I have been to and hosted many a Wishing Well party and I am always blown away - it truly feels like you have these characters come to life straight out of the stories and movies. Oh! And the insanely beautiful voices and dancing?? It's unreal. We most recently hosted a birthday party with Moana and when she started singing to the children the entire party went silent...the adults thought at first that she was lip-syncing to a recording and then quickly became convinced that we had worked some magic to have Moana pop right out of DIsney+ and into our lives. It was amazing. Wishing Well is amazing. Our character made a mistake and had her parties mixed up so she was over an hour late. The balloon artist kind of just walked around and made balloon animals for the kids but it was awkward with no character. Since our character was so late, some kids had to leave when she was just arriving. We were building up the anticipation but by then we discovered it would be well over another hour, so the kids got in the pool instead and were well into playing and not really into the entertaining by the time the character did arrive. Overall the character was great once the kids heard her singing. Balloon artist was kind of a waste of money since it was a little awkward having someone walk around making balloons without the entertainer. Kind of a bummer it played out that way. Mistakes do happen but no one even reached out to explain anything, I just received an invoice to pay with a slight discount which I still paid.

They stayed completely in character the entire time--even when we randomly bumped into them in the bathroom! My daughter gave them a 10/10 and had an absolute blast. Most of the kids weren't even that familiar with Harry Potter yet, but they were all completely involved and having so much fun. Even the adult Harry Potter fans had a blast! We created a custom treasure hunt and shared the details with him in advance, and he did an excellent job leading more than 10 kids through it seamlessly. The children had an amazing time, and many parents commented on how magical, energetic, and engaging the party was. We were also very impressed with the team's fast, smooth communication throughout the planning process. Every question we had was answered promptly and thoroughly.
