I don't usually leave reviews unless I'm angry, but WOW! I had my new 2026 GMC Terrain a whole two weeks when it was destroyed by hail last month. I looked up Miromax for PDR and figured I would trust them to fix my baby. Miroslav and his wife were excellent to deal with and everything was explained as to what needed to be done to restore it to new condition. I had several over-sized dents and two that were creased right on edges (which is hard to fix) being so close to the edge. I picked up my truck three days later and it looked like it did when I drove off the dealers lot! Miromax is truly an outstanding shop that was clean, organized, knowledgeable and trustworthy. This is an award winning shop and it shows in their work. As thorough as I am, I was unable to see any of the previous damage. Not one dent, crease, dimple...notta! Car was clean and looked better than new. Don't go to a collision shop for paintless dent removal, go to Miromax. I was originally going to go to a collision shop, until they said that they were going to have a PDR shop (30 miles) from my house, do the work. I said NO, and I then chose to use Miromax. Miroslav truly cares about your car, and treats its like it's his own. I am so happy that I chose Miromax and truck looks great! Kudo's to this team. My brand new car got totally nailed by a shopping cart, and there were two dents on the side of the car...one pretty large, and one smaller. We took the car in to Miromax, and received an estimate. They detailed what services they would provide, and explained the process. The estimate was $475, which seemed fair given the damage...definitely less expensive than taking it to a body shop. The damage turned out to be more extensive than they anticipated. The metal was stretched out more than it had originally appeared, and the repairs took more time and effort than they had planned for. They actually stayed open later than their normal hours so they could finish the job rather than keep the car over the weekend. Despite the fact that there was far more work and time involved, they did not charge us any more than they had estimated. The car looked perfect. They said it was 99%; we say it is a definite 100%. As a bonus, the car was washed and looked even better than it did when we picked it up from the dealership. It literally sparkled. Lovely people to work with. Honest. Fair. Above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people who work here. I was reluctant to leave a positive review, because I tend to keep good secrets like this business to myself, but this business and its employees are simply too exceptional not to give them the praise, publicly, that they have earned and truly deserve. Victoria, the amazing woman who took my initial call, greeted me at the door, and handled the paperwork, is a gem. The shop/waiting area are new, clean, comfortable and stocked with a fantastic selection of beverages and snacks. The guys working in the shop were incredibly kind, professional, and skilled. They never rushed me and, in fact, took their time showing me the results of their impeccable work to ensure my satisfaction. I had a couple dings in my hood and rear passenger door from salt rocks that were flung by a IDOT truck during morning traffic (Thanks IDOT!). I also had long scratch on the other rear passenger door that did not go beneath the clear coat. They were able to schedule me for an appointment within a couple days of my initial call. Not only did the guys at the shop fix the damage to my car, they washed and dried the entire body of the vehicle and, it seems to me, vacuumed the interior as well! Talk about full service! On top of all the great aspects about this business and the folks who work there, the final cost was surprisingly low. I would have probably paid upwards of 40% more than they charged me and still left feeling like I received a great value for the money I spent. Hopefully I don't have another need for their services in the future, but if I do ultimately need to fix damage to my vehicle again, I will not hesitate for a moment to patronize this business. I needed to get two dings repaired and not being from this area until recently I needed to check out some places. I saw the reviews were very positive for Miromax so I visited them, got a quote and was lucky enough to get in the next day. After one hour and $200 my dings were gone and the work was amazing! Our virtually brand new Subaru Outback had damage to both doors on the passenger side. The door skins were pushed in several places near the door gap and even worse, the door edges themselves were deformed. (I had someone else who does pointless dent repair review the damage and I was told that the only fix was conventional body repair which would have resulted in repainting the entire side of the car.) I did a search online and found Miromax. I dropped them a note and was asked to bring the car in for an inspection. I was pleased and somewhat surprised when Miroslav confidently said that he could fix the damage. I was provided with an estimate, made an appointment and soon after dropped the car off. The work was completed on time and when we went to pick up the car I was astonished by the level of perfection that Miroslav and his team had achieved. The work was truly flawless. I just recently had my 911 have multiple creases and dents pulled from Miromax and it was an exceptional job. They work on all types of cars but it seems like a lot of luxury cars trust in them and that's why I used them. In late February I got caught in a hail storm that left hundreds of small dents all over my vehicle. I was heartbroken thinking my vehicle will never be the same. I did some research and based on the reviews and pictures of this company I knew that I wanted to bring my car here to Miromax. They were booked out for a month but I did not care I wanted the best of the best working on my car. From the start with Victoria she was very informative and reassured me not to worry that everything would be fine and she would be sending pictures and any supplement that needed to be sent to my insurance company. (State Farm adjuster said there was maybe about (70) .I didn't have to do anything. Victoria and her husband Miroslav is an asset and gem to Bolingbrook. Let me just say that my car was given back to me as if I just bought it right off the showroom floor. Miroslav takes pride in his work and it shows! I'm in love with my car again. My car was done in a matter of a few days and when I picked it up it had been detailed inside and out. I had a small little dent by the right fender and a deep scratch that had nothing to do with the hail but it was no longer there when I received my car. A huge Thank you to Victoria and Miroslav they truly pride themselves on customer satisfaction. Took a 2013 Audi A6 there for a small door ding after submitting pics through the app which they responded to almost immediately. I was always skeptical about PDR and I was always very particular with my car but after reading a lot of the reviews I'm very happy I went with this shop. These guys are on an entirely other level and treat their trade as an art form taking pride in the work, even competing and winning in worldwide competitions. I waited for the job which was hardly an hour and they even corrected a couple imperfections one of which I never noticed before. I have to say I cannot believe they actually fix these dings but have to have a magic wand or something. Truly impressive work at an unbelievable price and very nice shop with waiting area, refreshments, and television. If I ever get another dent or ding I will without hesitation return there. We own a 2019 Honda Accord. Nothing special, I know but it's a good looking car and a very pretty blue. Over 3 years it had gotten a few parking lot dings and scratches. Recently it got another significant dent in the fender from a car door. My wife was bummed and wanted her "new car" back. I called Miromax and got an appointment for an estimate.
