Let me first say I am not a person that likes letting others work on my car. I have been disappointed more often than not when I do. Applying tint to car windows is something that someone who doesn't know better might think is easy. Well, I know better. I am very happy with the tinting that Car Tunes did on my vehicle yesterday. I didn't have good light to look after it was completed last evening but I just got a good look at it. It may take a while at the current temperatures (currently less than 20 degrees) for the tint to cure and it will probably be several weeks before I roll the windows down. But I currently don't see any reason to not be very happy with their work. I have at least one other car I want tinted so I am sure I will see them again. Thank You Car Tunes! read more

As previous reviewers have pointed out they have done a great job with tinting both my vehicles. They are cash/check only and have an ATM in the building. Good price for tint $150 for all windows of a sedan, $50 for my front windows of my Jeep. If I were getting audio work done this is the shop I would go to. So why only four stars? The aesthetics of the place with the equipment pied on the floor in boxes isn't appealing, but this wouldn't deter me from using their services for all my tint/audio shops. read more

Great job! I was happy with my tiny on my BMW. I must admit that I wish it was a tad darker however I think that may break some WV laws. I can't thank them enough for ensuring that I understood that I absolutely under no circumstances should roll my windows down prior to five days. It stuck message was received loud and clear. I managed to keep my windows up:-) I was also very impressed with their customer service! They seemed happy to have the mounds of business. Which is great to see. They are a cash only place however they do have an atm inside which makes a world of a difference! They do other things as well car stereo and can assist with nay special rim or tire you desire I believe. Very helpful people. In my experience, Car Tunes is professional, customer-focused, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Car Tunes to anyone needing mobile installation. My experience relates to work that Car Tunes performed on my two vehicles. On the first vehicle, I had Car Tunes install a Double-DIN head unit with SiriusXM. On the second vehicle, I had Car Tunes install a Double-DIN head unit (this one purchased elsewhere) with Sirius XM. On the first vehicle, the installation was completed within a couple hours and I had my vehicle back for lunch. On the second vehicle, Car Tunes discovered that the head unit I had purchased would not fit correctly. So, Car Tunes swapped the head units between my two vehicles at minimal additional cost (even though I was the one who had purchased an incompatible head unit!) and had everything finished, once again, in time for work. I have been very impressed so far with how Car Tunes stands behind its work. In short, Car Tunes did a great job installing head units in both of my vehicles and worked with me when my own mistake complicated the install process. read more

Update. The Smart Viper Alarm I had installed works perfectly. The app on my iPhone is neat, I can check, tracking and start my truck any where in the world. All I need is a cell or wifi signal. The price is good to install a stereo. I got two kickers installed into a Toyota Prius , and after about a month my cords snapped , I guess lousy cords from the manufacturer or the way they were bent to attach the the amp, which was mounted on the back of my box due to the length of the wires, anyways - I called and took my car back in , and he fixed it. It was better than it was originally, and he didn't charge me to fix the problem. The guy stands behind his work, if you're looking to get a system installed give this place a try. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! This business unhooked my canopy to my convertible to tint the windows and DID NOT hook it back. They absolutely denied they did this. I had to take it to the service department of my dealership to have it reconnected who stated there is no way the business did not know they unhooked it. WORSE yet, the same day I had my windows tinted, I ordered over $1100 of rims for my car, which I paid in full that day. After requesting daily for 12 days for confirmation of shipping to my home, the business kept making excuses why they couldn't provide shipping information. I called the manufacturer myself and the manufacturer stated the business had an order pending for my rims, but had not paid them. This business took my money and I never received my rims. This business has been currently reported to The Better Business Bureau and my credit card company for credit card fraud!!!!! read more

Great service. Casing around,i I'm happy I stumbled upon Car Tunes. From the moment they answered the phone until we pulled out of their parking lot, they were friendly and never rushed the conversation. Even though they were very busy, they happily worked us into the days schedule. Not once did I hear a grumble about how busy it was and the stress they were under to accommodate the walkins and phone calls. I was there waiting. Not even an off tone of voice. Remarkable. During a recent conversation with the owner of Car Tunes, he agreed to take care of the issues I have experienced, it is noteworthy to mention that the employee who caused all the trouble is no longer employed there and since the owner has agreed to take care of the entire problem I felt obligated to update this review. Please know that I have been a customer of Car Tunes for several years, and they have installed 6 remote starters with no issue what so ever, they have tinted my windows without a single air bubble, no peeling, no blistering...no problems at all. It may be of interest to you that other businesses of this type have a labor rate of $80.00 per hr, while Car Tunes is $45.00, or so it says on their wall. read more

I got my windows retinted here. I had very dark tints on them and wanted to ring them to the legal limit. I had prices out many places and car tunes had by far the best price by a good margin to any other company in both Morgantown and Bridgeport. They got me an appointment very quickly and once I was there they were fast professional and polite. One of the better experiences I've had buying anything for my car. New to the area and was looking for a place to get my car tinted. Price to tint my car was extremely reasonable, and Craig did a great job with it. He even stayed past close to finish it up since I arrived later in the afternoon. Took about an hour or so to get it done, and I set the appointment that morning. It looks really great, and he is extremely knowledgeable and up-front with everything.
