The package I got was a little high but for what all I got I believe it was a very reasonable price. When I picked up my vehicle it looked better than what you find on the showroom floor. As I later told my wife, a completely clean car feels at least 20% faster and more agile. You might just chalk that up to my Y chromosome, and I get it, but the fact is that the car feels exactly like it did the day I bought it. Brett and the team deservedly took pride in the great and comfortable environment they provide for both customers and their cars. The interior was spotless and devoid of any evidence that we took my in-laws' shed-happy Golden Retriever for a ride last week. The exterior was spotless and devoid of any evidence of the immense amount of brake dust that had built up on the wheels. All that for a completely reasonable price. Maybe it was because my car was only nominally dirty and not a complete mess, but they beat their time estimate considerably. They even tinted right over the inspection sticker in the window, said it was OUR fault for not telling them about the sticker, then cut it out and put in another patch of tinting in the hole, with a ton of un-tinted space around it. Talk about a hack job! I am absolutely appalled. Over $400 paid up front & they refuse to fix it unless we pay more. On top of that, the lady running things is acting like a complete child, refusing to fix it or refund, calling us terrible customers on FB, saying she will beat us like she beat cancer and removing our comments with photos of the job. We are not hard to please & we love shopping locally. I know they have been around for a while and have plenty of satisfied customers, but this job needs to be made right.
