    I always believed that this USED car lot was different, but I was completely WRONG. First... Just…read moreafter we signed all the papers, we took possession I noticed the tire pressure sensors went wild as soon I drove off the lot. So I took this traverse right back to the used car lot. I had asked them how do I reset the tire sensors? They started looking at everything and that they need to replace the tire sensors. So while I had the traverse in their shop they magically spotted a radiator leak! Wow how convenient! So I guess when they got this thing in they never saw any issues with radiator. So I truly believe that they never really do their due diligence and make sure there's no issues with anything. All they did was clean it and hurry up to sell it. I am kinda thankful that I got a warranty. But here is my other complaint. We'll this is true for most car lot's both new dealerships and used car's. So while we going through getting finance the salesman told us that the finance company requires us to get auto warranty. LIES! Later I talked to another employee they said they were trying to get us a better interest rate! ANOTHER LIE! I did talked to the finance company and they they do not require ANY car warranty! Reduced interest rate! What BS! This used car lot and others are just selling auto warranty is to make MONEY. This used car lot could have just replaced the radiator! But they wanted to make extra CASH! NEVER NEVER AGAIN!

He picked up my car less than 2 hours later, and towed it all the way to the transmission shop in Houston, right to their door. Then? He dropped me off at my house. Excellent service. Also... his truck was clean. No wrappers, dirt, funky smells etc. Plus- Duane is a really good guy. So... feel free to call around, if you want. But my experience with Duane at West Motors was about as good as it gets. Great price, quick top- notch service.

I haven't been disrespected nor has anyone been mean to me but I bought a 2019 Ford F-150 3 months back and have had nothing but issues. I got a mopar 1 year 12k mile warranty and was told take your truck to any dodge dealer if you have any issues and they will take care of you, this was their way of making me feel comfortable when I asked if my mechanic could look at it for one day. but when I tried the dodge dealer they say the only thing they service is dodge not any other make. When I looked at the truck I knew it had cosmetic damage. Some clear coat missing on the hood as well as 2 really small dents in the driver door. But my salesman told me that everything mechanical was sound and was really confident about that. Whenever I test drove it I noticed the mirror was really Wobbly and pointed it out to the salesman and he said that it was normal. Also I had to move stuff from storage to my house and the tail gate wouldn't work not only did I have to rent a U-Haul trailer I had to spend $500 to get my tailgate fixed because no dodge dealer ship will work on my truck even though they gave me a MOPAR (Dodge) warranty and I had to spend almost $300 to fix my mirrors witch was in fact not normal. And ever since I've had the truck the front end has been clicking really loud occasionally whenever I turn left or right.. To get suspension and alignment done is insanely expensive and was quoted 1200 for parts and labor! Now I have to pay that out of own pocket due to some salesman and finance manager trying to meet his mark this dealer is very disingenuous and only care about making their sale.

    Contacted this dealer from an ad on CarGurus about a truck on their lot. I filled out the contact…read moreinfo and received an email saying they would call me the next day when he got to the office. About noon the next day i called,and again got the voicemail. Not too long after that a woman called me. She was pleasant and I asked her several questions about the truck I was interested in. She sent me pictures and videos of the truck. I live a little over 900 miles away. After days of texts, and securing funds at my bank, I gave them a legitimate cash offer. The lady said she would let her boss know and get back with me. That was 6 days ago. phone calls, texts, and emails have gone unanswered. My only guess is, they didn't want to sell me a truck they knew was not going to make the long trip back home. It only had 57000 miles on it and should have been mechanically sound, as the assistant said. I wouldn't do business with these folks now if they were giving away vehicles. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

However, numerous items failed on the vehicle that Circle T told us they had checked, repaired, and/or replaced, including the brake line. The owner agreed to help cover the cost of repairs, then came back once the work was done and said he had never agreed to any of the repairs. It is a shame, as they seemed to be a really honest dealership when we first dealt with them. Very disappointing.

    I just had the best service experience at Steele Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Service department that…read moremade my Monday a complete success! I'm from Dripping Springs TX and had a problem. The young lady at the Service desk greeted me with a smile and a happy attitude. She directed me to the Parts Department while she went (completely volunteer) to get a picture of my VIN number to further assist the Parts Dept. Manager. I chatted with the service employees about what I thought the problem was with my front license plate holder. Another service tech entered the discussion and informed me that my analysis was wrong. He showed me the real problem - it was the holder itself was broken which required a new plate holder. Parts manager immediately checked the inventory (thanks for the VIN) and Steele had one in stock! I bought the part, Steele gives retired military a discount, and was ready to leave. The service tech says he would be glad to replace the holder for me. Each of the employees thanked me for my military service (29 Years active duty USAF - Viet Nam through Desert Shield) . I told them they were worth all those years and they just proved it with their expertise and assistance! I'm hitting 79 years of age and the Steele employees just reinforced my hope for the future! We test drive the car, spoke with sales man and finance officer. They were pressuring us to use their financing but we told them we would use our bank. So, eventually they printed up sales order, emailed it to our finance company and we informed them we would be back the next day to pickup. So, the next day my daughter contacted the finance at Steeles & her bank. They were emailing back and forth the paperwork. Fast forward to later in the day when she called to inform she was on her way to pick up the car. The salesman said, I'm sorry but apparently we just sold the car an hour ago. Very I'm unprofessional and untrustworthy dealership. STAY AWAY
