SOFT TOUCH ON YIUR NERVES !!! IM SO DISSATISFIED. This was the third time I come home unhappy from the shop. Yesterday I asked for nr 5 after the gentleman suggested it. I told him, and I don't exaggerate, for at least 10 times I want my leather to be cleaned. He was keep telling me ok choose nr 5. I payed and gives a nice amount of tip, and I run back to hospital. When I go home I see the seats and inside doors are still dirty and there is a big scratching mark on the right door. I call immediately the owner he tells me to go back, he's gonna wait for me. Of course he wasn't there.... He's employees tell me that's not good they didn't do it and come back in the morning and they clean it again. Ok I'm frustrated enough but still try to be nice. Today I went back, the owner didn't even tried to come and look at my car just told me that the degreasing wasn't in the price and I have to pay extra to have my car cleaned ( you can see on the pictures that it had black marks so they didn't even touched it before). He just didn't care , he didn't even offered me to clean it for free ( I wouldn't have accepted, however I payed once for the service) he didn't try to say sorry for being wrong he was keep telling me that he's guys didn't know what they have to do .... Lol it's easy to blame your hard working people.... He was a complete jerk!!!!! After I pay for degreasing my car AGAIN ,bcz he said that it's not included in nr 5 ( which is not true as the flyer say's) my car is still dirty ! Se the pictures below! I just had my van detailed. I was called and told my vehicle was done. It was on site for six hours. I'm sorry but it wasn't that good of a detail. Then they called Buddy over. I had to wait for an additional 1.5 hours but when I left my van was detailed. Make sure Buddy is around if you want your vehicle detailed. I give Buddy 5 Stars. read more

Left disappointed after paying for the best wash they offered. Lots of dust on the dash board, streaks on the inside of the windshield, and dirt/road grime in the body panel creases. The tire shine was incompletely applied and over all I feel ripped off. I could have spent less time at a do-it-yourself car wash and spent less than half the money. The Yankee at the register was happy to take my money but I wouldn't have known it - I received no greeting, no thanks, nor a "Have a nice day.". Lesson learned. Will not return. BTW- My vehicle was fully detailed including claying not 8 months ago. It's washed weekly. read more

Caution caution caution I took my car to this car wash and they broke my antenna and my base antenna. he owner where very rude, dishonest and did not pay for the the damage that they made on my car. What a waste!! Came here with high hopes as the other reviews we're all amazing, this place is a joke. $22 for a drive through car wash which did pretty good minus both the mirror covers were still caked with bugs. After the car wash, I had to get out and remove a plastic sheath they put over my rear wiper and no towel dry (22$ and no1 can get the last few beads of water on it?)...so when you get home you'll need to wash and dry again. They say the owner played for the Browns? If his business is any indication of his football career, its no wonder the Browns have a history like they do. Never again. (Mind you the car is washed every week to twice a week so this should have been an immensely easy task) read more

Just went to this car wash because I had a coupon from the entertainment book for $12off- The Ultimate Car Wash. This was after looking up the price advertised 19.99 somewhere on Google. That is not the price. Not only did they tell me it was $37 because I have an SUV, but they would only give me $8 off. When I told them the coupon specifically said $12 off, the lady told me her manager said they would not do it. I should have spoke to the manager, but I was so aggravated I left. I went out of my way to drive there, hoping I would find a new place that I liked to wash my car. But instead I drove away pissed off. Ive been here to SOFT TOUCH CARWASH before couple times they did a ok job so i come back.i am not the one to complain.but these past couple times ive been here it has not been so good.the attendant in the back does not speak good English so there is always a miscommunication on what i want and the price is always different for the same service. My truck has been coming out front dirty because they are rushing to wash my truck.everyone is all over the place instead of taking their time and doing it right the first time .I get the best wash so i can get a little more TLC. But when it comes up front there's still dirt under the wheel wells ,bugs on the front and rims dirty I do not expect for it to be perfect but when they rush in the back prep area and they could have took a couple more minutes and done a lot better job. And upfront I understand it's hot but when I am watching them looking at the dirt and just walk away and say I am ready that's the worst part. read more

Went to Yelp to find a good car wash place. This one was close by and had pretty good reviews. Arrive at 3PM and was told it was closed. Still, at the door it says 8-530. What a joke. If you want to close early, don't advertise that you open till 530. At least you should issue a coupon or Sth for someone who wasted time just to come here. read more

Just returned from Soft Touch Car Wash, which I have visited many times over the years. My recommendation is to not TOUCH the car air fresheners on display- Especially if you accidently place it back on another hook. As I was leaving to get my car from attendant- the owner-John, approached me and said " I want the freshener you took" -(several people outside within earshot) and "I have you on camera" I was flabbergasted and upset to be accused of stealing a $2.50 piece of merchandise. I said " I did not steal anything and you can look in my purse and have a female officer come by to check my person. John (owner) said- No- I know you took it- come inside and I will show you-"It is all on camera" So, we go inside and I say, quite upset-" Please show me where you have this on tape" Owner proceeds to rewind the tape -others are inside witnessing this as well- and starts to point me out on the tape, clearly he is proud of himself, until it shows me clearly placing the freshener back on the hook, albeit not on the correct hook. Guilty of not placing it correctly but Not Guilty of stealing it. Owner then tells me "I am having a bad day" that is his apology to falsely accusing me of stealing and embarrassing me in front of many. I will never go back to this place that clearly does not value their customers and falsely accuses them of stealing without first being sure of it. read more

This is my second time traveling to Fort Myers. My KIA Soul had a lot bugs on the front of the vehicle. I'm very particular about where I bring my vehicle to receive any services. I am however happy that I came to this car wash and detail center. All the insect matter was completely removed! SPLENDID JOB! The interior of the vehicle was vacuumed properly as well. The wheels could have been better but the tire shine made it suffice. I highly recommend this place. read more

Rude. Rude. Rude. Took my car there. The crew in the back of the wash were more concerned with their phones rather than washing the cars. I watched them on my car the entire time because I like for my car to remain new looking. They took in through the wash and when they were so called finish, I ask them about a few stains that they missed. One of the crew from the back told me someone up front would take care of it. they did but then i check the inside of my car and the vacuum job was ehh... so i tell John, the owner & he goes and cusses the vacuum guy out. So now the guy comes up to me upset, going off on me for caring about the little stuff he missed... So im back talking to john about how his employee approached me &he's agreeing with everything I'm saying but he's not trying to resolve the issue with his disrespectful employee. Then he goes back and goes off on the other employees for the sorry wash. I'm dissatisfied with the whole visit so I go find him to ask for my money back. I find him and the same lazy crew member from the back is going off about me indirectly and cussing and John just yells at him to stop cussing. So now I'm like can i just have my refund so I can go... & then John goes off like no!. blah blah blah... I'm like ok. fuck this place. No one wants to do their job correctly but they get upset when called on it. no one apologized... No free wash or refund to compensate for the visit... just no resolve and im really offended by the way that went. I promise I'll never go back there.
