Excellent experience at Delta Sonic Naperville on Ogden Road that I had to write about. I have a car thats several years old with some interior staining that has never come out over the years---that is until Employee MICHAEL M got a chance to take care of it. He saw the stains, got his magic tools and formulas, and went to work--before you knew it--the interior was like new. I couldn't believe it. No one else has been able to to do that. Went in for ceramic coating on my car as well as a steam clean of the interior. They were extremely busy for 8:00am on a Sunday but they really pulled together and moved cars through. I sat and watched it all and the cars looked pristine and showroom ready when they were done. Ron did an extraordinary job on my car which made me fall in love with my car all over again. He was kind and very thorough and my car looks fabulous with very reasonable waiting time. Thank you for loving my car too!! read more

just a super small location where the sprayers get upset with you for "disturbing" the egregiously long car line to the car wash. all i wanted to do was do a plate transfer and the associates were great!!! but the sprayers get so upset for no reason whatsoever i have never had any issues at the oswego location, and it is a much bigger location to go to than the one in Naperville OR Downers.I would rather drive the 40 minutes to the Oswego location then have to sit in the Naperville location again. Front desk was very nice, but they should be able to do membership transfers from one car to the other. read more

I did an interior and exterior car wash. I was upsold on the car wash, my car was still dirty afterwards. There was no instruction on where to go. Staff were not friendly at the drying station. I was told there was no wait for detailing, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes but by that point I had already paid and couldn't get out of line. As you're sitting in line to have your car detailed, you're getting sprayed by the person pressure washing/the car wash. I asked questions and wasn't given clear answers on what the service included. I asked for my trunk to be vacuumed and it didn't happen. My windows are smeared even after they "fixed it". My grill of the car has bugs on it still...I have crumbs still on my counsel. I would not recommend. I've used detail kings in downers grove and friendliness and what you get for what you pay is 10/10 better. read more

The service has gone way down. The last couple times I had my interior done I had to clean my inside windows when I got home. I did call and complain and was told "sorry about that". Yesterday I thought I would give them one more shot and it was the worst yet. Still had bug smears on the windshield, water spots all over the place and even missed sand on the door jam. I called and again was told sorry about that. This is basic stuff that never happened in the past. I would look elsewhere as I will be doing in the future. read more

Always SLOW at the carwash!!!! I mean, snail service! From the cashiers to the dryers. They move the slowest they possibly can! I don't care what time you come here they move SLOW. They're very nonchalant about it too. They seem to hate life or their jobs or both. But you'll definitely be inconvienced by their lack of concern to move with urgency. Their car wash is good but I was really disappointed with the detail shop. I paid $160 to have the inside of an extended cab truck detailed. (Small space) and when I got it back, I asked them to redo parts of the dash and I was told they couldn't do it. I have a monthly membership and I can't tell you what a waste of money for the car wash. this is the second time I've done the wash and car is still dirty looking. it's not like it's covered in caked on, muddy dirt or overly dirty when I come in but it's just dirty when I leave. most of the time I skip the towel dry but even with that the car doesn't get 100% clean. it's a real rip off when you think of what youre paying for. read more

Waste of Money I've had enough of this car wash. I used to faithfully go to the one in Downers Grove and my car was always cleaned thoroughly. For several years I've gone to the Naperville location off and on and I've determined they just don't care. When they clean the exterior there are always streaks and water still dripping. When they do the interior the mats aren't cleaned even though they say they clean them. My car basically looks the same with an air freshener. I complained recently and instead of saying something like what can we do to clean it better, the person said yeah we have a lot of young people who don't have a lot of experience cleaning cars. I was speechless. That's my last visit. read more

They were both extremely unpleasant and very disrespectful. They were yelling at other costumers in the car wash line as well, it was very off putting. I LOVE this place. Only 19.99/month for unlimited washes. You even get a special lane for the wash so you get in faster. They have a lot of bays for vacuuming (free). One of the very best things is the gas discount: .10c off just for being an unlimited member THEN an additional.10c if you pay with your Delta Sonic card. I am a car wash club member, I just ask for additional tire shine, I have been asking for years and the supervisors have been very kind. But today Jessie the supervisor was very rude and did not value my membership for a couple of dollars of tire shine. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years The way he spoke to me was very unprofessional. It is not worth a membership, to dispute a asking for additional tire shine. read more

This was my first time going to Delta Sonic Car Wash. Horrific experience! My car had red marks on the passenger side after my car was washed by Delta Sonic. The manager stated that the marks didn't occur as the result of it being washed at the car wash. Prior to me getting my car wash there were no red marks on my car.
