I think I got more phone calls from Dennis than from my own boyfriend during the four days the truck was in the shop. He literally updated me every single day on the status of the repairs, and kept in contact to get approval for purchasing parts and whatnot. He was SUCH a pleasant person to deal with during all of this, I honestly can't remember the last time I had such a comprehensive customer service experience I have also come to Murray Chev to pick up rental vehicles for work and have had nothing but good experiences in that department. When I picked up the car I noticed absolutely no hand prints anywhere in the dirty motor well and wondered if they really checked anything. Sure enough six months later my battery was completely dead (would not take a charge) and had to be replaced....even though on the Certificate it checked the battery as: CHECKED AND O.K.. Last week I took the car to a different garage to get a BRAKE JOB (based on what I assumed was needed because of Murray's pad measurements of last summer). They checked the pads and they all measured at 8mm. STRANGE because on Murray's MPVI certificate of June 2025 they were all measured at 6mm. I actually saw the pads and measurements this time. My brake pads either GREW by 2mm or somebody did a sloppy job or just LIED to me on the certificate. I asked for the MPVI to confirm my vehicle was in good shape, obviously that was a waste of $ 100.00. I have lost confidence with Murray's and will never do business with them again.

He told me I need to change the brake fluid since it is terribly dirty, need to change the antifreeze system, need to change the transmission cable, and quote $750. Afterward, I showed my car to three different mechanics including Ford. All of them said the brake fluid is pretty clean, with no issues with the transmission cable and antifreeze. All I need to change is the MAF sensor.

Just went in again for some more repairs, and they were done quickly and professionally, again, unlike Waverley Chrysler. I won't hesitate to go back to them for more warranty servicing.

The advertisement that lead her to that location said that the car was there. When she went, they said that car was in Morden, MB but that they could bring it into the city for the next day. The next day I went with her and I advised her that the car wasn't what she needed for the places she drives but she really liked it. I left first and as she left the building, the salesman chased her out the door telling her that "If someone else comes and buys it, I will have to sell it... But you could make a refundable deposit to hold it here!" They told her she'd get the deposit back if she didn't want the car and then after she decided not to purchase that vehicle they said that the deposit was on-refundable because it cost a lot to bring the car to that location. She did get her money back, but after multiple phone calls to the dealership we got nothing. Not until we posted it on Dodge Canada's Facebook page, then we got a response. That is no way to treat a retired lady.
