I own a 2002 F150 Crew Cab pickup. I'm the original owner. The truck's mileage is less than 80K. I'm attentive to maintenance including regular oil changes, tire rotations, battery and belt replacements, and even dealing with the occasional noise no one can explain all to ensure my plan to keep the truck "forever" remains in place. As you can imagine over the years the vehicle has also required some body work including the bottom of all four door and lately repairs to the right lower rocker panel and new running boards which had literally rusted out so only the plastic cover remained. Not very safe. For all the body repairs I've been fortunate enough to have the work completed by the Dent Shop. The price of the repairs was more than fair as the estimated cost did not waiver which included their searching /locating new running boards that fit my truck. I like Yelp. I like Yelp because it connects you to service providers that you would not otherwise no exist. After searching for a "body shop" in my area to remove a small dent on my hood, I found The Dent Shop. The reviews were great, so I made I drive to their shop to get an idea of cost and capability. When I arrived, Rick was quick to come out and take a look. After a short ponder, Rick said he could remove the dent and gave a quote on the spot. I said OK, that I would call to setup an appointment and drove away. A couple weeks later I returned for the work to be completed. Bob met me in the entry area and asked what the plan was. I showed Bob the dent, handed him my keys and away Bob went. 30 mins had passed and Bob told me my car was finished; to come have a look to make sure it was acceptable to me. I entered the shop area and I was blown away by the result. For starters, the dent was not massive. It was a small dent on the hood of a black car that for many would not be a big deal. For me and on this car, it was a BIG deal. Bob knew this going in after we first spoke and he worked his magic. After surveying the results and learning about the "how", Bob and swapped ideas on pasta sauce and our appreciations for small salted fish. What a phenomenal find. There's a reason for all the high ratings. I had a small dent that needed attention on the truck. But it was more complicated because I have a hard carbon fiber bed that made it very difficult to get to that area in the side panel. Clearly, Bob is quite experienced and very knowledgeable. I had damage to my front bumper which The Dent Shop did fix. The bumper itself looks good and I do not have any complaint with that work; however, when I picked up my car, there were two deep dents and one small one on the driver's side that were not there when I dropped the car off. I talked to Bob about it and it really turned into a "he said, she said" situation. I know the dents were not there before, and he does not agree. We wash the car by hand weekly and would definitely have seen the dents and had them repaired at the same time as the fender. The damage occurred while in their shop. I had to take my car to another repair shop. They person there showed me another crease along the door bottom where it was quite apparent some piece of equipment dragged across the entire side. I did ask for the owner to call me to discuss the situation and Bob said the owner would not do it. He was right, not a word from the owner. To say I was disappointed is an understatement because it cost me twice to get the car looking nice and I feel The Dent Shop should have admitted to the damage and fixed my car. read more

I bought a 2009 Dodge Caravan in April of 2019. Other than the usual wear items it is in excellent condition. Of course, I also found that it was built in Canada, so I lucked out. The only things that bothered me were a rust hole in the right-front fender and a deep scrape mark on the right-rear bumper cover. The Dent Shop made the fender look like it came off the assembly line and cleaned up the bumper cover to near invisibility. Five star work. Fast, too! read more

I had a very noticeable dent on a seam on my car which is less than a year old. I had been to at least 10 other body shops around the area which all told me that they couldn't fix dents that were on a seam and that I was out of luck. Not only was the Dent Shop the first place that said that they could fix my dent, but were also by far the most affordable. I had two other small dents that I wanted fixed and every other body shop wanted significantly more than what I was quoted at The Dent Shop. I assumed that fixing the dent that was on the seam would have cost quite a bit more after they explained all the extra work that was going to be involved with that one, but they charged the same price as the other two. Had 2 very noticeable parking lot dents on the left side and one on the right that were bugging the hell out of me.
