My experience at Murray was top notch all the way. My beloved 26ft MilkMobile needed a new fuel…read morepump, and Murray Chev was one of the only places in the city that is home to a medium-duty mechanic who was able to work on this beast. I got in touch with Dennis (the above-mentioned), and he took on the job from there. I think I got more phone calls from Dennis than from my own boyfriend during the four days the truck was in the shop. He literally updated me every single day on the status of the repairs, and kept in contact to get approval for purchasing parts and whatnot. He was SUCH a pleasant person to deal with during all of this, I honestly can't remember the last time I had such a comprehensive customer service experience I have also come to Murray Chev to pick up rental vehicles for work and have had nothing but good experiences in that department. I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat. Keep up the good work!

When I picked up the car I noticed absolutely no hand prints anywhere in the dirty motor well and wondered if they really checked anything. Sure enough six months later my battery was completely dead (would not take a charge) and had to be replaced....even though on the Certificate it checked the battery as: CHECKED AND O.K.. Last week I took the car to a different garage to get a BRAKE JOB (based on what I assumed was needed because of Murray's pad measurements of last summer). They checked the pads and they all measured at 8mm. STRANGE because on Murray's MPVI certificate of June 2025 they were all measured at 6mm. I actually saw the pads and measurements this time. My brake pads either GREW by 2mm or somebody did a sloppy job or just LIED to me on the certificate. I asked for the MPVI to confirm my vehicle was in good shape, obviously that was a waste of $ 100.00. I have lost confidence with Murray's and will never do business with them again.

Yruck came back with a big scratch on the bumper. They offered to sell me touch-up paint and took no responsibility for the scratch. No choice but to pay for that I guess.

Honda vehicles are fantastic. Very happy with vehicle. Would highly recommend Birchwood Honda…read moreover Winnipeg Honda though. The customer service at Winnipeg Honda is horrible. For example: a) They did not submit the financing paperwork in time and I was contacted by the financing company because of a late payment. I contacted Winnipeg Honda and they ignored me and did not reply. I was left to sort it out myself, despite the fact the finance company's position it was Winnipeg Honda's fault (it was obviously not mine - car dealerships don't work on the honour system to secure payment - I did everything correctly). b) As part of my purchase of a brand new vehicle, I paid for winter car mats and was promised I would be contacted when they were in stock. I was not contacted. Emailed the dealership to inquire and was ignored. No reply. Went to dealership and they were confused. They went to look in salesperson's office for them. LOL. Not surprisingly, despite treating me like garbage and ignoring me, they did take time to reach out by telling me my salesperson made a service appointment for my vehicle (salesperson did not ask me or even tell me he would do this).

I decided to try out Pembina Chrysler instead. Went there for a bumper repair and while it was there, they identified a recall issue with the paint job on the hood, and repainted that too, under warranty. Awesome. I went back there later to get a warranty service/oil change - no problems, no hype and no attempts at over-selling. Just went in again for some more repairs, and they were done quickly and professionally, again, unlike Waverley Chrysler. I won't hesitate to go back to them for more warranty servicing.

My Mother went to the Pembina Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Winnipeg, Manitoba and was coerced into making…read morea $500 deposit on a car and then refused to repay her for 3 months until we talked to Dodge Canada. The advertisement that lead her to that location said that the car was there. When she went, they said that car was in Morden, MB but that they could bring it into the city for the next day. The next day I went with her and I advised her that the car wasn't what she needed for the places she drives but she really liked it. I left first and as she left the building, the salesman chased her out the door telling her that "If someone else comes and buys it, I will have to sell it... But you could make a refundable deposit to hold it here!" They told her she'd get the deposit back if she didn't want the car and then after she decided not to purchase that vehicle they said that the deposit was on-refundable because it cost a lot to bring the car to that location. She did get her money back, but after multiple phone calls to the dealership we got nothing. Not until we posted it on Dodge Canada's Facebook page, then we got a response. That is no way to treat a retired lady.
