I am so disappointed. The guy who came to detail my car was very nice and seemed to do his best, but I expect so much more out of a $300+ detail. That's not chump change to me. After 90 minutes (I was hoping it would be closer to two hours since that's what I was told), my detailer asked me to come check out the car. I walked around with him pointing out dust, sand, and stains I still noticed. This happened twice; very little attention to detail. He overlooked areas that seemed incredibly obvious to me (e.g. he neglected to vacuum under my seats until I asked him to). At the end of the appointment, my detailer asked me to sign a document without reading it. He screenshotted the "sign here" line and only showed me the full document after I requested to see it twice. I guess I shouldn't have signed it because once he left I noticed that my interior windows were still completely dirty (I know because there was--and still is--a handprint on my front windshield) and the response I got over the phone was "Well, you signed the document." I am frustrated by the lack of attention to detail and the surprising customer service. It shouldn't be on me to ensure the detailer did a thorough job. TLDR: I paid over $300 to have sand left in my carpets, dust and junk remaining under and to the side of my front seats, and my interior windows completely untouched. Bummer. read more

I got this as a gift for valentines day and what a wonderful treat. It does cost a lot and doesn't take as long as indicated on website but the end result is fantastic. For the money I think cleaning the door jams should come with an interior detailing but it did not. Also was told car had dog hair because they met my Doxie. He doesn't really shed so that seemed far fetched to me. Plenty of other grime to justify the cost though. Suggest just keeping it real. Thank you! read more

We arranged a time and agreed on a price. The young man they sent over was courteous, professional and got right to work. After about 2 hours, I was impressed at the progress. After 4 hours I was amazed. Once the job was completed - I was absolutely blown away. Dillon arrived on time and was very friendly. He worked hard for four hours on my 2005 Mercedes c320. I had just bought the car and although it had been generally well cared for, it had clearly been a long while since it had a thorough deep clean. Built up grime everywhere, so I opted for the most expensive option. He did a great Job, the car looked brand new when he was done. I was very impressed with how well the carpet shampoo worked, especially on the 10-year old cream colored floor mats. He missed a couple of spots (back side of steering wheel, top of rear view mirror) but I'm also an extreme OCD case. I think most people would be very happy with Dillion and carspa. We had Car Spa Denver come out to detail a car that we were selling. They did a fantastic job with the detailing. Jerry, the detailer who came out to work on our vehicle, was able to get a stain out of the back seat that I was told could not be removed. When he was done the car looked fantastic. My only complaint, and the reason I rated this as 4-stars and not 5, was in regards to time. First, Jerry was supposed to get to my place by 8 AM on the day our detailing was scheduled. He called to say he'd be 30-45 minutes late but actually arrived at 9:15 AM - an hour and 15 minutes late. Next, around 4:30 PM, he asked me if he could finish the next day. The weather wasn't looking good so I agreed. He told me that it would take him about 2 hours the next day and said he would be at our place by 7:30 AM. He did arrive at 7:30 AM but 3 hours later he still wasn't done. Since I was on a working vacation and had another vehicle none of this was a really big deal to me, and I reiterate that he did a fantastic job. However, if this had been part of my normal, everyday life. It would have been a big inconvenience. Bottom line, Car Spa Denver does a great job but be aware, if you schedule the Car Spa Ultimate package, it can take a very long time to be completed. read more

I spoke with Keith who was an absolute professional and worked hard to meet our scheduling needs, it was not an easy fix as I did this short notice and my friend had a full calendar. Keith got us exactly what we needed (at the house on a Saturday) and the results were absolutely GREAT!!! Erica did a fantastic job and we are 100% satisfied and would recommend this service to anyone. It might seem expensive until you put everything in perspective; they travel to your vehicle with everything needed, the package included interior and exterior and both were done exceptionally well. My "new to me' Subaru with silver gray interior came to me from my very outdoorsy daughter who lives in Summit County. It has a silver gray interior that was pretty schmutzy and moderately dogged. Joe told me the job was done and, upon inspection, I found the upholstery to be unacceptably dirty. Joe made a great show out of cleaning some spots he hadn't gotten out with a spot remover. During his performance it became clear to me that he had cleaned all of the upholstery with ONLY COLD WATER WITH NO DETERGENT WHATSOEVER. Joe left after promising it would look much better after it dried. The end result is that my silver gray interior has morphed into a general muddy gray color. I asked Joe's boss for a do-over with ANY kind of soap. Nuthin. He says they can't do any better so won't even try. I've been screwed by Carspa. That simple. No recourse. Pissed. read more

called day of with an extra $35 "out of service" charge. then called 2 hours prior to arrival to cancel. when I finally rescheduled the crew did a half ass job. leaving cup holders dirty seats dirty windows were done with zero effort. rubber inserts left on the good of my truck. $260 is a premium price to pay for a car detailing and I did not receive a premium detailing. will never work with them again. read more

Overall I was disappointed in the service. I gave this review 2 stars for the effort and customer service from the technician that showed up to do the work. However, I don't feel that this company is a full service auto detailer or fully equipped to do so. If you want full service like steam cleaning of the carpets and headliner, engine cleaning, wheel cleaning, or just close attention to detail I would suggest that you look into a different company. Especially for the price that they charge for an "ultimate" package you should receive all of those things mentioned above. After close inspection of the vehicle the following day there were many items that were missed and the windows were so dirty you could barely see out of them. I was so very excited to use them but it was a real bummer. The tech came 45 min late and I had another apt so I wanted to make sure he could finish before he started and he seemed confident he could. 2 hours later when he finished he said do a once over and I will come back if I missed anything. So later in the day I did a real look. The inside bottom of my doors were all covered in mud. The inside of the windows were covered in film, tires covered in dirt. So I called and the shop and the owner spent the first 5 min of the call defending the work and telling me I should have bought a bigger package (I bought the middle one). I was told it would be at least 3 weeks before he could come a fix the work. We ended the call with the owner agreeing to send me a coupon to use on a future service but that has yet to come. I would save your money and go to waterworks they do the same job for 20.00! read more
