Because the process seemed to take a while, the line remained long throughout the event, and some children did not get the opportunity to have their faces painted before she left. Another thing that stood out was that she didn't say goodbye or let us know she was leaving; she seemed to quietly pack up and leave, which felt a little unprofessional. On a positive note, I did observe her interacting with the children, and she was very kind, patient, and friendly with them. The kids appeared comfortable around her, and I appreciated the warm way she spoke to them. They mistreat their workers and lie to parents. They pay for good reviews, I suggest looking elsewhere. They changed bookings on us several times, but we had found the original actor online and spoke to her before the party. The booking company apparently decided to punish her by telling her she wasn't booked for our party just days before the party. This left a salty taste in my mouth and I felt I needed to post this online for the world to see. They use predatory practices and mistreat these poor young girls who just want to bring joy to children's lives.
