I saw a car online that caught my interest. The price was very reasonable, much lower than similar vehicles on Carvana or CarMax and below Blue Book value. Less than an hour after that, we were finishing paperwork for the car purchase! There was no haggling or pressure. They even shopped around to get me the best interest rate, which was better than what my credit card company or credit union could offer. Mr. Johnson agreed to complete the report and upload it to the IRS. Upon doing so, we were able to get our $4k tax credit. It was a frustrating situation that did finally work out after we invested a lot of blood, sweat, and tears. I am grateful the IRS recognized the need to reopen submissions. Apparently a LOT of buyers had similar issues, not just us and not just at this dealership. And I appreciate that Enterprise made it right once they got the chance for a do-over. I understand that businesses are resistant to accepting blame for situations like this, but to not even try to make things right was not best practice. While I'm grateful it all worked out in the end - and I do love my car - I don't think we'll look here again next time we're in need of a vehicle.

I've bought four new cars in the last ten years, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Part of that is probably because I've learned a lot about what to do, and what not to do. I also have better credit than I used to have, so being eligible for better financing definitely made the whole thing less painful. But none of that would matter if the overall experience had been poor. Nate Parker made our experience outstanding, and I felt like that was due in part to the overall management of the dealership. We needed a new car, and I had decided I wanted a CX-5. I was looking at used ones when I realized the new ones are really similar in price. I found one online at Nelson, and I've learned to make sure they have the car you're looking at. I worked with Tori, their digital manager to make sure it was available, then made an appointment. I was so sure the car that had been advertised wouldn't be there, I think the staff there was like, who hurt you? We were able to test drive it when we arrived, and then we were thrilled when they offered us $8300 for my husband's car. That was more than we expected and that plus our down payment helped us be in great shape on our new car. The new car was the right price, the price that was advertised, and I was able to get the zero percent financing. I also got the 90 days with no payments, which really helps me so I'm not paying a payment at the same time as taxes. They are building a new facility, which will truly make this experience over the top. I mean it when I say, I'm literally tempted to see what they would give me for my car, since that one is paid off, and get my husband a new car as well. Is that insane? I opted not to take it back for a detail. I just don't think it was necessary for a car that had four miles on it when I took it for a test drive. Plus, in the time of COVID, I just didn't think it was worth the risk. Speaking of COVID - our guy was great and had his mask on the whole time. However, a woman salesperson right behind him had her mask around her neck. This was problematic for me, since we were in there for 3+ hours, there was lots of time to be exposed to her. She was also talking with other clients, so they were at risk as well. However, that's not Nate or Quinton's fault, so I'm happy to write this five star review and hope others find it helpful.

Sales agent couldn't give me any information how they trained to appraise a vehicle. Basically didn't know about autos. They have a check list they use. Travis was my service advisor and he took great care of me. He was kind, friendly, and helpful. He treated me like a valued customer even though this was my first visit to this dealership. The dealership was very busy with other cars but amazingly, I was taken care of within 45 minutes and I was back on my way. They are very efficient and very customer service oriented. Ricky Toumbs was my Service Advisor and he was very nice and informative. He contacted me about other repairs and services that were recommended and sent me a form to check off what I wanted done and what I didn't want to do at this time with prices for each item. It's not cheap getting things done at the dealership , but Ricky gave me a Military Discount and good price for the items I had repaired or serviced. I went to a 4 wheel drive service shop in Las Vegas before I left that was highly recommended and had good reviews. Well turns out they broke a bolt from my skid plate and others were missing and didn't tell me and I only had one bolt holding it on for my drive from Vegas to Oklahoma with my SUV loaded and a hitch carrier mounted on my rear bumper with a heavy box on it. If that one bolt would've came off while I was driving 70mph down the highway I most likely would've crashed and been injured or killed ! Unbelievable ! So , those thread holes had to be rethreaded and one broken bolt in frame had to be drilled out and rethreaded. Synthetic Oil Change , PCV Valve replaced , 4 wheel alignment , 4 wheel drive service ( change gear oil for front and rear differential , transaxles , and transfer cases ) , rear brakes and rotors , after Taxes and Discount came out to $1001.00 . I was figuring about $1,400. Yes an expensive trip to the dealer , but I do recommend seeing Ricky at Fowler Toyota. My son had already told me about some bad shops in the area so it's good to know someone who already knows about those places. I'll be back in the Spring for a Tuneup.

The other address I've never lived at. After I told sales what my address should be they never fixed the address issue and sent my trade refund check to the other address. Thank God the resident of the other address has been honest to allow me to drive to them and get my documents and check. Bob Moore has yet to resolve the address issue, never in my 25+ car purchases have I ever had such a post purchase headache.

Look, our other car (2016 Grand Marquis, 200,000 miles) went kaput and we had to go out within a week and buy another set of wheels. I did the study, found a the right replacement options and in one day lined up looking at four different lots. (even out to El Reno, Diffee, won't make that mistake again!) The car was ready for us to drive, they were very polite, worked with us on financing and we got the car. We are happy with the car, and whenever we had a question those guys were there to work with us. Are they a note lot? Yes. If you pay your car payment on time, will they seize your car? Absolutely not. We could've found other options to cover the loan, but their company was easy and accessible than other options. Bottom line, I'm confident we made the right decision about the car and about choosing Flair Auto Group as our dealer. We would come back to Flair first, if we ever needed to do that in the future, especially if Kaz was still there.
