Service department: John Moore is efficient with the customers time. He went above and beyond to connect me with a windshield repair specialist. He also helped me with a stressful hiccup to the leather driver's seat on my brand new Grenadier be fixed. He was educational, helpful, and kind during my time of service. These two associates are rock stars and represent the dealership to be unlike any other place I have been to. The salesmen here are nothing short of professional con artists, and their entire operation is built on lies and deception. They don't sell cars--they sell ticking time bombs with a smile. The salesperson assured me that the car I purchased was "in perfect condition," had "passed every inspection," and was "as reliable as it gets." Within a week, the car broke down on the highway, and the brakes failed. Yes, you read that right--THE BRAKES FAILED.When I had the car towed to a trusted mechanic, they found a laundry list of problems: $6000+ When I confronted them, they denied everything, , "It's not our problem anymore." Their so-called warranty? I PAID FORRRRRR?!?!?!?!? Completely worthless--just another layer of their scam. These people have no regard for your safety or well-being.
