A couple small downsides that other car washes provide our glass cleaner, interior dash cleaner, and air fresheners. I got a towel this day, but normally I don't think they're out there. Towels are really nice to have as no auto car wash gets them completely dry. But the wash itself is really good and the vacuum works great. Staff super friendly and plenty of bays to vacuum (super strong) and clean the mats.

On my third visit, their sprayer was dropped directly onto my car's roof, shattering the shark fin that protects my radio electronics. Initially, Mike himself showed me the broken piece and told me he'd "take care of it." I genuinely appreciated that and left thinking he was a man of his word. Fast forward two weeks of my time spent getting body shop estimates and even ordering a wrong part off Amazon. When I returned to Mike with the repair costs, his definition of "take care of it" became shockingly clear: he suggested I use double-sided tape to stick the broken piece back on! As if that wasn't insulting enough, his other brilliant idea was for me to go to a junkyard and find an old, sun-baked replacement. I take too much pride in my vehicle to "jimmy rig" a repair like that. I asked him if he could at least meet me halfway, offering a small contribution like $100 towards the repair. His response? A flat "I can't do anything" beyond offering me free car washes. So, despite his initial promise, I'm now out $500 to cover the full repair myself. The body shop I booked with was genuinely surprised by Mike's handling of the situation, noting that most reputable places carry insurance for these exact scenarios. They even mentioned they've had several claims from another local car wash that does stand by its customers, perhaps I'll be taking my business there from now on. The attendant was very apologetic and understanding. Unfortunately "Corporate" feels that due to the vehicle having an "aftermarket" front splitter... (bought the vehicle from the dealership with the ZO6 appearance package) they feel they are not liable. I've taken this vehicle through this wash 40+ times with zero issues.
