I used Extravagant Services on 11/12/2022 for a platinum package detail on a Porsche SUV. I dropped the vehicle off at 10AM and got it back at 6PM, in the dark. Upon inspecting the vehicle the next day in light it was evident that nearly nothing was done that was paid for. There was a tremendous amount of dirt and grime in the car, along with greasy detail protectant that was sprayed everywhere in the car (including on the Porsche leather) seats/ carpets weren't shampooed (which I specifically asked him to do). Engine wasn't degreased, wax was not applied (that he removed from his website after I complained), car wasn't even vacuumed, just a substandard wipe down and protectant sprayed on EVERYTHING including the front windshield. I messaged Kendrick and told him how dissatisfied with the work (or lack thereof) that was preformed and that I no longer trusted his ability to do the job correctly. He texted back and said, " I can completely understand. I didn't feel good about you detail myself. Yesterday was a busy day and i don't have good lights in my shop yet so I understand. What can I do to make it right?" Look at the pics and tell me if you would trust this person to touch your car again. I certainly wouldn't. When I sent him photos of the car and the poor work I said, "I mean no disrespect to you, but I can't allow a redo by your shop after paying for your best package and getting this:". He became aggressive and had the audacity to tell me that they were "before" pics and there's "no way" he would've let the car leave like that. Well he absolutely did. I offered to bring the car back so he could see the poor job that he did in person or do a live video with him, and that I'm simply trying to find a resolution, but he proceeded to tell me things like, "I'm done talking to you about it man go find you another detailer." And proceeded to call me "insulting" and "disrespectful". I ended up having to take the vehicle to a professional detailer to have all his sloppy work fixed, two days later. Even they commented on the lack of attention to DETAIL. If you want a job to be done well (or done at all), DO NOT go to this shop. I'll be bringing this to small claims court and filing a compliant with BBB, so if anyone else reading this has had a similar experience please contact me. read more

If you want to be jerked around and constantly asked to reschedule and when you do Kendrick can't remember your appointments, go with this service! I rescheduled 3 times and he no showed on the 2nd and 3rd time. Shame on me for rescheduling the third time. He blamed me for it, too... smh read more

He didn't have me scheduled for a detail despite my text communication with him. So instead of correcting the mistake immediately, we rescheduled for later in the week. It gets very hard to keep a car in tip top shape with kids, so I was happy to know there was an affordable detailing option that came to my home. Kendrick and his partner arranged a time to come by our house and just requested we had a hose line. From there, they brought a very extensive set up to get quite a messy job done. I was looking for a complete car detail exterior and interior for my boyfriend's car. I shopped 7 different mobile detailing companies and Kendrick responded very quickly with a quote. I chose the Gold package. He came to my apartment complex a bit later than scheduled, which in my case wasn't too big of a deal. He came with water and energy supply since I couldn't give access with my apartment building. "Extravagant" is perfectly named. I have had cars detailed in the past, but never so carefully or thoroughly as this job was. My 15 year old Prius has a few small dents and dings, but came out looking, to my eye, as good as new. They shampooed the upholstery and floor pads and got out every spot and restored the loft. Absolutely amazing. I have an SUV with a black cloth interior, and a fawn colored 160 lb Great Dane who rides & sheds in it regularly.
