True detailing! We are getting personal now you can see the mess inside my car! Yay! ( I'm only human Karen not perfect lol) I called and got an appointment, they were able to accommodate the appointment after work the same day. What I love about this company is how they don't use " car perfumes" that mask odors and give me a terrible headache or whatever that oily product is that some places use to make it "shiny". I request it free of both but you can ask and maybe they have something similar if you are into car perfumes and oils. They truly clean your car, they are mobile, will drive to your house or workplace. They did an amazing job at removing the stain on the carpet from my friend puppy( they use steam) Pressured washed the car mats that were filthy. Also, they vacuumed every area of the interior and cleaned the outside as well. Very happy with the result. Picture don't do it justice. read more

I recently moved to the area. I drove my car for four days (with my dog and cat in the vehicle) to move out here, so obviously the car was a mess. Cat hair, dog hair, spilled drinks, gunk, dirt, dust, everything. So, I needed to get the interior detailed. It was super easy to book Black Diamonds online. From the start, Tim was very accommodating. I live in an apartment and didn't have a spot for the detail service, so Tim arranged for me to bring the car to a nearby location to get the service done. Then, I had to unexpectedly reschedule because of a last-minute work meeting. Tim not only quickly rescheduled me, but the new appointment was even sooner than my first one! The detail itself is awesome. My car has never been cleaner. The detail technicians were on time, professional, and friendly. Also, they got the job done super fast! My husband has a Dodge Durango that was pretty filthy on the inside and it needed some love on the outside. Two guys from Black Diamonds arrived promptly at the scheduled time and got to work right in our driveway. They had all the resources they needed right in their van. We were VERY impressed with how they steamed the carpets, scraped up any dried old coffee, got the tree smudge marks off of our ceiling liner, and more. I'm not sure anyone really does actual car "detailing" anymore. The kind where you get into crevices with q-tips and toothbrushes. Tim was very accommodating with the additional items I pointed out that he missed. But that's not really my job. I used to detail cars with my dad, and I'm one of those people with an eagle eye for the details. So maybe I'm just extra particular. These folks do a great job cleaning a car inside and out, no doubt about it. As far as "detailing"?... just don't get your hopes up. So, i feel like a overpaid somewhat, as I will be doing my own final once-over with my trusty q-tip and toothbrushes. read more

Ricky did such a phenomenal job on my Q3 that it looked and smelled like new! It was sparkling and not a don hair left. I have an SUV that was fairly clean overall inside and out, but I had never gotten a detail, so I decided to splurge on the $350 deluxe package, which is listed as 4 hours. The two technicians showed up about on time. They did the exterior wash outside, and moved the vehicle inside my garage to do the interior clean. All told, they worked on the vehicle for between 2 and 2 1/2 hours. So while it didn't get worked on for 4 clock hours, four hours of labor went into it. Prior to their arrival, I had cleaned everything out of the vehicle, including the center console and glove box, to make their lives a little easier. The good- The exterior of the vehicle looks great. The paint is very smooth and looks much more uniform after the clay bar treatment, the tires look good, and the engine compartment looks like new. While scratches, nicks in the paint, and other pre-existing flaws are still visible, the rest of the vehicle looks like it did the day I picked it up at the dealership. The techs were very respectful and communicated via text. The interior was mostly good. The bad - The interior had a few areas that seemingly were untouched. Prior to the detail, I knew there was an area on the headliner that had some dirt. After the detail, I asked them to touch up that spot and they did. However, the next day, I noticed the passenger sunvisor still had quite a bit of dirt and didn't look any better, so I don't think it was cleaned. Additionally, the bottoms of the center cupholders are still dirty, and there is an area inside the center console where a tube of Chapstick had melted that was still dirty. While I know not every single tiny piece of dirt can reasonably be expected to be cleaned, areas like cupholders and the center console are pretty prominent and I would've expected them to be paid a little more attention. Considering the fact that the inside of my vehicle was pretty clean before the detail, I had hoped the time would be spent getting it to near perfection, especially given this was the deluxe package. I gave three stars because of the quality of the exterior wash and detail, but the value for the money paid as well as the quality of the interior cleaning brought this to a three star job. I would consider them again but probably only for a less expensive exterior service. One final note, I believe prior to booking I read something on the website about a discount if I provide a garage for them to work in. Stupidly, I did not request a receipt and I'm not sure if I received that discount. That is totally my fault, but just make sure if you try to take advantage of that discount that you actually get it. read more

I am also sad to see the bad reviews/experiences that others have had. Definitely not the lowest cost option but they did a really phenomenal job. I have a toddler and two large dogs....needless to say my car was in need of some serious attention. The Black Diamonds folks came out and spent 4.5 hours deep cleaning my car. They spent extra time and didnt charge me extra for it as it took them longer than expected to buff out some of the deep scratches and issues. If you're looking for a good, super comprehensive detail I strongly recommend them. read more

I love this company I use them at least once a month. I have two different cars I have them do. They're prices are completely fair because the job they do is amazing. I use to go to a detailer which was super inconvenient to drive somewhere and drop my car off. The nice thing about Black diamonds is that they come to me and they're always on time. I have had them come to my house and my job. They are always smiling and so nice. They do everything thing I want plus more. I would never go anywhere else for my details. I have recommended them to so many people. Cool thing about that is they always give me $10 off my next wash when someone makes and appointment. read more

Not the type to leave a bad review but I've been extremely patient with this detailer. First, they were scheduled to arrive 7 hours earlier than they actually did. I get it, things come up and you run late...but 7 hours?! After the detailers left, I noticed that my navigation screen had a cloudy film over it. Turns out, the product they used was too abrasive and damaged the screen. We contacted the detailer and they initially agreed to cover the damages; we were extremely happy that they were willing to take accountability for this. However, once we got a quote from the dealership, the company changed their stance and said that there was no way they could have caused the damages. This was a month ago!!! I'm extremely disappointed in how this company handled the situation. In addition to the detailing cost, we are now down another $500 to fix the screen...I tried to stay patient with this company...after all, it took a month to come to a resolution...but the way it was handled is completely unfair!!! Upsets me that we have to pay for the faults of another but I am over it, I need to be able to use my navi. read more

I have used this detailer many times and have always had excellent service! They always work very hard on my car as it always needs it! They have used quality products on my car and have never had anything go wrong with my details! And my screen looks better than before!! Always on time and worked with my schedule!
