Post-install support was just as good, especially when I had questions about maintenance and cure time for the PPF. The only minor areas for improvement would be more proactive updates while the vehicle was in their possession, as well as some small issues coordinating the loaner car. That said, the fact that they even offer a loaner vehicle -- something no other business I spoke with provided -- was actually one of the reasons I chose them in the first place. Additionally, there was a minor issue where the emblems were scratched during the process; however, they were very quick to take responsibility and immediately offered OEM replacements and a free installation, which speaks highly to their integrity and customer service. They didn't align the driver side door back correctly so the soft close wouldn't work and the jam wasn't aligned. This also made the vehicle wrap bunch up and peel off within a few weeks due to the weather stripping rubbing against the body unnecessarily. They also broke my passenger side mirror. Admittedly it had been cracked but I never got a chance to swap the spare one I ordered because they JB welded the mirror back in place after snapping it which then also made the motor not work. They also cracked the rear bumper during removal but claimed it was hidden by the wrap and didn't matter. All of these issues were wrapped up with "well, it's a little bit older so it's gonna break". For the price I'd expect a bit more.

I hired Dennis to do some work on my car and paid him the required initial deposit. On Sunday, June…read more7, 2026, he contacted me and asked if I would pay the remaining balance early. His text said, "Not looking for any handouts, just a hand." Wanting to help him out, I paid the balance in full. Later that same day, Dennis asked for another favor. He explained that he was driving to pick up a new machine and asked me to send him $421.55 via Zelle, promising that he would immediately refund the same amount to my credit card through Stripe. He told me the refund should appear within two to three days, so I sent the money. The refund never arrived. Over the following weeks, I repeatedly contacted Dennis. My phone calls went unanswered, so I began communicating by text. Each time, he assured me the refund was coming. Among other things, he told me: * "Did the Zelle not go through? My intentions were to give you your money back." * "Not trying to scam you, that's for sure." (I had never accused him of scamming me.) * "I'll try one more time. If that doesn't work, I'll be in Lemont on Wednesday. I can bring you cash." That Wednesday came and went, and I never heard from him. On July 2, after I contacted him again, Dennis wrote: "Rick, if you could just give me till the weekend, I will get this resolved." He also told me: "I just paid the shop rent, and had to pay our mortgage today." Despite these repeated promises, I still have not received my refund. It is also worth noting that, aside from his original requests for payment, Dennis never once initiated contact to update me or return my money. Every follow-up came from me. As of July 9, 2026--more than a month after the refund was promised--I still had not received my $421.55. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering doing business with Dennis or PrimeVue to proceed with caution. I would also avoid payment arrangements outside the original agreement or relying on promises of future reimbursement. Update: As if July 10, 2026 - no follow-up by Dennis - I have attached email correspondences indicating unfulfilled promises and missed deadlines. I have not heard from Dennis since the July 2 , 2026 correspondence. It appears as if he would prefer to keep my money vs. pay the money he repeatedly acknowledges he owes me - lesson learned.
