It was about to close, so I drove down to it just to get a bearing on what they're about, and (mainly) if they did ac repair. If I could leave a zero star. I would. I called and scheduled an oil change for my Porsche Cayenne a week ago. They said bring it in at 0800 and that it would take 1-3 hours which sounds reasonable. i had not heard anything at 2 pm so I called. They had not gotten to but would take care of it. I waited till 5 pm to pick it up. Again no phone call. After many excuses I found out they had never even started on it. No one said I'm sorry. The guy at the front desk drove my car around front where I was waiting and said "the keys in it . I left it running "and walked into the building with an attitude. I Will Not be back!
