So I bring it back in to have the service done and left the truck with them for well over 2 hours and went and killed time while they worked. I returned to find my truck sitting exactly where I parked it. Went inside to pay and the 2 guys inside looked at me like they had no clue what I was talking about. They open the door and yell into the shop to find the guy that "helped" me. Well obviously I wasn't important at all because he had completely forgotten about my truck. Don't look at all of the 5 star reviews that they basically force you to give after every service. Look at the ones like this that you will find over and over. This place is awful and they know it. I took the truck to another place and they verified everything I have stated. It is still up on the jacks right now being fixed from whatever express broke or disregarded.
