I called the 1-800 number to explain the issue and get a refund. Linda was rude and told me they would have to look at the "books" to see if it didn't turn on and would then issue me a refund in 4 weeks. To my shock, my "refund" was a few $9.00 vouchers called "Dothan Dollars". These vouchers did not cover the two $11.00 car washes I purchased. I tried to use the voucher today. Once again, the car wash malfunctioned. I called the 1-800 number again and spoke to Linda. She was rude and blamed the malfunction on the position of my car. I stated that could in no way be true because the employee that happened to be there was right behind me and witnessed the entire event. Plus, if it was my positioning, the wash wouldn't have come on. Instead, it sprayed the front of the car, not the back. It was obviously a machine malfunction. Do NOT use any of these locations. The machines take your money and do not perform as expected. Furthermore, you will lose your money since they DO NOT offer refunds. Absolute scam.

The vacuums had enough sucking power, but both hoses attachments kept falling off. There were clean rags and window washer bottles for each stall, so for that I give them another star. Of the 5 car washes I drove by in Dothan, this one was by far the best... I did not pass the previous reviewers recommendations (they were out of my way).

Been going to this car wash for almost 20 years and always a superb job…read more Went today 12/26/2017 and worst wash job ever had anywhere. The interior was cleaned to perfection as it is done by the hard working guys on the end of the line.............but if there was any soap to wash outside of car it was mixed 99% water as the exterior of car was filthy. I asked for manager to show him that even the bee poop as I call it which will wash off with soap was still all over car. He did not seem to care and told me new owners, new detergent, etc and I would need to get it washed elsewhere. I told him he has lost a customer said " OK with him ". Will have to go somewhere else from now on and I would not recommend them to anyone.
