reviewing them, thus the 3 star review. That said, I'm torn in giving them a 3 star review because as someone that has bought and sold many cars in my life (I don't think there are many, that aren't in the car business, that would be more qualified to accurately review a car dealer), I don't feel they deserve 3 stars. The reality is there are lots of dealers that have cool cars on their lot. Auto sales is a commodities business. As such, what differentiates the bc good dealers, from the bad, and the great, is customer service. The worst car buying experience that I've ever had was at Vehicles Nashville. I cannot imagine that any employee of Vehicles Nashville (that I interacted with anyway) could say with a straight face that they value their customers, or care about providing an experience that would make someone want to return to do business again, or even that they enjoy working with people at all. On the positive side however, because I'm not out to just trash any person or business I sincerely wish only to portray an accurate review of my experience in an effort to help others that may find themselves in my shoes, Vehicles Nashville may be the place for you to go if you're looking for a dealer offering a no pressure experience. My impression was that there was no value placed on me and my business. So little in fact that it was the exact opposite of the typical high pressure sales routine, they literally didn't care if I bought from them at all. They were more than content with me leaving without making a purchase. Look here, you may be seeing a few bad reviews for This place. It's because people don't understand the dynamics of the business. This place is a no sugar coated dealership. The prices and vehicles are so good and there are so many customers beating down the doors for these prices that Zach and the rest of them are so busy that it's impossible to give every customer extra special attention. I honestly think this is how a used car dealership should be ran. Yeah they may not pet your hand and make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, but the honesty in this place is uncanny. I'm loving my new FJ, the thing will climb a dang light pole and balance itself on top like a Tar Heel on a mountain. It was the best looking/ performing FJ I could find online within 200 miles and the absolute cheapest. I honestly can't believe I found this thing. Also if you're complaining about customer service and them not giving you special attention, you must not have lived or dealt with Nashville much because there's a line or wait for everything! And especially when you got guys putting deals out like. Next time I or anyone I know needs a vehicle, this place is a no brainer. read more

Car was filthy, even though they claimed it was detailed. Blue booked for 7,300$ and Zach wanted 11,700. Wouldn't negotiate either. He can keep it and his bad attitude. Buyers watch out! I highly recommend this place. I went about 2 weeks ago to look at a car, but someone had gotten to it 5 minutes before I arrived. I gave Mike my number and told him that if the deal fell thru, to let me know and I'd be back to purchase it. He text me a few minutes later to let me know the couple had purchased it. He then told me to come by and talk to him to let me know what I was looking for, and he'd see if he could find it for me. Less than a week later, a similar vehicle became available. Although he was out of town, thru the phone we started the financing process. When I arrived to the shop a few, he greeted me, and less than 30 minutes later, I walked out with keys in hand. Mike went above and beyond to make me feel completely comfortable with my purchase! I felt like not only did I get a great car, but I also made a new friend.
